Weight Loss, Update, and Measurements!

Hey peoples! Wickedly Healthy here, coming at you for an update on my weight loss journey. Hope you’re all having a great Sunday! Hope all is good in your world and that you’re taking it easy. My Sunday is going to be very lazy aside from going to the gym later on today. It’s most likely going to be a repeat of my yesterday. I’ll be sitting on my butt playing video games for most of the night. (Yes, I’m that kind of girl. Lazy as f-) 

I lost two pounds from last weigh in so now I am at 244! My original goal was to be at 242 around this time, but since it’s only a two pound difference I’m not letting it bother me. I know there were days where I could have worked harder and I could have eaten better, but I also gotta live life, plus I was sick for a good week. (excuses, excuses) 

I took my measurements today…. Here are my measurements from the beginning till now. 

From starting Date, Jan 15th., Feb 18th., to Today March 19th.

= 17 ¼ inches!!

I am absolutely thrilled to have see these numbers today, I mean 17.25 inches!!?? Lost. That boggles my brain. I know I will be losing a lot more, but I look forward to being astonished each and every time I add it all up. Inches matter. 

Total pounds lost from Jan 15th to now = 14lbs.

Woke up this morning a little in awe of my body changes and very aware that I need to clean my room more. 👌🏻 top picture I was at 134-135 and bottom picture is this morning at 127. It’s not a huge loss but I’m loving the way my body is slowly changing. Im feeling more confident. I’m off today so I plan on meal prepping and maybe finding the energy to get a work out in.

Low-Impact Beginner HIIT Workout

And just like that I’m done with ten weeks of T25! I’ve seen some big changes in myself and I really couldn’t be more pleased. I did the entire program on modifications, so my results aren’t as dramatic as some people see. I’m hoping to do the entire program again without modifications someday, but Monday I’ll be starting the 3 week yoga retreat. I’ll be doing my 5k trainer with my 8 year old too. Can’t wait to see what the next 6 weeks bring me. :)

I’ll have my measurement changes and total weight loss on Monday. This is my last progress picture from T25 though!

I’m fairly happy with this progress. I know I’m at the point where I won’t be dropping pounds instantaneously. It’s going to take a lot of hard work to start losing more fat and gaining muscle. I’m proud of my ability to keep up with this for 3 months, here’s to another 3 more 🥂

A whopping loss of 6 inches!! I seriously cannot believe it! I am on cloud nine right now.

Weigh in was today! -4lbs this week! Total weight loss over the past two months is 17lbs 💪🏼

Tonight is meal prep night and then only 2 more weeks left in this semester 😱. Time to visit with my family so for now I leave you lovelies with a photo my husband took of me and my son this morning;;
Pregnacy Update

How far along? Going strong at 23 weeks

Total weight gain/loss: lost 8 kg since getting pregnant. Then I put on a kilo in the last weeks or so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Maternity clothes? Yeah I’m basically only wearing ASOS Tall Maternity now. Especially the leggings because omg those are the best. Because of my weight loss I can actually still fit some of my dresses. My boobs have remained size

Stretch marks? yes, even more now! They sometimes itch and it’s the worst. I have always had an easy time gaining stretch marks so I was prepared

Sleep: Still dealing with restless legs syndrome. I dream so much it’s ridiculous. A pillow between my legs does wonder. All in all sleep is 5/10

Best moment this week: feeling her kick from the outside that one night where I got up to have juice at 2am

Lowest moment this week: Feeling like shit most days. I feel like I’m about to get a cold. That kind of shit.

Movement: yes! Every day. Especially in the morning before I get up

Food cravings:Ice cream, jordbær tærte (which is basically just cold pie with vanilla heavy cream and fresh strawberries) and iced coffee. Trying to add some vegetables to my diet though 😂

Food aversions: Still curry! 🤢 and generally strong smelling food

Morning sickness/Nausea: I’ve actually had some for 1 day. I’m mostly dealing with heartburn 25/7

Something I physically couldn’t do: Pick up a oxygen tank at work! And moving my couch (at home). Generally bending down and picking up something heavy is a big ‘nono’ now

Leakage: Yes! I had some leakage from my nipples the other day. That was weird. I also pee myself when I sneeze hard, that must count as leakage too

Something I bought: Well a changing mat and some minor stuff for the changing “station”. I’ll probably not start unpacking my babystash before my maternity leave though.

Labor Signs: None! It’s too early anyways. I’ve had a lot of BH recently though. 


Belly Button in or out?In.. and it better stay there! It’s stretched to the max though! It’s insane looking

Wedding rings on or off? Not married! I’m a Dane and not an American 😂I won’t be married until I’m in my thirties. Anyways I don’t feel like my fingers are swollen.

Happy or Moody most of the time: I cry a lot for no reason.

Pregnancy Update | Alice | Week 12

I’m three months pregnant. Next week, I’ll be in my second trimester. It’s been going pretty quickly so far, and I hope that holds true.

  • How far along? 12 weeks and 0 days
  • The size of the baby? My tracking app says a ripe apricot, a small ladurée macaron, a toy soldier, and a Roborovski hamster.
  • Total weight gain/loss? I haven’t gained anything from the last update.
  • Maternity clothes? I don’t need them, but maternity pants are really comfortable.
  • Stretch marks? I don’t have any yet.
  • Sleep? It’s as good as it gets when you share a bed with a koala wife and a six-month-old baby.
  • Have you told family and friends? Newlynn has told people, and we told her mom together, but I haven’t told anyone besides the people that follow this blog.
  • Symptoms? I don’t have any symptoms besides being really tired, but I’ve had a small amount of heartburn. I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy related or just dinner last night.
  • Movement? I heard twins can be felt earlier, but still nothing here.
  • Food cravings? Apples with no skin, carrots, and baked potatoes. 
  • Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope. I haven’t had any food aversions or nausea.
  • Have you started to show yet? Newlynn swears I am, but I’m pretty sure it’s just bloating still.
  • Sex prediction? I give fewer than zero fucks about their sexes. They’ll be whatever they want to be, and will be raised the same no matter their chromosomes.
  • Labor signs? It’s way too early for that.
  • Belly button in or out? It’s in.
  • Happy or moody? Happy.
  • Next appointment? Tuesday.
  • Looking forward to? I can’t wait to feel them move.

Guys I’m so excited about this!!!! I mean it looks good now, but just wait until I start hitting more of my fitness goals!!!!
