Yoosung

Jaehee

  • Jaehee was working herself too hard
  • She hadn’t taken a break since they’d opened the café
  • MC manages to convince Jaehee to take a day off with her and close cafe early so that they can go see Zen’s musical together
  • However, a few days before their evening out, Jaehee books a private event at the cafe when the play is supposed to start
  • They argue about it because Jaehee thinks it will be a great chance to promote the cafe, but MC says Jaehee promised and needs some time away from work
  • In the end, they just pout at each other and don’t speak for a little while
  • MC goes to the musical alone and no, she’s not being stubborn, Jaehee is!
  • After the play, Zen asks MC to come backstage so she can ask about Jaehee, but MC explains everything that happened
  • Zen agrees to go with her to the cafe to talk to Jaehee during the private event, as he wants to see her as well (he likes hanging out with the two of them)
  • When they arrive, the party is in full swing, someone tries to force them out because “it’s a private event”, but before MC can state she’s a co-owner, a guest recognizes Zen and says they’re with her
  • MC goes to find Jaehee and sees her being kissed by another woman
  • Granted, it’s on the cheek, but it took forever for Jaehee to get comfortable with PDA from MC
  • So MC turns around and walks out to go home and cry
  • The next day, MC proposes they break up before the cafe opens and anyone else is there, even saying she found all the documents online to give/sell her half of the cafe to Jaehee
  • Jaehee is very quick to stop this line of thinking and the two of them have a long, serious talk about all their problems
  • Jaehee ends up agreeing to take one day off a month to go on a date with MC, but only if MC will help her rake in more customers with events and such

Zen

  • It’s their one year anniversary of being married
  • In months leading up to it, Zen made a bigger deal of it than she did
  • Not to mention, Valentine’s Day and Christmas were his favorite holiday and he’d gone all out for those every single time
  • And not only does Zen forget
  • But he goes out drinking after work with a few cast mates
  • He even makes a post inviting fans to come hang out with them
  • He’s posting things on his FB page, twitter and Instagram the whole time
  • MC had made a nice dinner to surprise him when he got home, but when she saw his social media, she goes on the Messenger and cries
  • She ends up packing a bag and is getting into a cab to go Jaehee’s place for a little while (she was sweet enough to offer her couch if MC needed some time away)
  • Zen comes home right about then, a little too drunk, and asks where she’s going
  • “Check the Messenger.” Is all she says before she slams the door
  • Zen goes inside and sees and…. fuck. Fuck. FUCK!!!
  • How could he have been such a jerk!!
  • He sees the beautiful meal she made, the remnants of candles, and so on, and he’s fucked up, royally
  • When he gets a notification that MC is online, he jumps on, interrupting a conversation between her and Jumin about the furball
  • Immediately, she logs off
  • In the morning, he goes to work, he does what he has to, then he goes to Jaehee’s.
  • Jaehee lets him in because she wants him to apologize to MC (who had been crying a lot because of him)
  • He swears it’ll never happen again
  • He begs forgiveness
  • He even promises to give her a whole day, just for her, if only she’ll come home
  • She agrees, but only just barely, and even then, she refuses to share the bed with him
  • Zen immediately calls his director, claims to be sick and says he needs a day off
  • He sleeps on the floor next to the couch because he refuses to be away from her until she forgives him
  • He takes her on a long, romantic date, treats her like more than a princess, when people ask what the occasion is, he tells the truth; he forgot their first anniversary and is making it up to her
  • They first shame him, then they give him advice or free stuff to help (or they just give it to her with a sad, “oh honey, I’m so sorry he forgot.”)
  • Halfway through the day, she says that being mad at him is exhausting and she just want to go home and take a nap
  • He refuses because he promised her a day and now he plans to make it a day
  • When they’re stoped in the park by some of his fans, he excuses himself from them, politely stating he’s on a date with his wife
  • The girls “awwwww” because it’s super cute how enamored with her he is
  • By the time they get home, she’s exhausted and can’t believe he packed so much into one day
  • But it doesn’t end there
  • He draws her up a bubble bath (and joins her after setting something up)
  • And when they get out, he has candles lit in their bedroom
  • Love making ensues
  • The morning, she aches in all the right ways, and is surprised when Zen drags her back into bed when she tries to get up to eat, and whispers that because he had so much fun yesterday, he called out sick today too
  • But this time, he plans on them staying home all day ;)

Jumin

  • One of Jumin’s high society “friends” says that MC is “kind of plain” and “surprisingly uncultured” and “clumsy”
  • To Jumin’s face
  • MC knows she can be clumsy, but it genuinely wasn’t her fault she bumped into that guy and spilled her drink on him
  • Hell, she’s heard comments like this before, and she’s honestly not even really bothered by them
  • Until Jumin agrees with him
  • She walks out of the party without saying a word, is driven back to the pent house and packs up her things
  • Anything Jumin has bought her with his money, she throws in the garbage
  • She ends up with a surprisingly small backpack from her high school days
  • She writes a note, “Since I’m so uncultured, I didn’t know the proper protocol for this, so I’m sorry if it’s not to your tastes. But I am leaving. I won’t tell you where I’m going. Hopefully the absence of my plain face won’t bother you.”
  • To her surprise, Elizabeth blocks her way and won’t let her leave the penthouse
  • She manages to get past Elizabeth eventually, but by then she has 10 missed calls from Jumin, 1-5 from the other RFA members, and bumps into Jumin in the lobby on her way out
  • He’s so relieved she’s okay, but MC fibs to him and says her mother is in the hospital and she needs to go visit right away, and she wants to go alone
  • He allows this because he knows how stubborn and independent she can be
  • When she’s in the car, she reads the messages, finds out that Jumin noticed her absence near-immediately and went looking for her
  • When he couldn’t find her, he panicked
  • He and the RFA all assumed that she had been kidnapped
  • She ends up actually just going to her mothers, and once Driver Kim has left, she goes to a hotel to stay the night
  • As soon as she’s checked in, she gets a call from Jumin demanding to know where she is. He refuses to lose her.
  • “Maybe next time, pick someone better suited to you,” she says. “Some one beautiful and graceful and refined. Like maybe Sarah.” Then she hangs up.
  • He calls her all through the night, although she shut her phone off pretty quickly
  • In the morning, she listens to his messages as he gets increasingly more desperate, even breaking down into tears at some point
  • After breakfast is delivered to her room, she gets a call from 707, who starts speaking so frantically, she can’t understand him
  • What he boils it down to is, “Thank god you turned on your phone, Jumin paid me a lot of money to track you down, and I can’t fail him. I have to fill up my babies with premium~”
  • This whole conversation happens while she’s eating
  • Then there’s a knock on the door as she finishes her food
  • With a piece of toast hanging out of her mouth and 707 still on the phone in her hand, she answers the door to three security guards and Jumin
  • The toast falls out of her mouth
  • Jumin forces himself inside the room, shuts the door, and grabs her phone
  • “Thank you, Luciel, the money will be wired to you by the end of the day.”
  • Jumin then hangs up and throws the phone across the room
  • He then grabs MC and kisses her
  • When he pulls away, she sees how bedraggled he looks. He’s still wearing the same suit form the night before, it’s wrinkled and his hair is a mess
  • He begs her never to leave him again
  • He apologizes a million times, telling her she’s the most beautiful woman he’s ever met and that he was barely even paying attention to what that man said, he didn’t even realize until it was too late
  • He loves her too much to lose her
  • MC ends up realizing she hurt him just as much as he hurt her and apologizes for leaving like that, for saying the things she did, it was unfair
  • After holding each other for a little while, Jumin declares he’s going to take a day off of work, and they are going to stay in this hotel room until the next day
  • MC just rolls her eyes at this, but sure, fine, whatever

