three girls in kitchen

Murdered By Her Best Friends

The murder of 16-year-old Skylar Neese

On July 6th, 2012 16-year-old Skylar Neese snuck out of her house to drive around & smoke marijuana with her two best friends, Shelia Eddy (middle) & Rachel Shoaf (right). They drove to Morris Run Road in Pennsylvania, a long dirt road surrounded with forestry, a place they had been before to hangout and smoke. When Skylar turned her back the girls counted to three & began stabbing Skylar to death with kitchen knives they had concealed under their clothes. The only thing Skylar said during the attack was “why” over & over again. The girls stood over her body until she was dead, cleaned themselves up with Clorox wipes & fresh clothes they had stored in the trunk, went home & resumed their normal lives.

Skylar was deemed a runaway & the girls played the role of concerned friends who just wanted their best friend back. Shelia begged & pleaded for her to come home on her social media, helped the family post missing flyers, & spent countless hours with Skylar’s parents sitting in Skylar’s room talking & crying. When cops began questioning the girls the Neese’s repeatedly told cops to back off because they were going through enough already.

Above screenshots of Shelia Eddy pretending to be a concerned friend on Facebook. Comments by Skylar’s parents, Dave and Mary Neese.

The heat of the ongoing investigation & whispers around town proved to be too much to handle for Rachel Shoaf, who confessed to the murder in December of 2012. She said “we stabbed her” & when asked why she said “we just didn’t want to be friends anymore.” She cooperated with police & lead them to where Skylar was murdered. She also agreed to wear a wire while hanging out with Shelia in order to get Shelia to say something incriminating, but Shelia held out. Below is a picture of them from that night.

Shelia Eddy was arrested May 1st, 2013. On January 24, 2014 she plead guilty to first degree murder & was sentenced to life with mercy, eligible for parole after 15 years. On February 26th, 2014 Rachel Shoaf was charged with second degree murder & was sentenced to 30 years, eligible for parole after 10 years. They are both serving their sentences in Lakin Correctional Center.

Chilling tweet by Shelia Eddy a month before her arrest.

One popular theory suggests Shelia & Rachel were engaged in a sexual relationship & Skylar was the only one who knew about it. There was always drama & fighting amongst them, so to avoid Skylar telling their secret they killed her. However, the true motive remains unknown.

Because of the nature of this crime & the fact that I am the same age as the girls (21 now) I became really invested in it. I watched everything I could about it, read every article, even got in contact with Skylar Neese’s parents who are wonderful people. There are several documentaries about it here & here, as well as her parents’ Dr. Phil episode here. You can purchase the book containing more detailed information here (a must read if you’re interested in this case!)

I’m Breaking Up With You

Summary: Bucky tries breaking up with you but you’re not having it.

“She won’t let me break up with her.” Bucky tells his best friend, Steve as they both sat on the couch. They look towards the kitchen where Y/N stood, talking to Natasha and Wanda. Bucky’s girlfriend lets out a laugh at something Natasha says and he smiles. Bucky loves her so much.

“Why do you want to break up with her? I thought you loved her?” Steve questions, confused as to why he wants to break up with her. when Bucky first met Y/N it was like love at first sight for him. Steve remembers how Bucky would talk non stop about her - he still does and how he would follow her around like a lost puppy, hugging or touching her whenever he could.

“I do love her.” Bucky smiles. “The other day I tried breaking up with her only to see how she would react and she kept saying ‘nope’. It was so cute.”

Steve turns to his friend.

“So you don’t actually want to break up with her right?” he questions him, still sort of confused.

“Nope. I love her too much to ever actually break up with her.” he replies, looking over at his girlfriend.

“Wait so why did you try breaking up with her again? I’m still confused.” Steve admits and Bucky laughs.

“I wanted to see if she’d let me go or fight for our relationship.” he responds simply and Steve nods, better understanding the situation.

“So it was like a test for your relationship?” he asks to be 100% sure he understood. Bucky nods, looking at Steve before turning his full attention to Y/N. He watched as she clasped her hands on her mouth as she laughed and he smirks.

“Wanna see?” Bucky asks Steve, referring to him trying to break up with Y/N only for her to say no. Steve nods, both of the super soldiers turning to the three girls standing in the kitchen. “Hey Y/N,” he calls and she turns her head to him.

“Yeah?” she says as Wanda and Natasha look over at Bucky as well.

“I’m breaking up with you.” he speaks and both Wanda and Natasha’s eyes widen at his words.

“No you’re not.” Y/N replies, causing Bucky to smile and look over at Steve with an ‘I told you so’ look.

”I just don’t think we’re good for each other.” Bucky sighs, the smile still on his face as he says this.

“We’re not breaking up.” Y/N states. “Nice try though, Buck.” she turns back to the two girls and they continue their conversation like nothing happened.

Bucky turns back to his friend who was laughing and smiles.

“I told you she won’t let me.” he grins.

Later that day Bucky made his way into your room, finding you sitting on your bed with your nose in a book. You were wearing your glasses and Bucky smiles at the beautiful sight. He simply loves when you wear your glasses.

“Hey Doll.” he greets, sitting on your bed right next to you.

