you did not “fuck up” Just as long as you get some form of exercise each day for a certain amount of time and you control what you eat, you’ll be fine. Put your mind to anything and you can do it. You can do it! :)
Thank you. I really mean that. That just made me feel so much better and I’m trying I really am. I’m trying to walk atleast an hour to two hours a day and besides that I’m just changing little things in my life like drinking 8 glasses of water and getting rid of soda OH! and instead of the elevator, walking the stairs. and of course eating so much.