Saeyoung

  • He’d been acting… distant
  • Of course, part of it was because he was keeping an eye on Saeran, who was having a really bad stream of episodes
  • More than once, Saeran had lashed out at one or both of them
  • It didn’t help that Saeyoung was trying really hard to get out of the spy life and was doing his best to keep hackers away from them
  • MC did the best she could not to be a burden on him since he had so much on his plate
  • If MC was around, she’d help around the house by cleaning, making decent meals for the brothers, making sure they at least tried to eat, and so on
  • One day, however, Saeyoung snaps at MC that he’s fine, he doesn’t need her to put on a show and he just needs her to leave
  • When she comes back a few hours later with food and note with a joke on it, he’s still frustrated and says he told her to get out
  • So MC says goodbye to Saeran and goes home
  • She stops texting him good morning and good night at this point
  • At first, he just assumes she forgot, no big deal, that or she’s mad at him
  • Goes on for three days, then he realizes he’s hungry and Saeran almost sets fire to the kitchen trying to cook with some of the ingredients MC bought and left behind
  • Saeyoung cooks, but its not as good
  • He goes to check on MC at her apartment, only to find all the cameras are taped over, so he has to go in person
  • When he gets there, MC refuses to open the door
  • When Saeyoung asks why, she informs him that, she’s been trying her best to take care of him and Saeran, but Saeyoung continues to push her away
  • After everything they’ve been through, and he’s still pushing her away
  • Saeran really isn’t the best company, either, but she doesn’t blame him for that
  • When Saeyoung told her he didn’t need her, that he didn’t want her, MC decided that, if that’s what he thought would make him happy, she’d listen
  • He doesn’t need to see her again
  • Guess who’s begging for forgiveness through her apartment door?
  • Saeyoung just starts apologizing uncontrollably, saying he didn’t mean it, he loves her, needs her, Saeran needs her totally doesn’t almost ruin the apology by saying that they really need her to cook because Saeran can’t, and he’s not very good
  • Eventually MC lets him in and they hug and kiss and make up
  • MC also starts teaching Saeran to cook so there aren’t anymore… incidents
  • soon Saeran is a better cook than she is, but he doesn’t let Saeyoung have any when he “acts weird” and more often than not, if he goes to deliver food to his brother, he dumps the plate on the table in such a way that some of the food usually goes flying
minho in college
  • double major in primary education and history
  • wants to teach elementary school!!!!
  • varsity soccer so he has the custom backpack that says CHOI and always wears something uni-related
  • like seriously….. seeing him not in a some sort of three-quarter zip or sweater with the uni’s name emblazoned on it is shocking af (taemin: go away we haven’t gotten new shipment since the last time you were here which was yesterday you already own the ENTIRE store
  • he also owns uni socks which he unironically wears all the time and all the different types of shot glasses (onew’s broken at least three of them but minho just whips out extras, srsly they’re never ending)
  • a literal walking, talking uni advertisement (key: pls let me take you shopping for something else / minho: i have other clothes / key: WHERE)
  • in theory he probably should work at the bookstore but he sees how much taemin hates his job and if he can just use his discount there’s no need~
  • was actually scouted to be a campus tour guide (literally someone came up to him and begged him to join bc he was perfect for the job) and he is ridiculously good at it
  • also he could walk backwards well which is why onew did not make the cut
  • did so much extra research about the college so that he could be prepared for any questions and also to have fun facts on hand
  • which also came in handy for boring his friends to submission with very dry versions of the history of each and every building and sometimes he just does it for shits and giggles
  • once he came into the cafe during onew’s and jong’s shift and started reciting the history of the building they were in and the origin of the coffee bean and their faces were just pure panic bc they couldn’t even RUN AWAY and they can’t even fight their costumers even though they are being GIANT JERKS (jong: i will give you two coffees out of my own pocket for you to stop / minho: awww hyung you’re so sweet pls make them ventis)
  • but he’s just SO enthusiastic about his school that many incoming students could attribute their decision to come here to choi minho, master tour guide
  • he also volunteers at after-school programs in elementary schools and the students always scramble to him when they see him coming in
  • helps them with their homework and reads to them and lets the lil ones tie tufts of his hair (minho: do i look pretty?? / kid: the prettiest!!)
  • he’s so sweet with them and they always want to climb up on his shoulders and he lets them and holds their arms out like an airplane (and so that they won’t fall) and zooms around the room
  • avid college sports fan
  • no matter what the game, you can probably hear minho cheering loudly from the bleachers
  • someone got this great snapshot of him with football stripes on his cheeks and yelling which was blown up to larger-than-life proportions and lives in the welcome center
  • arguably his proudest achievement (”look mom i made it”)
  • srsly the school should honestly give him free tuition for all the endorsement he does as the uni’s poster boy
  • when studying he’s usually locked up with onew in the library but he’s also known to always keep his notes on him so he could study during breaks at soccer practice
  • he always has bananas on him that he’ll totally just give to anyone who asks but it’s a lot of bananas
  • also never skips breakfast no matter what so he’s seen a lot sprinting to class with a piece of toast in his mouth like an anime character
  • sun woo: so, ji dwi, how did you get to know ah ro?
  • ji dwi: *thinking* okay, i gotta explain to him how i met her so that he doesn't get more suspicious. think, ji dwi, think.
  • sun woo: ji dwi?
  • ji dwi: oh! well, ah ro had a piece of toast in her mouth and she ran right into me!
  • sun woo: really?
  • ji dwi: yeah...
  • sun woo:
  • ji dwi:
  • sun woo: ... that sounds awfully like an anime.
100 Kisses

Summary: You decide to give Bucky 100 kisses for his 100th birthday.

Word Count: 2,845

Warning: cursing

A/N: I’m sure in parts of the world Bucky’s birthday is long over, but it’s still March 10th where I live! Happy Birthday, Bucky Barnes!

9:15 am

Steve Rogers stared at you with wide blue eyes as you attempted to wolf down a bowl of cereal. There were many things out of place in this picture—for one thing, he couldn’t quite fathom how a person could so wildly eat cheerios, your spoon constantly clanging against the sides of the bowl.

For another thing, it was rare that you were up this early on a Friday, even if it was a special occasion. He glanced at the clock opposite him, noting that it was only fifteen past nine in the morning.

The super soldier opened his mouth to say something, but he stopped short at the abrupt sound of your chair scraping its legs against the floor. You shot out of your seat to drop your wares in the sink before floating across the table, depositing yourself in Bucky Barnes’ lap.

Bucky eyed you with a smirk, still chewing his breakfast while you placed your hands around his neck. You stared at him with doe eyes, batting your lashes heavily. “You need somethin’ darlin?” he questioned you, the tips of his lips curving into a smile despite the pointed look he was trying to give.

“Uhhhhh hurry up!” You bounced impatiently on his thigh, squirming around as you started to slip. “I’m only at twenty-seven!”

“Twenty-seven what?” For a quick moment, everything you could have possibly meant flashed into Steve’s mind, some of them not exactly what he wanted to think about over his first meal. With a quirked eyebrow he looked at the close couple, searching their faces for an explanation.

“I’m trying to mmm-” Your voice was cut off when your boyfriend shoved toast into your mouth, the jam smearing across your lips and making it sticky. Smugly, Bucky returned his attention to Steve, who watched on with a bewildered expression.

“She’s attempting to give me one hundred kisses today.” His voice was laced with mirth, a silly smile plastered onto his lips that juxtaposed his usual expression. Steve laughed, understanding your restless behavior.

“Did she give you ninety-nine last year?” Steve asked, very amused by the challenge, but also grateful. While your idea was strange, he found it sweet and affectionate; just the type of love Bucky needed after years of solitude.

“He hid his birthday from me last year, and now he has to pay for it!” you accused, poking your finger into his chest. “Besides, one hundred is a special milestone! Much more so than ninety-nine.”

“Most people don’t make it to ninety-nine,” Bucky pointed out, prodding your cheek with the end of his fork. You could see him fighting the urge to cave into your demands, hiding his grin with a cup of coffee. His eyes seemed to shimmer, much like they did when Steve brought him to the tower for the first time.

It felt like so many years ago that you’d met Bucky, a cautious, broken thing with eyes like glass. You didn’t think you’d ever get to see him so comfortable, so relaxed, so human. It made your heart swell, more so than the kisses ever could.

“Well then, even less people make it to one hundred. I’m glad you’re one of them,” your smile softened as you placed a kiss to his temple, his eyes closing in reverence. He wrapped an arm around your shoulder, placing his head against yours.

“I’m glad you’re here with me. You too, punk,” the brunette’s eyes picked up to Steve’s, narrowing playfully. “I see you over there.”

With a grin, Steve held up his hands in a placating gesture. “Who me? I’m not doing a thing. Just watching my best friend be totally disgusting with his girlfriend.” He was shaking now, wiping a tear away from his eye as his laughter continued.

“I guess there’s some things one hundred years can’t change”

1:34 pm

“Fifty three…fifty four…fifty five…fifty six,” You were on a roll, having placing your lips back and forth against Bucky’s for a few solid minutes. You were getting fast, knowing that at some point he would grow impatient of sitting on the couch for such small pecks.

He hadn’t complained yet, a satisfied smile growing even wider as the other occupants of the room stared in horror while you repeatedly kissed Bucky, counting in between. Sam mimicked retching, his acting turning into an actual couching fit.

“Jesus Y/N, aren’t you tired? And I don’t just mean from having to look at Barnes in the first place.” His voice made you stop, turning to face the man with a weak glare. Wariness showed on your face, emphasized by your off-guard expression and swollen lips.

“Could you please be nice to him for like, one day out of the year? Actually two; Christmas is a good time to lay off him too.”

“Could you two maybe get a room? We’re trying to watch quality entertainment, not whatever gross thing you guys are doing,” Clint groaned, eyes still glued to the television. Tony and Sam agreed with a round of complaints, the entire room beginning to get rowdy.

“Why are we even watching this? It’s March Madness, turn on ESPN!”

“Um, the Joffrey Ballet is performing Romeo and Juliet and I’m missing it.”

“Would you guys mind if we put on Star Trek?”

“Fuck Next Generation, Brucey. Someone hand me the remote or put on How I Met Your Mother.”

All of a sudden the T.V went blank, the remote clanging to floor as you dropped it with your powers. The room was suddenly silent, no one daring to make a move as your eyes returned to normal.

“I was here first, and I say you’re all watching T.V. in another room,” Your voice became dangerously low, scarring the others to scamper out of their seats without any complaints. There were small apologies being thrown at you, mostly muttered from Clint and Tony. (“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, please don’t use your powers!”)

You smiled until a pair of lips were pressed firmly to yours, a much longer, heated kiss that stole your breath and your thoughts. Bucky had grabbed your waist, pulling you to straddle his lap once again.

“Sixty,” he reminded you, voice low as though he was sharing a secret. You blinked, forgetting what the numbers were for in the first place. He had that effect on you.

He smiled, a little embarrassed, but hugged you closer all the same. “I wanted to give you one. That was pretty hot.”

6:28 pm

“What number are you guys on now?”

Natasha lazily swirled her spoon in her tea, head propped on her fist as she sent a smirk towards you and Bucky. By some miracle you weren’t completely smothering him, the two of you eating like normal people at the dinner table.

“Eighty-six. I’ve been spreading them out, he likes it better that way.” You beamed at him, unaware of his blushing state. Nat, however, noticed this right away, wiggling her brows to gain his attention.

“I’m sure that’s not the only thing he likes spread out,” she winked, and immediately after Bucky placed his head in his hands. A chorus of feminine cackles erupted, making his face even hotter.

“Bucky, please,” you wheezed out, holding a hand to your stomach. You gave his back a little rub, coaxing him out of his flushed state. “What are you acting all shy about, baby?” you teased him, the two of you calling him “ladies man” and “lover boy”, harping back to the stories Steve used to tell about him.

Bucky slowly lifted his head, hands still covering his face. “You know, I thought today was going to be more embarrassing for you than for me. How could I be so wrong?”

You rolled your eyes as his antics, prying his hands away. “C’mon Buckaroo,” you joked, trying to use as many dumb nickname as you could to calm him down. “We’re only teasing.”

“Relentlessly,” he added, and you scoffed, placing your hands on your hips.

“You’re one to talk about relentless! Do you want a list of all the times you’ve taunted me! You did that to me this morning!” Bucky peeked at you through his fingers, catching the frown etched on your face. “It’s only fair!”

“Sorry, don’t recall,” he muttered, getting up from his seat and walking away from you. You sputtered, standing quickly and bumping your thighs against the table.