“Hey Buck.” you murmur, flipping the page to your book. Bucky’s eyebrows furrow at the way you responded.

“What’s wrong?” he questions, automatically knowing something was up.

“Nothing.” you say, not looking at him. Bucky sighs and takes your book from your grasp, throwing it onto your nightstand. “Hey! I was reading tha-”

“What’s wrong?” he cuts you off and you sigh, looking down at your folded hands.

“Why are you trying to break up with me?” you ask him and Bucky’s facial features soften.

“I’m not I just-” he pinches the bridge of his nose, trying to explain the best he could. “I wanted to know if you’d fight for our relationship or not. I never actually wanted to break up with you. I love you too much Y/N.”

You let out a sigh of relief at his words. You thought you had done something to make Bucky not want you anymore and it scared you. You didn’t want to lose him.

“Oh thank god,” you breathe and Bucky chuckles. “I thought I had done something to make you want to break up with me.”

Bucky takes your face in his hands, looking into your eyes lovingly before pressing a gentle kiss on your lips.

“I love you too much to break up with you.” he murmurs as his thumb caressed your cheek.

“I love you too.” you reply

“I love how you responded though,” Bucky pulls away from you, “ ‘no you’re not’ ‘we’re not breaking up’.” he copies your words from earlier.

“Well I wasn’t gonna let you break up with me.” you laugh

“I’m glad you didn’t.” Bucky chuckles and you pull him in for yet another kiss.

A/N: If you have any requests send ‘em in! I’ll be glad to write it!

And he did, we did it, my first time with my best friend and well Kim Mingyu was right, his eyes, the look on his face, the thought he tried so hard to push away, they all told the truth, after that I was gone.

JOSHUA - I (01)

x2nd person, y/n

x2,626 words

Gang life wasn’t much different than normal, especially when there were no deals to be made, debts to be paid or sentences to be served. You had been apart of SVT for almost two years now, not as long as some of the other girls, definitely not as long at SVT had been formed. However, you had only really seen three other girls around the gang house. Upon entering the kitchen, following the smell of bacon and pancakes, you saw Jia at the stove, Jun standing behind her with his arms around her waist and chin resting on her shoulder. You smiled at the couples moment, taking a seat next to Eunji who was on her laptop. Eunji was a hacker, she usually tracked the movements of rival gangs or what the government was up to, lately she was just playing chess or writing an essay to calm her nerves. She looked up and smiled a hello. She was usually quiet in the morning, especially when Minghao was still sleeping or out on a job.

“Sleep well?” She asked you in Chinese, using your heritage as an excuse to strengthen her Chinese. You smiled and nodded, asking her the same. She shrugged, “haven’t been to sleep yet.” You noticed this was an occurrence when Minghao was away on a job, Eunji would work herself out of sleep and it was usually Jia or Jun who’d make her eat at least something twice a day. You could understand her though, you got the same way when Joshua was away. Luckily for you, Joshua wasn’t out this time, just Minghao, Mingyu, Soonyoung and Chan.

It was usual for you to call the boys by their given names and, having tried many times in the past to get you to use their nicknames and failed, they usually let you. It was around 7am when you checked the time, having made a bowl of cereal for yourself, not wanting the pancakes Jia had made for reasons you could only blame on your monthly mood swings. You had followed the smell of bacon to the kitchen but suddenly you felt sick by it, and you had no idea why.

Around 8am more people had flocked to the kitchen. Yumi, Seungcheol’s little sister and Mingyu’s unofficial girlfriend, sat in between Eunji and yourself, resting her head on your shoulder as she groaned about being woken up way to early. You smiled a little and shook your head, patting hers gently. She always got a little more clingy with you, or any of the girls, when Mingyu was away. Jeonghan and Wonwoo had also joined, standing next to Jun who was leaning on a counter, Jia still in his arms whist munching on a pancake.

You felt a pair of hands gently rest on your shoulders, sliding down you arms and around your waist, lifting you up gently as he slid onto the chair. You turned your head and was greeted with a tired grin from Joshua. “Good morning.” He muttered as he kissed behind your ear. Smiled and leaned into him more. You had known Joshua since the two of you were five years old. Being next door neighbours was quite fun, being friends was even better and from the age of 18 the two of you were together. He moved away at the age of 19 but the two of you still saw each other everyday. You could still recall how you found out about his place in SVT although, most of it was hazy.

Walking home late at night had never been a problem for you, especially since you knew how to protect yourself. Both your father and Joshua had insisted upon it but you really took the fighting lessons for yourself. But you were tired from an extremely long day and a tough seminar and you could hardly walk without your Eyes wanting to shut closed and your body wanting to collapse where you were. One second you were on the pavement, under a street light and the next there was a hand cupping your mouth, another over you eyes and two more grabbing at your waist. You had struggled, got a kick somewhere good and a punch somewhere not as good. Then you felt the pain in your stomach, felt the blood spread over your cream coloured tee-shirt, smelt the sickly sweet smell of chloroform and you were out like a light.

