Wasn’t a quesadilla, but was still fresh and flaky though.
Thick, juicy and rather long strips. Cooked well throughout and was well more than 50% of the bulk.
Fries, cheese, guac, and pico de gallo. The cheese was substantially less than if it were part of a quesadilla that warmly embraced the burrito, but it was more than enough. Fries were sharp and incredibly brown, just what was needed for the creamy guac.
Both green and red in squirt bottles were brought to the table, both peppery with visible pepper flakes. The red went well with the fries very much, but the green was to be used sparingly near the guac.
Same as last time. This time a picture of the dolphin and his burrito-oyster is included.
Fountain Coke, no ice.
9. Only wrapping this burrito in an entire quesadilla would make it better.