“Hey!” he was starting to run now, even with very limited space. His back was retreating faster down the elevator corridor, and you picked up speed, getting a running start off the ground before you flew towards him.

“I can fly faster than you can run, Barnes!” you called after him, eyes glowing as you shot forward. Bucky suddenly turned, arms wide open, ready to catch you with a solid stance. You tried to slow down, but you were hurdling toward him like a comet. The force of your collision sent him skidding backwards, his feet tripping over themselves to regain a sense of balance.

You ended up twirling like a top, his arms wrapped around you as you spun into the elevator. Your giggles turned into a hiccups, only to be silenced by a kiss. A deep and slow one, melding your mouths together and ultimately grounding you. Any dizziness that persisted afterwards was not from being spun, but rather from the kiss that had you seeing stars.

“Eighty-seven,” you counted proudly, without a single hiccup.

10:04 pm

Ten o’ clock wasn’t late by any means, but it had been a long day.

There had been something of a party in the common room since seven; a small gathering that consisted of the Avengers, and a few other agents Bucky knew well. Tony had promised it wouldn’t be anything he wasn’t comfortable with, and that if he wanted the celebration over, he could have it.

Tony kept his word. Even though Bucky had been having fun, he realized that while he was busy catching up with Thor and Scott Lang, Y/N had hardly been by his side. Perhaps it was the suddenness of it all, but he felt immensely detached, gazing at her from across the room with longing looks.

You were quite adept at deciphering Bucky’s looks, even from far away. He’d given you this long stare, his baby blue hues so cloudy and dull, reason enough to saunter over to him and press a quick kiss to his lips.

“You okay?” you asked him, concerned that he wasn’t having fun. He didn’t seem to suggest the idea, but you could tell that something was bothering him. The first two times you did it, he shook his head and granted you a small smile.

The third time was different. By the third kiss you felt his restless energy, his hands cupping both your cheeks, seeking some sort of outlet. You held his hands, looking straight into his eyes.

“Bucky,” you paused, making sure he was hearing you. “Bucky are you alright?”

He was beginning to nod, his hair falling into his eyes as he bowed his head, but his chin never came back up. “I’m fine, I just,” he sounded strained, his voice thick with some emotion you couldn’t quite place. “How many left?”

“Ten,” you told him, rubbing the pads of your thumbs over his hands. “Just ten more.”

He licked his lips, grabbing onto your wrist loosely and pulling you away. “I want to go.” He was using short sentences, his speech rushed and shoulders tense.  Today had been long, and social events tended to tire him out quicker than anything else.

“Okay baby, you stay right there, I’ll tell Tony.” You gave him a smile that was forced, the façade vanishing when you turned away from it. You nearly jogged to reach Tony, explaining the situation as best you could, despite not understanding it yourself.

He was good about it. Tony didn’t make a scene, he just waved graciously with a small smile. Bucky returned it, and suddenly the whole room was raising a glass in his leave.

“Happy Birthday, Buck! Hope you had fun.” Steve’s strong voice was wistful, but his smile was not at all sad. Bucky gave a salute, relief seeping back into him as you two looped arms, turning your backs to the avengers.

“You sure you’re okay?” It was simply precautionary, your worry fading when he gave a genuine smile.

“I’m fine, doll face. Just wanted to cash in those last ten kisses in private.”

 11:15 pm

He was smooth, in almost everything he did. It was scary, sometimes, how he could surprise you like that. Bucky appeared so sharp, so bent and twisted sometimes that you were always taken aback by how careful and soft he treated you.

His hands slowly went up your side, bunching the soft cotton of your pajamas impatiently. When he detached himself, his burning blue eyes looked straight at you, lips parted but unmoving, the question unspoken between you two.

“Ninety-eight,” you replied, breathing heavily against his lips, your foreheads touching. He’d been playing this game since he’d gotten you alone, taking charge of the gift you were supposed to give him. He rolled his hips under yours, nails digging into your sides almost painfully as he angled his mouth down for another go.

Suddenly his pursed lips met the pads of your fingers. He blinked, watching as you sat back on your knees, taking his wrists into your hands.

“This is my gift. You can’t take control of it, that makes it yours.” You felt like you were pouting, crossing your arms to convey your annoyance, even it if was acute.

Bucky laughed until he realized you were serious. “What? Darling, come on,” he persuaded, lifting up your chin. “It is for me.”

“Yeah, but it’s, I’m,” you struggled to form your thought into a coherent statement, one that would make sense. “I’m giving you one hundred kisses, in my time. You can’t cash them all in like a rain check.”

That seemed to do the trick, your boyfriend leaning back on his elbows, looking at you with raised brows. “Well when you put it like that,” he drawled, and you used your strength to push him down onto his back.

“When I put it like that,” you mocked him, landing on your side next to him. You grazed your finger across his jaw, tracing the outline down his neck and collarbone. His skin was hot to the touch, but shivers wracked his spine when your nails scratched under his chin. He was eager, hands twitching to touch you. You laughed at his restraint, cupping your hands to his cheeks and giving him a soft, tender kiss that lasted but a minute.

You didn’t need to say it out loud; you both understand that this was the last of them, the final kiss to mark his birthday. He smiled as he shifted to mirror your body, arms snaking around your neck. He wanted so desperately to say something, but before he could even think about it, your lips placed a small peck to his.

“One hundred! Happy Birthday, Bucky!” you grinned sneakily, and he grabbed you, pulling you onto his lap. You laughed at his expression, the fleeting anger that bubbling under his shock.

“What? That so does not count!” he yelled, feeling cheated. He pulled your wrists to bring your closer, so close that your chests touched and your eyes were solely focused on each other. You still stifled some giggles back, and Bucky finally sighed, resigned to the fact that, no matter how devious it was, you’d kept your promise.

“You’re forgetting something,” your chirpy voice reminded him, and he grumbled a quick response before you placed your hands on his chest. You captured his attention a mere moment before you captured his lips, this time in a kiss that mattered.

It started slow and hesitant, as though you were testing unsteady waters. Soon it became deeper, those hovering hands now fully immersed in his hair, tugging at the roots with just enough pull to spur him on further.

Bucky placed his hands on your hips, slowly sitting himself up, never breaking contact. He placed you back down onto the bed, his weight pressing against yours. Your resolve broke, that earlier statement off the table as Bucky guided you onto your back, trapping you between his arms. Your head pressed into the mattress, your body sinking as your breath was stolen from you, Bucky’s chest flush against you.

When the need for air became too hard to ignore, Bucky pulled back, a questioning glance on his face. “Pretty sure I’m not one hundred and one,” he inquired, and you smiled.

“One for good luck.” Your answer made him break out into a grin, one so contagious you nearly forgot about everything else. He slowly leaned down and pressed a chaste kiss to your lips, a good and quick thing that conveyed everything it needed to.

“I don’t need luck when I’ve got you.”

Summary: Modern AU, established relationship. Cassian, Az and Mor have somewhere to be and while the boys are up their sleeping beauty is nowhere to be found. Az comes with a novel way of getting her out of bed….NSFW. Sin. Much sin ahead. You’ve been warned.

Teaser: Az’s dejected form isn’t what leaves their bedroom however. Instead, Cassian freezes in the act of raising his mug to his lips for a drink when he hears a soft, feminine moan escape. He waits for all of a second before the mug and half-eaten breakfast are abandoned and he wanders down the corridor to investigate.

Azriel doesn’t look up from the piece of toast he’s slowly, precisely, buttering as he hears the unmistakeable sounds of Cassian sloping into the room behind him. His boyfriend doesn’t stop walking until he crashes, albeit gently, into Az’s back, jolting him against the counter. His thick, muscled arms slide easily around his waist and he nuzzles softly at his neck, still slightly damp from the shower.

“Mm, you smell like Mor,” is Cassian’s dreamy idea of a mumbled morning greeting.

Az comes as close to grimacing that he ever does at that. “I think I used her shampoo this morning,” he confesses drily, now tipping coffee into the mug in front of him. Cassian lets out a gasp of mock horror at this and withdraws from him as though tainted. He claps him playfully on the shoulder, “Good luck,” is all he says before he heaves himself up onto the worktop, his heels knocking gently against the cupboard door.

A soft smile traces Az’s lips as he slides the coffee towards Cassian who raises the mug in a grateful salute after grabbing it before taking a long draught. “I don’t think I have to worry about it,” he says evenly, melting out of the way to let Cassian at the toaster and hob, “She won’t be coherent enough to notice for a while yet.

Cassian glances over Azriel’s head towards the door of their bedroom, slightly ajar, revealing the darkness within, then he snorts. “It looks like the lair of some fell beast,” he observes, casually swiping a piece of Az’s buttered toast and transferring it to his mouth. Az huffs but doesn’t protest, considering it a fair trade for the half a pack of bacon Cassian has just slapped into a pan.

Az makes a business of checking his watch, “At this time of the morning you’re not far wrong,” he murmurs, ambling to the fridge and pulling out eggs which he lays on the counter within easy reach of Cassian’s broad, deft hands.

Cass snorts at that assessment, barely even looking at what he’s doing as he cracks the eggs and transfers them to a bowl to whisk them up, “How long do we have before we need to leave?” he asks, eyebrow raised.

“A few hours yet,” Az replies mildly, taking a small sip of his own coffee, “But she should get up now.”

Cassian snorts again, “You expect her to manage that without some sort of encouragement?” he demands, “Waking Mor up at this time is like waking the dead, we’d have an easier time finding a new girlfriend at the graveyard.”

Az just smiles at that, watching his boyfriend work, “Mm, I’m quite fond of this one, as it happens,” he murmurs quietly.

He’s fully aware that he already has a plan to deal with their…situation. Cassian never eats his eggs scrambled this way, and his bacon is always half raw. Sure enough, a few moments later, tipping the eggs into a frying pan, Cass grins, “Don’t you worry, sweetheart,” he says affectionately, leaning over and kissing Az on the cheek even as he rolls his eyes at the petname, ”I have just the thing. She’ll be up in a minute, all bright eyed and bushy tailed.”

It’s Az’s turn to snort at that. Of the three of them, Cass is the one most likely to tend towards optimism but even by his standards that’s stretching the bounds of belief. “Okay fine, she’ll be conscious,” he amends irritably before waggling a spatula threateningly in Az’s direction, “you get to take over from there.”