When you woke up again everything hurt. The light was glaring through your eyelids, your wrists restrained together behind your back. You knew you were tied to a chair without having to open your eyes. Your legs were bound to the front two legs at the ankles, your wrists ached from how tightly they were tight to the back to legs of the chair. Your head was pounding and your tummy was sticky yet oddly numb. When you opened your eyes, you winced at the bright artificial light that streaming directly down of your face. Your mouth was covered in what you could only assume was duck tape. Then you heard the deep tone of a voice behind you.

“Looks like the sweetheart is awake.” The voice cooed, winding scared chills down your spine. It wasn’t a voice you recognised and it definitely didn’t answer the millions of questions that span inside your mind. Where am I? Was I kidnapped? Who are these people? Why do they want me? Why am I tied to a chair?

Why? Why? Why?

Your hair was yanked harshly and your cry of pain was muffled by the tape on your mouth. The tape was then ripped off and you cried out again, feeling the skin on your lip rip and bleed. Two sets of chuckles reverberated around the room as you stiffened on the chair. The room was dark apart from the light that shone right in your eyes and you now had no idea how many people were in this room with you or what they were going to do with you.

“What do you want from me?” You panted out a whisper, taking pauses between sets of words as the pain of you tummy slowly turned sharp once again. This time only what chuckle could be heard.

“Nothing from you, sweetheart. But from your boyfriend over at SVT? Plenty.” The same voice from before was heard. You shivered again. SVT? Wasn’t that a newly formed an quickly notorious gang? What had that got to do with Joshua?

“Call him.” A woman’s voice rang out, sharp and filled with venom. “Call Jisoo and tell him about who our guest of honour is.” Was all she said before the sound of heels clicking against the floor was heard and a door was slammed.

The sound of fumbling was hard to pick up on but you could hear the quiet sounds of buttons being hit in a keypad. Joshua’s voice rang through the room, signalling that the call had been placed on speaker.

“Jagi? What’s with the midnight call?” He spoke to you. Did these people use your phone to call him? Why didn’t he sound the least bit tired?

Before you could say anything a low and sinister laugh made your jaw snap shut and you began to wonder if that’s all these people knew how to do. “I’m afraid your jagi is a little tied up right now, Jisoo.”

There was a silence and the faint sound of a door slam, muffled ambience could be heard and you knew that he’d just walked into a bustling room of people who had silenced at his entrance. “What happened to her?” Joshua’s voice cut through the silence like a knife, his voice tense and ready to spit fire. He spat out the mans name but you hadn’t heard it. Another chuckle was made and you snapped out of your scared silence.

“Josh-” was all you could scream out before the rest of your words were muffled by an ungloved hand. You struggled more animatedly, pulling at the restraints on your wrists and wriggling out of the hands hold. “What’s going on Joshua?”

The person behind you gripped your hair, tugging harshly, as the other hand punched deep onto your tummy. You screeched out in pain, tears running freely down your cheeks. You hadn’t noticed, not that you could actually see anything anymore as your gaze became hazy and the light was still blinding, but the man using your smart phone had switched to video call and was recording you writing in pain, sitting in your own blood.

“You know what we want.” Was the last thing you heard before the side of your head was punched and you’re sight was black once again.

When you woke up for the second time you were out of the chair, left on the ground like a rag doll. Your ankles were free but your wrists were retied, the rope citing in sharply to where your wrists were already red raw. You were being shaken at the shoulder, a gentle hand applying pressure to the cut on you stomach. When your eyes focused on the furrowed brow of your boyfriend and his friends, Junhui, as they stood behind the girl kneeling next to you. A girl you knew to be Jia, a girl you’d met a couple of times when attending a party with Joshua or just going out for lunch on a Friday afternoon.

“Hang in there, y/n” she whispered, turning over her shoulder to look at Jun and Joshua. “She’s alive, hurt and probably confused, but alive.” You barely made out the relief on Joshua’s face before you had tried to move and screamed out, shutting your eyes. The pain was too much to handle.

You were in a state of unconscious consciousness, in and out of hearing and not hearing, seeing and not seeing, feeling and numbness. The next thing your remember is being curled up across Joshua in the backseat of a fast car, crying as he whispered one sentence over and over again, the distinct voices of Soonyoung and Minghao shouting from the front.

“I’m sorry, it’s going to get better, hang in there, I love you.” And then there was black again.

You woke up four days later, attached to some sort of fancy hospital-looking machinery, however you were laying in a normal double bed, not in a hospital bed. Next to you was a sleeping Joshua, who looked like he actually hadn’t slept in four months. There was a dull ache in you tummy and on the side of your head, your lips were sore too but not as much. That’s when you met Yumi, she was one of the healers of SVT, little sister of the leader. When she walked in to see you awake she almost squealed, refraining at the last second because she knew from experience how irritable it could be. She explained a lot and answered most of your questions, stopping when you got a little deeper into what happened and why it happened.

“I’m afraid you’ll have to ask Jisoo for those answers” she smiled kindly, nodding to Joshua next to you.

When he woke up a few moments later you gave him a small smile as the pain was starting to creep back in.

“You’re awake.”

You nodded, knowing now wasn’t the time to respond with your usual amount of sarcasm.

