“If you are a really good manager you have to be a visionary. You have to be able see what’s ahead. I like to walk into a room and speak about what does success looks like. So that we walk into a scenario or situation and we know what the end of the road looks like. So we understand the path that we need to take. I feel like that same thought process goes for brands, products, and artists. I feel like it doesn’t change; no matter which one it is, it’s all ubiquitous. You have to be very smart in knowing what success looks like and managing the route to that success."