“If you actually manage to get her up I’ll take over from there,” he promises faithfully, taking another idle sip of his coffee.

“Ha,” Cass grins, “Just you wait, Az, she can never resist my cooking. Ever.” He reaches past him and swipes the large ‘princess’ mug out of the cupboard, filling it with coffee from the pot before dumping in a small mountain of sugar and half of their milk reserves into it with his customary grimace that anyone would dare besmirch the good name of coffee the way that Mor does.

Azriel just hums as Cassian starts to load Mor’s breakfast onto a tray, leaning against the worktop, saying nothing. As he starts to leave the room however, Mor’s breakfast arranged in the shape of a smiley face with tomato eyes, a bacon mouth, scrambled egg hair and a spikey toast hat however, Az dips down and presses a soft kiss to his lips, “Good luck,” he murmurs.

Cassian waves an airy hand, “Oh ye of little faith!” he huffs irritably as he sets off in the direction of their bedroom.

Azriel waits patiently and he and his lack of faith are rewarded by a Cassian stomping out of the room five minutes later, caught somewhere between astonishment and dejection, resolutely munching a piece of Mor’s toast. “Unbelievable,” he grumbles, looking sincerely crestfallen. “She’s made of stone, Az, we’re dating a statute, I hope you know that.”

Az just smiles as Cassian helps himself to some of Mor’s eggs, clearly lamenting their wasteful scrambling. “That was never going to work,” he says smoothly.

Cassian lets out a good natured growl, now eating a piece of Mor’s bacon with his fingers. He brandishes it at Az, “I bet you a tenner you can’t get her out of bed before I can.”

Cass watches as Azriel considers this, can practically hear the cogs turning in that mysterious, shadowed brain of his. Finally, with a decisive little nod, he sets down his piece of toast and says, “Deal,” before padding towards their bedroom.

Blinking, slightly startled by this sudden turn of events he calls after him, “On this try mind you!” Az just vaguely nods his agreement, gently pushing open the door at the end of the corridor. What a well meaning idiot, Cassian muses with a shake of the head, happily stuffing one of Mor’s tomatoes into his mouth. She doesn’t know what she’s missing, this breakfast was up to his finest high standards, but Az is taking part in a truly hopeless mission. Fire-breathing dragons would have been easier and safer to approach than their Morrigan this morning.

Cassian waits, shovelling down more of Mor’s bacon with what Az would probably consider indecent enthusiasm. Mor would understand though, he has to give this breakfast a proper funeral, worthy of her approval. He expects to see Az slinking back to him, defeated, rummaging irritably in his jeans for his wallet to offer him the spoils of his victory. He freezes, another piece of toast halfway to his mouth, loaded with scrambled eggs and dread – if Azriel fails in this task it’ll be his turn to rouse Mor again…He contemplates this for a few seconds then shovels the toast and egg into his mouth, deciding it’ll be worth it. His boyfriend had been so achingly sure of himself and while Cass doesn’t think that Az’s ego needs to be deflated any more than it already is, on the other hand he really does like the idea of him coughing up the bet money.

Cassian waits some more, still devouring Mor’s breakfast, feeling a slight pang of worry for Az. In her current state, well aimed pillows might just be lethal, and he’s quite fond of Az’s pretty face…He decides to give it a few more minutes before launching an emergency rescue operation. Any second now he’s going to have to kiss that small frown from his beautiful face, console him even as he delightedly accepts his winnings.

Az’s dejected form isn’t what leaves their bedroom however. Instead, Cassian freezes in the act of raising his mug to his lips for a drink when he hears a soft, feminine moan escape. He waits for all of a second before the mug and half-eaten breakfast are abandoned and he wanders down the corridor to investigate.

Gently pushing open the door, decorated with Az’s careful, neat lettering of their names (Cassian’s idea) and the small stick figures in the top left corner, (a drunken Mor’s contribution) he pauses to properly drink in the scene. Azriel is kneeling on the floor at the side of their bed, Mor’s long, golden legs hooked over his shoulders, his head buried between them. Mor is arching in pleasure, another faint moan spilling from her open lips as her body bows from the bed. Her hands fist the crisp white sheets, clutching at them as Az teases her with his tongue.

Send My Love (To Your New Lover) - Part 2

Summary of Part 1:  You come home to find Baekhyun has been unfaithful, which you expected, but what no one expected is your reaction.

Part 2: Requested (by many lovely people):  Hi! I know that this is probably a longshot, but I wanted to request a sequel for Send My Love? That scenario left me aching, and I need closure. Lol. More angst of course, but can the reader find a new love interest? I just want Baek to squirm a lot for what he has done, and of course there should be a big dallop about his jealousy

So this was supposed to be a one shot, and as I said in Part 1, you can end it there. BUT if you need closure, here’s more to help satisfy your needs.

Also I’m tagging these babes because they inspired this: @tousdae, @byunshim, and @imbaekhyunstrash <3 thanks loves

Julie’s POV (Mistress) – One Month Later

The bed is empty when Julie wakes. It wasn’t a sound that woke her or a movement – it was the absence of it. The room is too still, too empty. She blinks groggily as she turns over to check the time on her phone. 5:12 AM. Always 5 AM, she thinks to herself tiredly. Like clockwork. Like Cinderella, except instead of a princess running away from the ball at midnight, it’s Baekhyun shuffling out of the house at the crack of dawn.

Sighing, she gives up on the idea of sleep and rolls out of bed, grabbing her bathrobe and the apartment keys on her way out.

It’s a cool August morning when Julie steps out of the apartment complex, not quite cold but not warm either. She draws her robe tighter around her and pads down the sidewalk in her slippers, trying to push down the nagging sense of foreboding that’s been building in her chest for a while now. At the corner of the complex, she takes a left and follows the path into the courtyard. The leaves on the trees are just starting to curl at the ends as if drawing in on themselves from the coming cold, but she keeps her eyes on the path as she makes her way to the gazebo where a familiar silhouette stands, half-hidden.

Baekhyun.

A pang goes through Julie at the sight of him, and she steps onto the gazebo. He’s standing utterly still, a statue, leaning against the railing with his hand slightly extended as if reaching for something. His eyes are glazed.

“Baekhyun,” she says as she catches his hand. “Baek.” He’s still frozen, so she gently shakes him. Sometimes it takes a little bit of extra coaxing from her to pull him from his daze. He finally blinks, coming back to his senses, and he looks down at her with confusion that quickly gives way to understanding. Shame – and wretchedness.

“I was sleepwalking again,” he says. It’s not a question.

Julie tries for a reassuring smile. “But you didn’t yesterday, so that’s progress.”

“It’s not progress. None of this is progress. I don’t…I can’t…” His face is pale and his eyes are wide and glassy like an animal’s caught in headlights. Not terrified. Just…helpless. Resigned.

“Please,” Julie clutches at Baekhyun’s hand. “Please go see a doctor, jagiya. They can help you with whatever is going on. I know you won’t talk to me about it, but you have to talk to someone. You can’t live your life like this.”

“There’s nothing to talk about, Julie.”

“Baekhyun, don’t be stubborn. This has been going on for almost a month! This is a problem, but we can fix it—”

“I don’t want to fix it!” He yanks his hand away as he barks this out, but almost immediately after, the anger drains out of him and he slumps against the railing. His eyes have that vacant look again and he says once more, softly this time, “I don’t want to fix it.”

“Okay, baby,” Julie murmurs soothingly. Behind her calm voice though is a growing fear. If Baekhyun doesn’t try to get better, he’s only going to get worse – and she has no idea how to help him. “C’mon, let’s get you to bed, okay?” Hesitantly, she reaches for his hand, and this time he lets her lead him back to their apartment. When they make it back to the bedroom, Baekhyun just stares at the bed for a while before climbing in beside her. She turns to him, ready to curl up against his chest, but he faces the other way before she can do this.

Julie waits for him to fall asleep before she whispers, “I love you.” Because she can’t bear it if he doesn’t whisper it back. And she’s not sure anymore if he will.

The morning – well, the afternoon, really – brings the scent of coffee. It’s part of Julie’s ritual: wake up, brush teeth, toss some bread in the toaster, and brew coffee for herself and Baek. She twists her hair into a messy bun as she potters around the kitchen. Unbeknownst to Baekhyun, she has a plan. A plan to break him out of this drowning stupor and transform him back into the guy she fell in love with. The guy she broke all the rules for.

Apparently the smells from the kitchen are enough to rouse him because Baekhyun appears in the doorway, yawning. Julie pauses for a moment, distracted by the sight of him. His loose shirt and baggy pajama pants still can’t hide the hard lines of his sculpted frame, and she watches the way his body moves as he makes his way over to her. Even with his bedhead and dark circles, he’s breathtaking.

“Good morning, honey,” she pecks him on the cheek as he passes her to get to the coffee.

“Morning,” he says absently.

“Do you want me to make you an omelet? With chives and tomatoes and cheese? I know you like that.”

“That’s okay.” The clouds on his face clear for a moment as he offers her a smile, and Julie feels her breath catch. “Thank you though, Jules.” His appetite is still next to nonexistent.

“Anytime.” Plucking the toast from the toaster and placing them on two plates, Julie snags the butter from the fridge on her way to the table. Baekhyun joins her with the coffee, and they settle into comfortable silence as they eat.

That is, until she breaks it.

“So I was thinking…” Julie begins, trying not to feel discouraged by Baekhyun’s mental distance, “we should look at houses together.”

This catches his attention and he freezes with his toast halfway to his mouth. Slowly, he puts its down and meets her gaze. “What made you come to that decision?” he asks carefully.

Well, that wasn’t the response she was hoping for.

“I don’t know. This apartment seems so abandoned. Ever since Y/N left and took all her stuff with her, this place feels so impersonal, like a rest stop. Just somewhere to crash in between work and errands and all that.”

His shoulders have become rigid under his shirt. “Don’t talk about her, okay?” he says in a strained voice. The break up was hard on him, Julie knows this. There’s nothing Baekhyun hates more than hurting people, and he’s still probably feeling guilty.