“Are you in a lot of pain?”

You shook your head, almost scared to talk. You were extremely happy to see him but it didn’t stop the doubts and curiosities running through your head. Your expression must have tipped off your thoughts because Joshua leant forward to place a kiss of your forehead.

“I’ll explain everything, I promise.” And so, he did. It took you a few weeks to get used to the fact that your boyfriend was in a gang, SVT at that, and hadn’t told you anything remotely linked to it. After he told you the rues of gang life you understood more.

The cut on your tummy was deep enough to leave a line of raised skin. When it at healed enough you were formally introduced to SVT. Joshua wanted you to meet them, give them a chance, and you did. It was mainly for him but you weren’t one to judge anyone by the rumors and stories that swarmed around them.

Over the course of two months you had formed loyal connections to every member and soon enough you were asked to join SVT. Your role was a little complicated, however. You trained in all the basics like everyone else but when it came down to it your best skills were tactics and undercover work, so that’s what your role became. You didn’t go out on many jobs but you were often one of the first to be consulted about how to go about the bigger and more dangerous jobs.

Three years later, the boys still teased you as to how similar you role was to Joshua’s.

“Good morning.” You replied, laying a hand on top of his, on your tummy where the scar was, your other hand on his jaw as you brought your faces closer together for a kiss.

Before your lips could touch however, the front doors burst open as bloodied Soonyoung and Mingyu dragged even bloodier Chan and Minghao into the house. A terrified screech left both Eunji and Yumi as both girls lept off their stools to help.

You stood up from Joshua’s lap, noticing an uknown girl with a pale face had followed the four boys into the house. You turned to your boyfriend, “Get Seungcheol, you’re quicker.” He nodded and sped off towards where he knew Seungcheol to be. By now the two bloodied members were being helped by the frantic hands of Eunji and Yumi as well as the more-comforting-than-not words of Wonwoo as he tried to calm the histerics from Eunji.

You walked over and gently told Jeonghan to get Eunji out of the room and the boys to the makeshift infirmary room you had. It wasn’t too far, just down the hall from the main hall, the gang had found it easier than it’s previous location of across the entire house. He nodded and went to work, not bothering to make a fuss over the command. You walked over to the nameless girl who had sunk to the floor, tears staining her cheeks, red on her hands.

You were struck by how much she reminded you of yourself. You knelt down next to her, taking her hands in yours, not bothered by the blood at all. “Hey.” You cooed softly, her gaze ripping from the disappearing boys to your face. “I’m y/n.” you started. “I’m not going to hurt you, sweetie. Can you tell me your name?” You asked, your Korean flowing fluently fro your lips. She shook her head a little, opening her mouth to form a whisper.

“I… don’t understand.” You barely heard it, your brain taking a second to register the English coming from her shocked lips. You nodded once and repeated your questions in English, a language you and Joshua often spoke in to one another for fun.

Her name was Bo, the Chinese name falling from her lips in another broken whisper. She flinched harshly when a set of pained screams echoed down the hall and a few more members ran towards the room. You looked over your shoulder at a fleeting Joshua, having a conversation with your eyes. You nodded once and helped Bo up to a push two seater couch, arms around her shoulders as you tried to cam down her sudden burst of tears.

What the hell had happened?

Hayes Grier/Jack Johnson - Overprotective brother

Request:  Hey sweets💖could you please do a hayes imagine where you’re a party girl and Johnson’s sister. And you drunkenly have sex with Hayes and jack finds out? Thanks😜

“I can’t believe you made mom let you come with us,” Jack groaned in the car. I smiled at him proudly.

“I told you I would,” I said throwing my hair over my shoulders. Nash and Hayes was holding a party since they were home alone, and there was no way I would miss a party like that. I had been to several parties lately, but I knew it would be the best.

Jack always says I’m a bit too big of a party girl, but I never listened to him. I was young and carefree, there was no way I would waste my teenage years.

“Let that girl have fun, J!” Cam smirked at me from the front seat.

“Yes, let me have fun, Jack!” I agreed, but put my arms around his neck hugging him. I loved him, he was the best big brother ever, but he could be so overprotective sometimes! I often did as he said, because I respected him a lot, but this time I made my mind. I had planned to party with Hayes for a long time, we were super close lately and I wanted to spend the night with him while having fun.

It wasn’t a huge party, but there were definitely a lot of people, I knew most of them since I had spent a lot of time with Jack and the boys.

“Hey, you are here!” Nash greeted us giving me a hug and shaking hands with the guys. “Have fun, drinks and food in the kitchen!”

“Where is Hayes?” I asked smiling at him. Nash mostly knew that something was going on between Hayes and me and he was very supportive, while I didn’t even tell Jack anything because I knew he would flip and get overprotective immediately.

“I saw him in the kitchen a few minutes ago. Go girl,” Nash winked at me. I kissed his cheek as my thank you and made my way to the kitchen.

Hayes was there along with three beautiful girls, but when he saw me all of a sudden he left them there and walked to me.

“Hey Y/N, I’m glad you came,” he said giving me a long hug.

“I wouldn’t miss it for anything,” I said smiling at him.

