Anthony “TJ” Solomon the notorious 1999 Heritage High School Shooter was released from prison today in Georgia, July 26th, 2016.  Above are photographs of him leaving the prison.  He was originally sentenced to serve 40 years in prison.  His sentence was then reduced to 20 years.  Solomon only served 17 years and was released early.  He was 15 years old at the time of his crime.  He is being paroled to his mothers house.

The above photograph is the most recent one of school shooter Anthony “TJ” Solomon.  On May 20th, 1999 Solomon opened fire at Heritage High School in Conyers, Georgia wounding 6 people.  He initially faced a sentence of 351 years.  In 2000, he was found guilty but mentally ill and his sentence was reduced to 40 years in prison.  However, he is scheduled to be released from prison sometime in 2016.

School shooter Anthony “TJ” Solomon was responsible for the Heritage High Shooting in Conyers, Georgia on May 20th, 1999 just a month after Columbine. TJ was 15 at the time, and while he didn’t kill anyone he wounded 6 students.
Initially he was looking at 351 years in prison.  In 2000, he was found guilty but mentally ill and was sentenced to 40 years in prison and 65 years of probation.  Eventually, his sentence was reduced to 20 years.  
Solomon is now in a transitional center and will be released and a free man sometime in 2016.