She shrugs. “Okay. My point is, I want a home with you, Baek. I think maybe your soul is feeling restless, and building something new with me could help you find peace. You might even sleep through the night for once.”

He’s tearing his bread into smaller and smaller pieces as he considers this with a frown. “I just don’t know if I want to go house-hunting right now,” he finally admits. “I’m exhausted, and that sounds like an ordeal.”

“Or we can just do up this place.” Baekhyun still seems reluctant. “Come on, please?”

“Fine,” he groans, and Julie squeals, throwing her arms around him.

“Hurry up and finish your breakfast then.”

He glances at her apprehensively. “Why?”

“Because we’re going to the mall right after. And I’m driving.”

Baekhyun’s POV

The mall is packed. It’s a Saturday afternoon, and everyone and his mother are hanging out here. But then, it’s a small town and this is the only place to go.

Julie drags Baekhyun from store to store, and he struggles to keep up with her as she weaves easily through the clusters of shoppers, towing him in hand. His body feels heavy and clumsy from so many hours – so many nights of disturbed sleep, and his head is beginning to pound. But when Julie points out an intricate lamp or a patterned rug or a potted plant, looking for his opinion, Baekhyun does his best to show interest. Because this girl genuinely cares about him – and he cares about her too. Just not the way he cares about –

Stop. He shakes his head and grinds his teeth together. Don’t go there. Don’t think about her. But how can he not when every damn thing reminds him of her, of Y/N? The way the sun slants through the window of the bedroom they once shared – it used to slip through the blinds and fall directly on her face, and she would complain every morning to Baekhyun about this. But he never bought new curtains because he loved the way the light touched her soft features and made her into something celestial. The sound of rain against the roof of the car brings her to mind. The first time he kissed her – a real kiss, with his hands in her hair and her arms around his neck, pulling him impossibly closer – was in the car, and it had been pouring out. He can’t even bring himself to eat omelets anymore because that was her favorite breakfast food.

Julie is marveling at different ceramic figurines to liven up their living room when Baekhyun suddenly excuses himself to go to the bathroom. As he makes his way out of the Pottery Barn, he pulls his phone from his pocket. He needs to make a call.

The mall is thinning out now. Baekhyun and Julie have been here for a few hours, and people are starting to trickle out. He’s on his way back from the bathroom, trying to remember how to get back to the Pottery Barn, when something catches his attention. A familiar sound, like the tinkling of wind chimes. Laughter. He whips his head around in search of the source of the noise, and his eyes land on a couple standing by a food court kiosk, trying out samples of cheese.

The guy is tall, taller than him, with a white smile, gelled hair, and an expensive fall coat. And the girl beside him is…Y/N.

Baekhyun feels the color leave his face as he reflexively steps back, allowing the people walking to partially hide him as he watches them. He hasn’t seen her since…that day.

The kiosk vendor looks bored as he offers them more cheese samples, but Y/N and the guy seem to be having a great time. She looks radiant, Baekhyun realizes with a twist of longing in his stomach, happier than he’s seen her in a long time. He can only stare as the guy places a sample in his mouth, makes a face, and then leans down to say something in her ear, and she throws her head back and laughs. The sound reaches him again like a caress, like a slap in the face, and Baekhyun’s legs can’t seem to decide if they want to run over to Y/N and the guy and yank them apart – or if they should carry him far, far away. It’s only when he watches the guy reach over to tuck a strand of Y/N’s hair behind her ear that Baekhyun finally can’t take anymore, and he slips into the throng of walking people, letting the tide of their bodies tug him away from her. It almost feels natural to do this.

After all, this isn’t the first time he’s let life pull them apart.

Julie’s POV

Baekhyun is silent during the ride home, but it’s the kind of silence that feels loaded, ready to burst messily. Something happened while he was in the bathroom, that much she’s figured, and she flexes her fingers around the steering wheel uneasily. Every move she makes only seems to drive him further from her – but she also can’t just stand by and watch him spiral.

“I love you, Baekhyun,” she says softly, tentatively.

“I love you too, Julie.” She bites her lip at how automated his words sound.

“Do you?”

At this, he finally looks away from the window to her. “Of course I do. How could I not?”

That should have been comforting, his answer, but something unsettles her about the way he says the last bit – how could I not? – as if there’s more to the question, something he’s leaving unsaid.

How could I not – because I have to at this point.

Even though it’s 6 PM when they get back to the apartment, Baekhyun tells Julie that he’s going to go take a nap and disappears into the bedroom, leaving her alone in the living room with her newly purchased home furnishings. She wilts onto the couch and pulls her knees up to her chin. Without Baekhyun’s company, there’s too many hours to fill, and she doesn’t want to start clattering around with the décor while he’s sleeping. It’s a small apartment.

So she fills the time with busy work – organizing the book shelf, going through her emails, taking out the garbage. On her way back in from the dumpster, she stops by the mailbox to collect their mail and flips through the envelopes as she heads back into the living room. Might as well attend to the bills and cut out the coupons now.

Going through the mail is as dull as she’d expected – until she gets to the phone bill. Julie straightens up in her chair as she scans the page, her interest peaked – and not in a good way. It seems in the last month, Baekhyun has made over fifty calls to the same number, and it’s not one that she recognizes. Shoving the other papers aside on the dining table, she unearths her cell phone and dials the number, not sure what to expect. Hopefully it isn’t some phone sex service—

We’re sorry; you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again.

Julie stares at her phone as the intercept message ends. What the hell? She quickly compares the number she dialed to the one on the bill, and it’s the same. Baekhyun has been calling a disconnected number – multiple times.

Well. It wasn’t always a disconnected number. Pulling her laptop in front of her, she drums her fingers on the table as she waits for it to power on. She’s got some research to do.

It’s late when Julie finally climbs into bed, and not because she had too much trouble with her research. It’s because she had to go take a walk after she was finished to clear her head.

She settles against the pillow and traces the line of Baekhyun’s sleeping form with her eyes, considering waking him. But this might be one of those rare nights when he manages to stay asleep, when he’s not moved to wander, and so she holds herself back, albeit with some difficulty. She can talk with him in the morning, and it’s probably better to sleep on her thoughts anyway. Sighing, Julie closes her eyes and lets the storm in her mind lull her into oblivion.

She wakes a few hours later to an empty bed and rolls over to check the time. 5:15 AM.

“Like clockwork,” she exhales and scrubs her face with her hand. When did this become a normal part of her life? Running after her somnambulistic boyfriend who she’s not even sure loves her, at ungodly hours of the day? A flash of anger goes through Julie as she throws her legs off the bed and gets to her feet. This isn’t the guy she fell for, the guy that could make her laugh even when she felt like crying, who kissed her so deeply that she felt it in her toes. The guy she had been willing to hurt another girl to have.

The guilt comes back in waves as Julie walks out of the apartment complex, repressed emotion set free. She’d never been the type of girl to do what she did, set her sights on a taken man, become a…mistress. Ugh, what a dirty word. But Baekhyun was like no other man – no other person she’d ever met before, and at the time, she probably would have done anything for him. Maybe even still. It hadn’t felt wrong to be with him then because he felt so right by her side, the missing piece in her life. But today, for the first time, she’s feeling something new.

Regret.

The gazebo comes into sight, and Julie shakes her head, snapping back to attention. Then she blinks. Looks around. Looks around again, feeling panic rising in her chest now, and she hurries over to the gazebo before stopping in her tracks when she finds it unoccupied.

Baekhyun isn’t here.

Julie braces herself against the railing and tries to stay calm. The car is still in the lot, so he can’t have gotten that far, right? But then, he could have started walking hours ago, and she can’t call him because his phone is still on the nightstand. He could be anywhere by now. Oh god, there’s a lake a few blocks away. What if he walked into it and just kept on walking? Forget the lake, what if someone found him in his defenseless state and tried to mug him? What if—

Julie’s bathrobe pocket vibrates – her cell phone. Thank god she took it with her. Snatching it up, she answers it without even checking the caller ID. “Hello? Baekhyun?”

“Is this Julia Lee?” an unfamiliar, commanding voice says from the other end.

“Um, yes.”

“Hello Julia, this is Officer Richards. You are Mr. Byun Baekhyun’s emergency contact, correct?”

Julie’s stomach drops. “Yes. Is he alright? Did something happen?” For the first time, she notices the sound of sirens and voices talking in the background of the call.

“It’s unclear right now as to what the situation is. You see, we found him lying on the side of the highway.”

How I Got A Little Robot

Pairing: tony x reader (platonic)

Request: anonymous asked: Can I request one where the reader is the typical girl next door? Shy, geeky glasses and no make up. She’s fresh out of high school and works as an assistant for the avengers. On her way in she overhears some workers make bets on who gets her first. She hurries to the lab shaken up and tells Tony. He goes into overprotective dad mode cause she’s only 18. He programs a suit to follow her around and fires the workers.

A/N: this is soooooo cute!!! It’s so fucking fluffy I’m gonna die. I so hate those people who talk about people in such way, because I have experienced it once and it really disturbs the person who was being talked about. Hope you like it!

Warning(s): sexual talk, swearing.

You had your breakfast hurriedly as you arranged all the files. Working with the avengers was very fun but the work that came with it, was not less. Being so young, they all looked after you and treated you like a sibling and not as an assistant.

You ran around your house getting each and every thing you would need for the day, the files, the pen drives, your backpack and other essential items. You quickly put on some moisturizer and sunscreen on your face, took a final glance at the watch and ran out of the house.

You fixed your glasses as you rode your bicycle through the roads. The warm, fresh breeze felt so pleasant against your skin and in your hair. A smile was plastered on your face before your phone rang, you quickly put in your Bluetooth head set and picked up the phone.

‘hey, sweetheart. Good morning.’ You could hear the smile in tony’s voice.

‘good morning, Mr. stark! I am on my way, I’ll be there in just two minutes.’ You paddled faster.

‘oh, it’s okay, kiddo. I just wanted to ask if you got the Israel file and did that little presentation thing.’ He asked.

‘yes, I did it and I got all the files.’ You replied. ‘see you at the towers.’

‘okay’ he hung up.

You reached the towers and parked your bike. You corrected your backpack and made your way inside the facility. You were walking to the elevator before you were greeted by one of the usual young workers.

