Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine.

Photo from 01 February 2016: I accidentally set up my alarm for a normal school day (four am 😩) because I thought I had classes. So here I am, munching on some cereal and finishing my paper for experimental psychology at six in the morning. 👌 #letsdothis

There really aren’t shortcuts to health. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Get enough sleep.
  • Move your body throughout the day.
  • Eat well — a healthy assortment of foods. Mostly plants, and not too much. (An ideapopularized by author Michael Pollan.)
  • Interact socially. Isolation is not good for the body, soul or mind.
  • Take some time to reflect on what you are grateful for.

Hey guys! Sooooo I made a printable (yes me, a complete dunderhead when it comes to computers) ! It’s got a spot for everything I think you’ll need for productivity AND wellbeing. I made two versions: this one is the straight line, serious box one and this is the bubbly one (my mum’s favourite). So choose the one you like best and happy planning!

Feb, 8 (2016) - Scanned the last weeks and this weeks pages from my Bullet Journal because I love the way they turned out! (Sometimes I can’t decide wether to write in english or german lol)
I changed my “style” a bit to be able to plan ahead and get more creative - we’ll see if I’ll keep this layout!

New monthly layout is ready! 

 I’m already finding that simplicity helps keep my mind clear, so I used a similar layout as January’s monthly. 

 Listing tasks opposite the monthly view allows slightly more specific notes without overdoing it too! :)
