Monday HIIT day! Today’s circuit was an 8x8x8. 8 exercises. 8 reps. 8 rounds. I really do love this type of workout even though I kinda feel like I’m dying until I’m done. You just work at your speed, with good form, and try to go as fast as you can. My time at the end was 23:04. I think that’s the fastest I ever completed this but I’ll have to dig back into old workouts to make sure!

Kettlebell Swing
Squats
Shoulder Press
Reverse Flys
Chest Press
Pike Abs

I finished with 8 rounds of cardio at 50:10. PT exercises and extra stretching to round it out!!!

Hey peeps! Ever have that feeling when you’re not drawing and you think, “Ugh- I should be drawing right now! I need to get better! I have no time for breaks!!”

Chances are you really are drawing enough. Remember that every single person goes at their own pace when reaching artistic goals. Don’t push too hard, and remember that sometimes a nice break helps bridge you to the next stage. ;)

please don’t ever laugh at someone at the gym who’s lifting very little amounts of weight, or running only a little bit on the treadmill. don’t make fun of someone for putting a machine at the lowest weight or only bench pressing the bar (it’s already 45 lbs on its own). don’t laugh at the people who are just starting out or who physically can’t do too much weights or running or pull ups or squats or whatever. Everyone has to start somewhere