‘hey, (Y/n). how ya doin?’ he smiled.

‘oh, I’m good. Just in a bit of a rush, got a lot of work to do.’ you patted your bag and he nodded.

‘I will let you go if you answer this one question of mine.’ He crossed his arms and you furrowed your brows. ‘how do you look so pretty without any make up? and how do these glasses only add to it?’ he lightly tapped at your glasses and you took a step back. You chuckled awkwardly and rubbed the back of your neck.

‘you are just making fun of me, Richard. I’ll talk to you later, bye.’ You started to make your way to the elevator again.

‘bye, beautiful!’ he called after you and a heat rose to your cheeks. You were a rather shy person and such attention wasn’t something you were used to. You had almost got in the elevator before you remembered that you had forgotten your personal pen drive in the basket of your bike. You ran in the direction of the exit before you heard a murmur consisting of your name. you stopped and hid behind the wall. You weren’t the one to eavesdrop but someone was talking about you after all.

‘(y/n) is some fine piece of ass. I bet all of ya goons that imma get her first.’ An uneasy feeling seemed to have settled in your stomach when you heard this statement. To make it worse you recognised the voice to be Richard’s. you thought of him to be sweet, you could never tell he hid such bad motives under all that. You peeked and found two of his friends standing with him.

‘please, that girl is an easy one, ‘kay?’ the taller one said. ‘but I gotta say, she’s really fucking pretty. She’s one nice bunny.’ He crossed his arms and the other nodded in agreement.

‘ya know, I did a bit of research on her, turns out she never had a boyfriend.’ the guy you recalled as matt said.

‘ooh, virgin?’ the taller one asked with a sickening smirk and he nodded. ‘bet she’s a screamer.’

‘who screams your name to death.’ Richard added and they all started laughing. your heart started hammering against your chest, a lump had seemed to formed in your throat which wouldn’t go away. Sheer panic mixed with disgust and fear was what you felt. Not knowing what to do you dashed in the elevator and urgently pressed the button to the lab floor.

You were running to the lab when you crashed into tony. he stumbled back and let out a small chuckle.

‘gave you too much work, kiddo?’ he grinned. when you didn’t reply in your usual cheery voice and kept your gaze down, he got very concerned. ‘sweetie, you okay?’ he held your arms. You shook your head in a no. ‘what happened?’ he kept and arm around your shoulders and led you towards the lab.

‘the-the guys, Richard’s friends’ you tried to speak.

‘what about them? What did they do?’ he asked with anger evident in his voice. He sat you down and gave you a glass of water. You took a few sips before you were ready to speak.

‘they said such vulgar stuff about me, and made bets on who could get me first.’ You choked out disgusted. You looked at his face and could see and feel anger radiating out of him. he unclenched his jaw and sat beside you.

‘I’ll take care of those jerks, okay? You don’t have to worry about anything, they won’t know and will not trouble you again.’ He cooed and you nodded. He got up and made a call, he talked for a few minutes before nodding and sitting beside you again. ‘and those assholes are fired.’ He smiled and rubbed your back soothingly.

‘thank you, Mr. stark.’ You gave him a small smile. ‘thank you very much, you are very sweet.’

‘not more than you, cupcake’ he ruffled your hair and you chuckled. ‘you wanna go back home? Take a break?’ you shook your head in a no.

‘working here is awesome, I don’t ever need a break.’ You got up. ‘and here.’ You handed him the files and pen drive. He took them and kept them aside before turning to you.

‘if you see those low lives anywhere near you, you call me. promise?’ he looked you in the eyes.

‘promise.’ You replied.

The day ended quickly, and you didn’t see tony anywhere after that. When you asked Bruce he replied that tony was working on something in his lab and had asked for nobody to disturb him. you nodded understandingly and left.

You shuffled in your bed recalling the events of the day. Those comments had perturbed you a lot, you were disgusted and scared that they might find your address. But as the image of tony and his fatherly, caring words came to you, you had fallen asleep.

You were trying to find tony for you had to get some paper signed by him. you had entered the kitchen area when you spotted him with a toast in his mouth. He looked tired as he poured a green smoothie in a beer mug. You couldn’t help but chuckle. He snapped his head in your expression, almost losing the grip of his toast.

‘waw yew?’ he tried to speak with the toast still in his mouth, he took it out and kept it aside. ‘(y/n)! hey, sweetheart you’re okay, right? Nobody troubled you?’ he moved closer to you and you noticed the shadow under his eyes.

‘I am fine, sir. But I can’t be sure about you, you couldn’t sleep?’ you asked.

‘yes.’ he pointed and took a bite of his toast. ‘but for all the good reasons.’ He finished it and chugged his smoothie. ‘come, I gotta show you something.’ He smiled, grabbed your hand and took you to the lab.

‘what is it?’ you tilted your head. He stood you in the middle of the lab, instructing you not to move before he disappeared.

‘(y/n),’ he came back with and smiled at you. ‘welcome, your new constant companion.’ He announced and you furrowed your brows. ‘lil’ bot!’ he shouted and a little robot came wheeling near you.

‘nice to meet you, (y/n)’ it said in an adorable voice. You knelt near it and kept a hand on its round white head. you looked at tony with curious eyes.

‘this little robot is going to be following your everywhere now, if he senses any danger he will send signals and help will be there for you in no time.’ He explained and you blinked. ‘You like him?’ he looked at you hopefully.

‘wow.’ Was all that you could muster. ‘I can’t-‘

‘yes, you can.’ He sat beside you. ‘why don’t you name him?’

‘I am going to name him, Robin.’ You smiled at him and his digital eyes changed to pleased ones. It started moving in circles saying its name and you grinned.

‘that’s the reason I made him so cute, you know’ he tucked his hands under his head and leaned against the table. ‘he gotta match his cute owner.’ He smiled and you blushed.

‘thank you so much, Mr. Stark.’ You gave him a genuine smile. ‘I can’t thank you enough for all that you did for me.’

‘you don’t have to, kid.’ He looked at you. ‘you’re like my daughter.’ He muttered. You awkwardly held your arms up for a hug but he had his attention somewhere else. You cleared your throat and he furrowed his brows. ‘wh- oh!’ he hugged you and chuckled. ‘you’re adorable.’ He grinned.

In bringing this collection to a close, I decided to take it back to the start.

Enjoy.

The first time she kissed him, he tasted like butterbeer and something distinctly James. The combination made her head swim, her heart pound, and her body crave him, his mouth, his body, his skin against hers.

It was a crisp October afternoon, the first Hogsmeade weekend of their seventh year, and Lily had finally said yes, enthusiastically yes, to James’ Hogsmeade proposal. He’d been stunned at first, thought she was having him on, made worse by the fact that instead of answering his desperate enquiry of “Are you serious?!” she’d said, “No, but your brother is,” winked at the tall, wavy haired man next to him, and walked off. She never could resist a Sirius joke. Neither, she knew, could Sirius, and his barking laughter followed her down the corridor. James, unwilling to leave things on such unsure footing, chased her down the corridor and took her hand. “You’re actually saying yes?” He’d said, the words quiet and deep and fast, his eyes searching her face and when Lily broke into a smile he looked like he’d been stunned. “Yes, James. I’m actually saying yes.”

He’d dragged her down to Hogsmeade as soon as they’d finished breakfast that morning, though ‘finished’ is perhaps not quite the right word. James had practically inhaled an entire bowl of porridge, his knee bouncing incessantly under the table, and Lily had barely had time to grab a few pieces of toast before his hand was in hers and he was hauling her away from the table.

She was shouting indignantly and shoving bites of toast into her mouth as he pulled her into the brisk morning air, but his hand was warm in hers and the electricity shooting through her veins kept her from protesting too fiercely against the disruption of her breakfast. Instead, she gripped his hand more firmly in her own, bumped her hip against his playfully - “You better feed me today, Potter, or you’re dead.” His eyes were sparkling with amusement when he smiled back at her, “On my honour, Evans.”

When they got to the gates, James had stopped them, moving to stand in front of her, his eyes moving over her face, and Lily’s breath caught in her throat as she looked at him because he was just too damn beautiful to be real and how had she never realised it before? She wanted to grab him right there and kiss him, but they hadn’t even had their date yet and she knew how long he’d been waiting for this, so she ran her tongue along the back of her teeth and bit the corner of her lip in an attempt to control herself. But he was still looking at her like that, like she was everything, the only thing in the world, and the air was crackling with so much electricity that she could taste it on her tongue when she pulled in a deep breath. He blinked and smiled an embarrassed smile before reaching up and taking his scarf from around his neck. “Here,” he said, grinning at her, “You look cold.”

His fingers burned trails across her skin as he tied the scarf securely around her, and she swallowed the desperate reply that was bubbling up in her, opting to thank him quietly instead. It was the exact opposite of everything she normally would have done and she knew James had noticed because he’d cocked an amused eyebrow at her as they began walking again, but she couldn’t trust her mouth because it was begging her to either taste every centimetre of his skin or tell him how she thought she might actually, desperately, be falling in love with him and neither of those were options while they were making their way to the high street on their first official date.

The morning was a whirlwind of sound and colour - they went into all her favourite shops, he detailed everything he’d ever planned for all those rejected dates, her cheeks flushed with a bit more than the cold when she told him that she was glad he’d finally earned her attention. She tried to remember all the details, commit it all to memory, because she knew this was something she’d want to remember, that it was one of those rare moments you realise, as it’s happening, that you need to set it down, to carve it into your memory, because this moment, this day is going to be one that changes the rest of your life. But no matter how hard she tried to step back, to catalogue the details, she couldn’t. He was overwhelming, he was, and she couldn’t focus on anything but the rush in her stomach that was slowly burning a hole through her when she looked at him.

They ducked into The Three Broomsticks for lunch, he cracked jokes and she tossed chips at his head. They drank bottles of butterbeer and she pretended not to notice the stunned look on his face when she brushed her foot against his calf under the table. His eyes welled up when he talked about his parents, she took his hand and talked about her sister, they talked about the future. It was easy to talk to him and they talked about everything.

