Rudolph Valentino and his wife, Natacha Rambova, are depicted at the very end of their marriage as Rambova leaves Valentino, seen here boarding the famous Los Angeles Limited train as it departs from Union Station in Los Angeles. While the couple try to look happy for the cameras, this was perhaps one of the saddest moments in Valentino’s life, as they went through an acrimonious divorce in 1925. Valentino died the following year at the age of 31 on August 23, 1926.