“Want a drink? Nash got some vodka and beer.” He grinned down at me. I nodded and he poured some vodka with some orange into two cups and handed me one of them. “Cheers,” he smiled lifting his cup.

“Cheers!” We gulped from the alcoholic drinks while our eyes never left each other.

One drink followed the other, Hayes made sure we weren’t thirsty for even a moment. We got physically closer with each drink and after a while we were laughing and talking with our arms around each other. He was hugging my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck, our faces only inches away. We didn’t even care who was seeing us.

“I really am a better dancer since the show!” he defended himself laughing. I questioned his dancing skills and he got offended.

“Then show me something, Grier,” I teased him.

“Only if you dance with me,” he grinned at me kissing the corner of my mouth.

“I’m in,” I whispered leaning closer to his ears. Grabbing my hands he pulled me to the living room where people were dancing and we made our way into the middle of the group. Then he grabbed me by my waist and pulled me close to his body. He really was a good dancer and I already knew it but wanted him to show me his sexy moves. But I wasn’t too shy also, I made sure to give him my best moves. His hands moved down to my butt from time to time and we were getting closer and closer to kissing, when he finally closed the gap between us and crashed his lips to mine. It was the most passionate kiss I had ever got and Hayes surely knew what to do to blow my mind. His lips worked perfectly against mine and I couldn’t get enough of him. The alcohol was working in me, I maybe had too much, but I enjoyed myself a lot. I wanted more and knew he did too, so I pulled away and grabbing his hands I started to walk upstairs to his room. We barely made it inside, he was so eager and horny, he couldn’t get his hands off me. I closed the door and he pinned me to it.

He asked me if I wanted this for sure, but I would have never said no. I wanted him and I always got what I wanted.

A few hours passed by the time we went downstairs again. I still felt dizzy, but it wasn’t that bad now. We had no regrets and when we were back he grabbed my hand and laced our fingers together. The first person we ran into was Nash and when he saw our hands he gave us a huge grin.

“It was time, guys!” he laughed hugging both of us.

“Thanks bro,” Hayes patted his back. We chatted for a few more minutes but then he had to go leaving us alone.

“I wish Jack was just like Nash,” I groaned not knowing how to tell my brother that now we were more than just friends with Hayes.

“Just tell him the truth,” Hayes said caressing my cheek.

“Yes, like it’s so simple! I will just walk up to him and say ‘hey Jack, I just had sex with Hayes and, yeah, we are more than just friends now!’ It’s not that easy,” I sighed. Hayes was about to speak up, but someone interrupted us.

“You did what?!” I heard Jack’s voice from behind us. We turned around with wide eyes and saw him stand there like an angry bull.

“Jack, I…”

“You two slept together?” he asked slowly and walked closer. He heard us, so I couldn’t deny it.

“Yes, but don’t get mad, please!” I pleaded but it was worthless.

“Outside. Now,” he told us and headed towards the backyard. I sighed and we both followed him. I knew I was about to get the Talk, but I knew that I wouldn’t leave him flip on me, it was my decision and my life.

“What the hell is wrong with you?” he asked angrily when we got outside.

“Clearly everything! How could you sleep together?! What did you think?”

“Jack, stop it, it’s not that big deal!” I said trying to calm him down.

“It is! You are too young, and… and you can’t just go around and sleep with everybody!”

“I didn’t do it! Okay? Don’t talk to me like I’m a slut, because I’m not!”

“Dude, there is really no need for this,” Hayes said, but that just triggered Jack.

“You don’t have a word here. How could you sleep with my sister? I can’t believe you! What’s next? You are together?” he scoffed, and then we answered him at the same time.

“We are.”

His eyes widened and then started to shake his head madly.

“No, no you are not.”

“You can’t tell me who I date or not! Stop pretending like I’m a little girl, I’m sixteen, I have my own life and I can make my own decisions! Please, Jack, you can’t do this forever!”

I looked at him with pleading eyes and hoped he would understand, that I’m not that little girl anymore who he used to take care of. I was old enough to decide what’s best for me.

He looked at Hayes for a long moment before speaking up.

“I swear to God, if you disrespect my sister or hurt her, I will kill you, Hayes. I’m serious.”

“I won’t, I promise,” he said immediately.

“You better not. Now go, I don’t even want to see you,” he groaned, but I knew he finally gave up. I threw my hands around his neck and kissed his cheek.

“I love you, Jack!” I sang before pulling Hayes inside. It went better than I thought.

“Hi papa,” you grinned, happy to be here with him. It had been almost three weeks since you last visited him and you had a lot of catching up to do.

“So what’s been stealin’ my little girl from me for three weeks?” He questioned, inviting you to the kitchen to sit down for some coffee.