They fought, of course, over who would pay the bill when it came and, though James won, she grumbled about it while they waited for Rosmerta to return with his change. James pocketed a handful of coins as he stood, laughing as Lily said, “I can pay for myself, James, bloody hell,” and took her hand. They walked out of the pub and the cold air was a shock after the warm, smoky air of the pub. “You can pay next time,” James said, grinning down at her and Lily cocked her eyebrow, “Who said there’s going to be a next time?”

He stopped in the middle of the high street, turning to face her and raising his eyebrows - he studied her before he smirked and moved his hands to her hips. “Now Evans,” he said, his fingers brushing along the hem of her jumper, “I know you don’t mean that.”

The retort was on the tip of her tongue, but, recognising the opportunity, she grinned instead. “No, I don’t,” and she reached up, wound her fingers in the hair at the base of his neck, and pulled his mouth to hers.

She would, over time, run her tongue along all the lines of his skin, tracing him, finding every sensitive part of his body and memorising it and the way it felt against her lips, the way the salt and spice of his skin lingered on her tongue. But now, right now, with his mouth on hers, his fingers sliding along the exposed skin at her waist, all she could think was more. She needed him, every part of him, and she knew then that she would never, ever get enough.

She didn’t care that people were probably gawking at them, that they could see just how desperately she was pressing her body against his. The taste of him was driving her mad and she shouldn’t be held responsible for any acts of public indecency she might be in the process of committing. She bit down lightly on his bottom lip, smiling at the groan that escaped him, before he broke the kiss and pressed his forehead to hers. His eyes were shining with want and mischief and she could tell just how much effort it was taking for him to control himself. It mirrored, but probably didn’t quite match, the restraint she was exercising over herself.

“You can’t be doing that to me in public, Evans. We’re supposed to be setting an example. What kind of Heads are we?” Lily grinned and pressed her hips against his, “Maybe we should go back up to the castle then, if you’re going to be such a stickler for the rules.”

He smiled so broadly she thought his face might crack with the effort and she couldn’t help the laugh that bubbled out of her when he was looking at her like that, grinning stupidly at her in the middle of the high street like he’d just won the bloody lottery. She knew how he felt though, her lips were still tingling, her skin still humming, and she completely understood, now, what it felt like to have your entire body come alive, burst into flame, when you’re with someone. She craved it, never wanted it to end - James had ignited a fire in her gut that she hoped, no, knew, would never burn out.

She stepped away from him, grabbed his hand firmly in her own, and turned towards the castle.

anonymous asked:

Have you ever ran to school with toast in your mouth?

I actually ran in panic to school holding a plate of spicy tarkari and a bowl of haleem mom made with a pile of fresh pita bread on the side while saying, “Ya Allah, I’m late for school”

12x12 Coda... (morning after)

“Dean, if you want to teach me to…  flirt, I am ready to learn,” Cas offered, sipping a black coffee.

Uh….” Dean ‘s head went a bit white noise. He glanced swiftly at his brother, who was already hoovering up the morning’s ration of eggs and toast.

Cas was wearing a clean black T-shirt, one of Dean’s old ones, which read “AC/DC”. His hair was plastered, a little damply, behind his ears. Dean had insisted on laundering the trench, to get rid of all the black goo and blood from the barn. He’d insisted on laundering the angel, too. Let’s wash that angel-killing rune magic off, Cas, just to be sure…c’mon, don’t be a baby, one shower is not gonna be that terrible…

Sam contented himself with raising an eyebrow.

“Yesterday,” Cas continued blithely, you wanted me to ‘hit on’ Megan, our waitress.” He waggled his fingers, making solem air quotes for “hit on”.

Dean mentally, and colourfully, cussed himself out.

Cas’ skin had been surprisingly soft and soapy, the terrfying cracks made by the spear all gone, although Dean had anxiously searched for them with careful fingers, the water thrumming under the weight in his throat…

He sat down at the breakfast bar with the other two, grabbing himself some of what was on offer.

“You want me to pass better… as human,. I understand,” Cas said, in a gravelly and obliging tone.

“Uh, yeah… that’s… sure…” Dean mumbled, shoving toast into his mouth hastily.

“Why don’t you practice on Dean?” Sam suggested, widening his eyes at his older brother.

He’d rubbed Cas dry with their best fluffy towel. From the solid chords of his neck to his long, elegant feet, Dean had been meticulous, each touch a silent prayer… And if his eyes got wet… well, it was just the steam, settling on them both in the quiet.

He’d tried not to think too much about the fact that he owed those prayers to Crowley..

Cas blinked, for a second, then turned to face the older Winchester, “Your gluteus maximus muscles appear to be of an efficacious tensile strength,” he told Dean, “and, considering your propensity for fried food, your blood cholesterol levels are quite passable…”

Dean choked on a mouthful of toast and had to take an extra swig of orange juice.

“Dude, he said you had a nice butt,” Sam sniggered.

Cas had come, unprotesting, to Dean’s room. I know you don’t sleep, but you almost died and your body needs to rest now Cas, please… just, lie down.. yes here, next to me, c’mon buddy, under the covers that’s right…

Dean had kept babbling for a while, his own receipe for banishing death… That was a close call, buddy, freaking demons, Jeez. Why does shit always go down for us in barns, huh? His laugh was like a bark or a sob. Are you cold, are you ok, Cas?

But Cas had just looked at him, a look more naked than his entire body had been earlier under the shower… So then Dean held him, and he smelled of lavender… and who cares how hard his heart hammered in the dark…

Dean flushed at the tips of his ears and gave his brother a swift kick in the ankle.

“Uh, Cas…. no…. you… can’t let on you can read people’s frigging…. internal organs, for a start…”

Cas frowned in concentration, anxiety in the tiniest of tells in his knuckles, a piece of toast he didn’t need to eat lying half-bitten on his plate.

“In certain lights, a human soul looks like amber, but there are no insects…” he started.

“Really?” Sam took a glug of coffee, looking genuinely intrigued.

Dean was not having a good morning. His own stupid fault, as usual.

“No… that’s.. wrong too, obviously… I’m.. I appreciate your mouth, when it smiles before you do..” Cas threw Dean a hopeful look.

Dean felt his heart give a treacherous lurch.

“Definitely don’t waste that on a waitress you just met,” Sam said lightly, his eyes flicking between them.

“And don’t listen to anything my brother has to say on the subject of flirting anyway, Cas. Dean says everything sincere with his actions, not with his… cute mouth.”

“Shuddup Sam,” Dean growled, but he was a little bit grateful.

The angel had shaken for quite a while in his arms and Dean had just… held on tight. He couldn’t make the strings of his voice-box work anymore, so he’d prayed, over and over, so close to Cas’ mouth he was sure he’d feel it on his breath.

“I love you too, Cas. I love you too.”

Scott McCall:

With Scott being your older brother by two years and also being an alpha of his own pack, he did become overprotective and by over protective I mean, well that’s go back to the day shall we.

You was running late for school because you idiot older brother woke up late, meaning you woke up late also, so that meaning you had hardly any time to even pick out a decent outfit to wear. Rushing down the stairs in a pair of black Nike running shorts and a white tank top and to say Scott was not pleased at what you was wearing. Who could blame you, you had no time and needed to get to school.

“What are you wearing?” Scott’s voice makes you freeze in your walk as you step out of the kitchen with a piece of burnt toast dangling from your mouth. You quirk your eyebrows up at him to ask what he meant before a small growl fell from his lips, canines appearing as he gestured towards your lack of clothing.

“Clothes” you helplessly mumbled around your piece of toast, which caused it to fall on the floor. You pout as you stare down at your still burnt piece of toast that lays on the floor before lifting your head back up to meet glowing red eyes. “Scott” you whispers stepping back just a little, it’s not that your afraid of him nor the werewolf he is, it’s just you think it’s a little stupid he’s going all big alpha and brother protective about what your wearing.

“Change” he tells you in that deep voice to show that he wolf is coming out. You look at Scott for a second before slowly giving him a smile and giggle at the same time. You knew this would confuse Scott by when he gives you the helpless puppy look.

“Oh Scott when are you going to learn that I am 16 years old and can wear whatever I like.”

Scott says nothing but grumbles under his breath causing you to tilt your head to the side.

“Ya know I don’t have super hearing like you genius” you whisper as you take your first step back towards the mumbling alpha. “So what was that?” You ask him.

“I don’t want people to look at your legs, o-or your lady area.” He mumbles with a small pout on his lips, his arms now crossed over his chest and his head hung down. “You’re my little sister” and with him saying that you fully step forward and pull your overprotective brother into your arms and hug him.

“Would putting on a jumper help” Scott nods on your shoulder to say yes. Doing as you asked you leave Scott and retreat back upstairs and moments later come back down with one of Scott’s jumpers covering most of your and stopping mid thigh. “Now let’s go we are already late as it is, and mum is most likely going to get a call any moment to ask why we aren’t in school.” Within saying that Scott nods his head before leading you both out of your house and to his bike, where you hop on behind and speed to school.

Stiles Stilinski:

Now being the only daughter of the sheriff of Beacon Hills is one thing, but being daughter of the sheriff and the twin sister of none other than Stiles Stilinski is another. You loved Stiles to bits, of course you did he was your best friend and vice versa for him (besides Scott) but when Theo would flirt with you and you let him, well Stiles absolutely hated it and would go all big brother protective mode over you. With him still not trusting Theo one bit since he came back to Beacon Hills and finding out that he is also a chimera Stiles protectiveness over you got a lot worse than it originally was.

He would follow you everywhere and by everywhere I mean everywhere. From one class to another until your seated inside and if Theo was in your class he’d make sure he was far from you, and if Stiles himself was in the same class as you he would sit next to you and also become you working partner is well, Stiles also followed you around on you morning break and lunch break, he would also follow you to Deaton’s Veteran where you volunteered to help with the animals and even make Derek watch over as you volunteered if Stiles could not be there himself.

If you went to the library to do homework and he would hide behind bookshelves or even sit next to you to make sure Theo couldn’t go near you, and don’t start with needing to go to your locker he would be right by your side, and last of them all if you needed to go to the bathroom or toilet at home or in school, Stiles would figure it out where you are and wait outside for you, I mean come on Stiles a girl needs privacy.

So you finally had enough off your brother basically hovering over your life. It was lunch time now and you had the same lunch as the others so you thought it was time you told Stiles how you felt about him following you around like a lost dog. When you sat down at the table you sat between Liam and Mason, when normally you would sit in between Scott and Stiles without having a choice.

“You need to stop” you hiss at Stiles not caring if the others at the table heard, which most likely most them would with them being a were something. “You need to stop this stupid act right now Stiles” you say with a guarded look. Stiles looks at you shocked at first but the smile on his face soon drops off and a scowl is now placed.

“I’m protecting you” he hisses back. “You cannot trust him” Stiles tries to whisper but it was mostly a whisper type yell towards you. “He isn’t to be trusted Y/N.”

“Trusted, the only person here that shouldn’t be trusted is you Void Stiles” You whisper yell back but soon regretting what you said. “Stiles, I-” but he doesn’t let you finish when he sends you a harsh glare he’s never given you before and actually stomps out of the cafeteria. “I didn’t mean it” you whisper to yourself but everyone heard. You knew that Void Stiles was hard subject of the past for Stiles and you go and use it against him. What type of sister was you. Ignoring whatever Scott was saying you neglect your food and follow after Stiles, but not having to go far when you see him sitting on the floor against a blue locker in the empty hallway, with his head in his hands. “Stiles” you whisper as you slowly walk towards him.

“I know I get a little overpowering with all this following you around and hovering all over you, it-it’s just I made mum and dad a promise I would always protect you Y/N. I’m afraid to lose my best friend.” You hear him whisper and your heart cracks into a millions pieces right then and there. You’ve never heard Stiles sound so hurt and broken about you before and that makes you feel like a right dick and very guilty one about what you had said.

“You shouldn’t let Scott hear that I’m your best friend” you say trying to make the situation better than it is right now, and when you see a smile gracing Stiles lips when he lifts his head up, you know your all forgiven for. So what do you do, you sit down right beside him and talk about utter rubbish, laugh and cry a little until the bell rings showing it’s the end of lunch. You both leave each other for your next classes with promises given to each other. Your promise was to never bring up the past of Void Stiles again, and Stiles was to give you a little more space, to be less protective and to live your life just a little bit without him hovering over it.
Liam Dunbar:

Liam always loved being overprotective over you even know you’re a few years older than him. So when you came out that you and Derek Hale was an item, Liam got all protective over you. As soon as the news hit everyone and Liam himself his eyes instantly glowed a yellow amber, his canines started to extend and his claws soon appeared.

“Liam calm down” his own alpha said but it didn’t work when Liam growled loudly. Before we know it Liam lunged at Derek but soon stop when you stood in front of your love, blocking him from Liam’s attack. A squeal falls from your mouth when he just manages to stop but still knocks you down on accident causing Derek to fall with you. Before you even could hit the ground Derek’s arms cushion around you, holding you tight and safe for the fall.

You and Derek hit the ground in a thud both landing on one another because you are softly pushed of Derek and onto the ground beside him and in matter of seconds he’s on his feet and ready to pounce at your younger brother. Both eyes glowing, canines sharp with growls falling from behind them and claws extended and ready to attack and have blood on them show for the fight there both wanting to have.

You scramble to your feet and scream with all the energy you have in you with hope that the boys will stop and they do, Liam and Derek turn to face you with their eyes still glowing, claws still extended and canines still sharp as ever. “Stop, now” you angrily say to the both of them. “Liam I’m pregnant and I am your older sister so you will stop this silly over protective act, right now!” You shout at him.

“P-pregnant!” Liam stutters out in shock and disbelief. “As in baby pregnant."

You giggle at him first before you answer. "Yes Liam, as in nine months baby pregnant. I know you can get very protective of me but please, please stop this silly act. I love Derek and I love you because you’re my younger brother but I have Derek now."

"You will always have me” he growls out causing Derek to growl back him. “I am your blood."

"And so is Derek now, please I need my little brother to the best uncle ever to this little girl or boy Liam, I need you” you whisper in the softest and quietest tone ever and surprising yourself if anyone even heard you speak.

“I’ll be the best uncle ever, congratulation Y/N, Derek” you smile at Liam and embrace him in the hug when you get close enough to him. Everyone around celebrates you and Derek in congratulations and a lot of baby talk, so for the rest of the day you explain to the pack about how you and Derek started and where it went from there.

Theo Raeken:

You knew about Theo working with the Dread Doctors and his punishment was being taken down to Hell by your dead older sister dragging him down after Kira basically stabbed the ground and made a hole in the ground for her to take him. That killed you knowing the only person you actually had left was now gone and it made you distance yourself from the pack, until around three months later where the Ghost Riders started to come in and took Stiles whom you still remember clearly but the others didn’t.

So on one of the days where there was a storm coming and the Ghost Riders will come and take new people who seen them, Liam and Hayden took you back to the tunnels where Theo first went into Hell and made you wait with them. Somehow they manage to get in touch with Noshiko Yukimura and got Kira’s sword is well.

“What are we doing Liam.” You ask him with a small voice as you rub your arms for some heat to enter your body, because well you wasn’t anything of a supernatural creature, you was a good ole human being.

Liam doesn’t answer you but lift’s Kira’s sword into the air and stabbing in very harshly into the ground causing it to crack up and make a big enough hole for someone to crawl out of. Claws soon stick out of the hole and a very dirty body soon following afterwards with glowing amber eyes on show. There stood Theo, there stood your older brother dirty and angry and ready to attack.

“Theo” you whisper softly making his amber eyes snap towards you in the corner where you stood and soon disappear when they land on you, his little sister, the little girl he grew up with protecting and raising, the little sister he thought he never see again.

“Y/N” Theo whispers your name and before you know it your in his arms not caring that your getting dirty, because all that matters is you finally have your big brother back. You was so happy when you wasn’t the only one who remembered Stiles and everything about him. But when Scott and Malia found out Theo was back it wasn’t good, at all.

“You brought him back” Malia growled out staring down Theo. “I bet she was the one who brought him back” and this time the growl like voice was directed at you which caused you to snap your eyes up from the floor and to the glowing blue eyes that’s glares at you. You only stand frozen when she slowly advances you but soon stops when a fierce and loud growl of your brother showing protection for his blood.

“Step any closer to my sister and I will kill you myself, Malia” Theo growls out deeply, and next thing you know they are both fighting with Scott and Liam trying to tear them apart, yourself standing in the corner scared for your brother and your friend and Lydia shouting at you to make it stop.

“Theo” you whimper but he obviously didn’t hear it. “Theo” you say this time but a lot louder. “THEO!” You scream and it causes him to stop and look over at you, making him lose guard and it lets Malia throw in a quick punch. “Please stop, the both of you” and just with one glance at the fear and helpless look in your eyes Theo calms down, he glowing eyes slowly disappearing along with his claws and canines along with it. Malia soon follows after Theo with calming down when she see that her friend has fear in her eyes.

“Y/N I’m sorry” Malia says.

“I’m sorry.” Theo says at the same time and all you do is nod your head. Theo holds his arm out to you and you take, instantly pulling you into a hug a inhaling your familiar scent and calming down more. “I’m sorry” he whispers into your hair.

And after that you, Theo and the pack start to make a plan on how to get rid of the Ghost Riders and how to get Stiles back, even know it took a lot of convincing of Theo and yourself that Stiles was a real person and not just imagination.

Brett Talbot:

Brett has always been protective over you and Lori because well you both are his little sisters, he was always a tad bit more protective over you because only Lori and Brett himself got the werewolf gene and you didn’t, so you were the human of the family. So when Brett had found out that you’ve been sneaking out to meet your long term secret boyfriend Liam, his ex best friend he was not happy, and when he also found out from Scott himself that the Dread Doctors are wanting you to become the next Chimera for Theo’s pack, well just say he went all hell bent on trying to kill Theo and the Dread Doctors.

That only ended up with him being constantly injured trying to fight them all, along side with the McCall pack. So wherever you went Brett followed, you understood why he was trying to protect you but you didn’t understand why he needed to follow you when you was with Liam, he was a werewolf and a pretty good one is well.

“Brett” you hiss at your annoying brother who is standing a few feet away from you and Liam, because well he has been following the two of you for the past ten minutes. You turn around and lose the hold Liam had on your waist and stare down at your brother, who grins sheepishly at you. “Stop following us.”

“I’m not following you” he simply replies knowing that it is very much annoying you, even annoying Liam a little is well.

You scoff at his answer with arms folded over your chest, hip stuck out and a frown on your lips. “Never mind it’s not following, it’s stalking” you ground out between your clenched teeth. Brett grins again before sending one of his signature smirks at you and Liam, but it mostly being directed at you to annoy just a little bit more.

“I’m protecting you Y/N, so stop complaining. I need to keep you safe and close so the Dread Doctors do not get you and turn you into one of their experiments.” Brett angrily says between a growl and clenched teeth. “I can’t lose you” you just barely hear him with your stupid human hearing.

“You won’t, I’m going to protect her with everything in me. Even if it kills me, she has the pack behind her alongside you and even Satomi’s pack is right behind you to keep her safe.” Liam butts in and it causes your heart to flutter at the words he said.

‘I’m going to protect her with everything in me. Even if it kills me’ runs through your mind before you snap out of it and focus on the conversation.

“She and Lori are the only family I have left, I’m not going to lose either one of them.” And your heart flutters and swoons again at Brett’s words.

Stepping forward towards Brett you smile softly at him before beginning to speak in a quiet whisper, but he could still hear you with his super hearing. “You are never going to lose me, nor Lori. I promise.”

Brett stays quiet for a second before he begins to speak up. “When mum and dad died I made a promise to myself that I would raise and protect you the two of you from anyone who’s try to get in the way, but I promised myself that I would protect you a little more because the lack of the gene in you. I need to keep you and Lori safe Y/N, and I’m going to do anything to keep the promise I made.” And within a second your in your big brothers arms hugging him tight and whispering how much you love him and how much it means to you that he’s there for you.

By the end of the night you, Liam and Brett headed over to Scott’s house to pig out to a movie with the pack  and with yourself falling asleep wedged between your boyfriend and big brother.