You shed your boots at the door, your jacket and scarf following as you made it into the kitchen, hanging the two items over the back of your chair. “You always know when something’s up don’t you?”

who makes the breakfast:
Chuck, because he does’t have to move too far away from his precious French-press if he stays in the kitchen. It also means Chuck can make sure Ron doesn’t get conned into giving the girls Lucky Charms for breakfast.

who’s the one to cry for everything:
I’m not sure what this question means lmao? I’m assuming it means who the kids cry to when they want something, and the answer is absolutely Ron, who is a sucker. Chuck, after having been with Ron for so long, is immune to dramatics and will roll his eyes if the kids ever try it.

who’s the more discipline parent and who’s the more lenient one:
I think they’re both relaxed, but the kids hate getting into trouble with Chuck because he has mastered the Disappointed Parent look.

who helps with the science fair:
Chuck, because the one year Ron did he enlisted the help of Carwood Lipton, who seems sensible but improvises flame throwers out of household appliances for fun, and ended up singeing off an eyebrow. Chuck is very attached to Ron’s eyebrows, so is happy to help the kids build model volcanos while Ron mumbles about how cliche they’ve become in another room.

who does baby talk:
With the first kid Ron is worried he’ll undermine his bad-ass reputation if he babies the kid too much (like marrying a kindergarten teacher, adopting a couple of dogs and moving to suburbs didn’t already do that), so he doesn’t indulge in baby talk at first. But then when the baby is a few months old and is starting to smile, Ron starts making goo-goo noises on a whim. His little girl gives him the biggest smile he’s seen yet so he ends up making baby noises at her all the time. Everyone thinks its hilariously sweet to see Sparky Speirs literally going gaga over his kid.

who wakes up for midnight feedings:
They say they’ll take turns, but Chuck can and has slept through a fire alarm before so most of the time it’s Ron.

who’s the one who always worries:
I don’t either are worry-prone, but I imagine sometimes Ron has these introspective moments of doubt where he wonders if they’re permanently screwing up their kids. But he can look at his girls, who try their best in school, are kind to animals and nice to old people, and haven’t actually killed each other yet, and figure him and Chuck are doing a good job so far.

who picks up the kids early from school for some fun:
Neither, because it would be horribly hypocritical for a teacher’s kids to leave early. (This is only made A Rule after one warm Friday afternoon Ron leaves his office, signs the kids out at reception and takes the girls fishing all without Chuck knowing).

who’s the competitive parent:
They both are lmao. They’re those parents who don’t say anything at the soccer match, or the school play, but will happily trash talk the referee or the drama teacher who didn’t cast their kid in the main role on the car ride home.

who kisses the ouches:
They’re both affectionate with their kids, so if any of the girls are sad or hurt there’s always lots of cuddles and kisses.

who’s the sucker for the puppy eyes:
Chuck, who’s been doing puppy eyes to Ron since they first got together, teaches the girls how to do the same. And Ron knows he’s being manipulated, but he falls for it every damn time.

who makes the “dad jokes”:
Ron likes to think he’s above them, but will bust out some terrible ones (“Papa, did you get a haircut?” “No, I got them all cut”) before denying they’re dad jokes because “they’re actually funny.” Chuck, the teacher, is prone to “you can, but may you?” type cracks. Predictably, the kids think their dads are the least funny people on earth.

who embarrassed their kid for fun:
See above lol. Between the terrible jokes, Chuck being a teacher at their school and him and Ron still being absolutely smitten over each other, the girls are embarrassed by them at least once a day. Chuck and Ron are both secretly gleeful about the fact they have become so uncool.

who’s the over protective one:
They both trust their girls not to do anything too stupid, but Ron does enjoy playing up the Sparky persona when the girls start dating. “Only because straight men are idiots,” he says, “and fun to intimidate.”

who’s the “take a sweater!” parent:
Chuck, because Ron is of the “kids should learn from their mistakes” school of parenting, but he doesn’t see why everyone in the house should end up with a cold just to prove a point.

Request:  You can make one neganxreader that she gets pregnant and he gets angry and ignores her during all the pregnancy and she ends up having the baby alone in the room while he drinks and has fun, and when he find out and see that his daughter was born everything becames happy ? The reader may be a redhead and the baby too? and he making a joke about it?

Pairing: Negan x Reader

Word Count: 1,491

A/N: I followed the request with the baby and everything becoming happy but threw my own twist onto it too! Hope it’s okay :)

The silence was deafening as you looked at the floor, your hands clasped together in front of you. You were sure you were going to throw up any second; bile kept rising in your throat but you managed to keep it down.

“Is this a fucking joke?” His growl broke the ever growing silence.

“W-what?” You trembled out, gaze still at the ground. “No.”

Your whole body was shaking as you heard him push back the chair from his desk.

“We fucked one time (Y/N)! You can’t be pregnant!” The thudding of his boots echoed around the room as he came to stop in front of you.

You braved a look up at his face and immediately regretted it. His face was contorted into anger and slight mistrust.

“I-it can only take o-one time Negan.” Your voice quivered as you tried to stare him in the eye but failed.

“Fucking fuck fuck.” He seethed out. “I don’t fucking believe you.”

“The doctor did a test; I’m not lying to you!” You pleaded tears gathering in your eyes.

“Bull shit, I’ll fucking arrange one with the doctor myself.” Negan huffed out going back round to his chair. “Tomorrow fucking morning. Be there.”

“Now get the fuck out of my sight.”

You had proved Negan wrong that following morning, even after the four tests he demand you take. All of them read the same result and no matter how many more tests he had tried to make you take wouldn’t have changed that. He had stormed out of the room cursing about how it was your fault and that was the last time he had said a single word to you.

You continued to go about your daily life in the Sanctuary and the hurt of Negan ignoring you began to fade the longer time went by. The story you told people when they asked about the father was that it was one night stand and the father didn’t want to be involved. The amount of support that you received off everyone from the kitchens where you worked was incredible. As the months went on you worked hard to get the things the baby would need. You had managed to obtain a crib, which was now sat in your room, and a couple of small toys. Supply runs had also brought back tins of formula milk and clothes which meant you were suitably stocked up ready for the baby.

It was now eight and a half months into your pregnancy and your stomach was bulging. Everything about your daily life was harder now, especially working in the kitchen which was a stressful job. You were currently taking a quick five minute break, your back was in agony and your feet weren’t any better. There was only so much you could take at the moment as your whole body ached. You were lucky that the doctor had demanded you were to take regular breaks.

“Back to work (Y/N).” One of the guards called from the front.

You sighed and slowly lifted yourself out of the chair, your back protesting at the weight from the baby. You threw your fiery red hair into bun then waddled back to the serving counter. It was just hitting the dinner time rush as you fell back into the rhythm of dishing everyone’s food up. Every time you had to reach over your back screamed in agony which made you wince. You were sure that tonight when you finished up in the kitchen that you would go back to your room and cry in pain.

Everything fell deathly silent about twenty minutes or so after you returned from your break. You immediately tensed up knowing that Negan had just entered the room. Looking up, you saw him sauntering into the cafeteria with Lucille perched on his shoulder. An arrogant smirk on his face as he cut ahead of everyone in the queue. Negan didn’t often come into the cafeteria; this was one of the odd days he actually made an appearance. He usually got someone else to collect his food for him.

Your body was quivering as he got closer to your food station. When he stepped in front of you, you kept your gaze down on the food as your shaking hand grabbed hold of the spoon. Your nerves got the better of you and you proceeded to drop the spoon on the floor. This earned you a huff from Negan. You sneaked a glance up at him as you prepared to crouch down to collect the spoon, he looked slightly pissed off at the fact you were keeping him waiting.

You started to bend down, your bulging stomach stopping you from getting very far. As you attempted to reach for the spoon, a sharp twinge in your stomach stopped you abruptly and you let out a low groan. Not even a second later warm liquid rushed down your leg and pooled at your feet.

“Oh fuck.” Negan cursed as panic started to enter you. “Someone fucking help her.”

You were soon surrounded by the three girls in the kitchen as they helped you towards the exit, small contractions starting around your lower stomach. Each step you took was making the pain worse and you hoped to get to the doctors room quick.

High pitched screeching filled the air as you pushed one last time, exhaustion immediately washed over you causing you to slump back down on the bed. You tiredly watched as the people surrounding you carried your baby away into a back room, you assumed to clean the baby up. Not even five minutes later a young woman brought a bundle of blankets over to you and in the middle of those blankets was your still screaming baby.

“Congratulations (Y/N), you have a healthy baby girl.” The woman said as she handed the little girl over to you.

The baby instantly calmed down at your touch, her screeching turned into small whimpers as she nuzzled into your bare chest. Complete adoration entered you as you stared down at the small baby in your arms. Red hair peeked out from under the blanket so you ran a finger over the soft locks causing your heart to swell even more.

It wasn’t long before people came to visit you and your little girl, all of them giddy with excitement after not seeing a baby for so long. By the time everyone had visited you were ready for sleep for a year or two. You were shown how to feed the baby and change her by one of the women who worked in the medical bay. It was still daunting every time she cried but the more times she did, the more you were prepared.

It was late evening when you were finally left for the night, the baby asleep in her hospital crib next to your bed. You were mulling over names for her when a low knock rang through the room, your eyes instantly falling over the small bundle hoping it didn’t wake her up.

“Come in.” You called out in a hoarse voice.

You were surprised when you looked up to see Negan in the doorway, an uncharacteristic look of nerves on his features.

“(Y/N), darlin’, can we talk?”

You slowly nod your head and were about to gesture to the chair next to the bed, but Negan had already entered the room and slowly walked over to the crib. There was no trace of his usual arrogance and smugness on his face as he leant over to look at the sleeping baby.

“A little girl.” He breathed out taking note of the pink blanket she was wrapped in. “Does she have a name?”

“No.” You replied quietly.

Negan nodded his head then seemed to hesitate before looking up at you and gesturing towards your daughter.

“Can I?”

You answered with a yes which caused him to smile widely at you; he reached for baby and slowly lifted her up to cradled her into his chest. He was careful not to wake her up as held her into his arms, staring with adoration on his face.

“I’m finding it fucking hard to believe that my dick made something so fucking gorgeous.” He muttered out then cringed. “Sorry I shouldn’t swear in front of our kid.”

“You wanted to talk?” You spoke up.

“Yeah, I’ve been an asshole.” He said looking at you. “Sorry, butthole.”

“You have.”

“I pussied out- sorry, I mean I was a coward but I want to be a part of this.” Negan told you as he planted a kiss on the little girls head. “It’s gonna be fuc- fudging hard but please let me do this.”

You smiled at how hard he was trying not to swear in front of your daughter, a swell of warmth entered the pit of your stomach.

“Okay.” You replied nodding slowly. “Let’s do this.”

A Little Heart-to-Heart

So…this is something I’ve wanted to do for a little while now. This is based on @atomi-cat‘s Boneheads AU. It’s one of my favorite AUs of all time and I always get so excited when I see she’s drawn more of them. Everyone should check it out if you love skeletons.

Ironically enough, this is a follow up to her Follow Up comic :P

I’m sorry if this isn’t perfect, or it goes against the AU in any way, but this is just a little thank you to Atomi for all the fun her art and comics bring to me. Thank you Atomi, and I hope you like this :>

The Life We Live - Part 1

Synopsis: Candice Stan is an actress but she is also the younger sister of Sebastian Stan. One day she gets a call telling her that she has gotten a part in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. When she gets to set she meets Chris Evans and sparks begin to fly. What will the future hold for them? Will they give in to temptation or will they ignore the feelings? Only time will tell.

Warnings: Swearing, Chris being an adorable little bastard

*(Jess is the name of Candice’s character)

Chapter 1

I was sat in my chevy impala driving to work, I could my hands shaking on the steering wheel as I got closer and closer to the set. My big brother Sebastian Stan had gotten me a role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and I was terrified, not only because I would be working with some super talented people but also because I have been a huge Marvel fan since I was young and I just didn’t want to screw up this amazing opportunity.

I pulled up outside set and showed the woman there my pass. “Well its very nice to meet you, Miss Stan, you can park your car over there. Have a good day,” she said with a sweet smile. Her name badge informed me that her name was Julie.

“Julie, please call me Candice and thank you, you have a nice day too.” Julie smiled and nodded at my words before I drove away and parked my car. The second I stepped out if my car I heard footsteps running towards me and someone yelling

“Candice!” I turned around just in time to be enveloped in a bear hug by my brother.

“Candy, you made it. Did you get here okay? No car trouble? Did you get plenty of sleep last night?” he rambled on as he pulled away and looked at me.

“Seb, Seb. Everything’s fine, I got here okay, I don’t have any car trouble and yes, I got plenty of sleep last night. Jeez, you’re starting to sound like mom” that earned me a chuckle from Chris who was stood next to Sebastian, I looked at him and saw that it was Chris Evans aka Captain America.

“Chris. Nice to finally meet you, Sebastian hasn’t shut up about you since you got the job.” he held his hand out towards me and I shook it firmly.

“I know who you are, anyway, I’m Candice. Nice to meet you too. Don’t worry I’ll kick his ass later,” we both chuckled while Sebastian rolled his eyes.

“Come on we’ll show you around the place, you’re gonna love it,” Sebastian said as he draped his arm over my shoulder and walked me towards the building.

Chris walked beside me with a smile on his face. “So, what are we doing first?” I asked.

“Table read. So you’ll get to meet the rest of the cast,” Chris smiled at me as he spoke. “You ready to meet everyone?” my nerves were at an all-time high, have I done the right thing by taking this job? As a huge Marvel fan, I didn’t want to screw it up and my nerves were telling me that I would. I wouldn’t, would I?

Just a girl

I was three years old, playing in my toy kitchen as my dad told me that it was good that I can cook. I’d get a nice husband if I’m a good cook.

I was six years old and in primary school, the boys would play football at lunch in the summer and take their shirts off. No girl would dare take theirs off, as that’s just wrong.

I was ten and I had been scolded for taking my shirt off in front of male family members. I understood of course, I am a girl, I cannot display my nude (however, not fully developed) body to people; that would be inappropriate.

i was eleven and a boy in my class would shout abuse at me, he would make me feel like giving up everyday. I had a huge group of friends and would never leave them, but I was willing. I told my mum I wanted to move school and she said I was pathetic, it’s just one boy. She told me boys are mean when they like you, that’s how they show affection. I was terrified of a boy ever liking me again.

I was twelve and an excited, young sportsman who was eager to lead the handball team. Four boys were picked to lead the teams as I slowly sunk my hand in shame. I asked why and got “boys have better experience with sports, they’re better at leading.” Despite the fact I’d played my whole life and could outrun the whole team. I was just a girl.

I was thirteen and I wore my nicest black dress and nude heels to my first house party. A boy whispered in my ear that I was hot and I was teasing him. I was terrified, but, it was my fault for wearing a little black dress.

I was fourteen and left appalled by an all girls assembly in my school telling me that my skirt is too short and that it is decreasing my self respect. I politely asked if the dress code could be less strict and why my fashion choice had anything to do with my self respect. I was told “that’s the way it is” and “boys see girls as pieces of meat, it’s your job to cover up” “you’re not giving a good impression going out like that.”
There was nothing I could do to change it. I was just a girl.

By law, I am not allowed to engage in sexual activity, so why are my legs being sexualised when I am still a minor? Why were the boys who were whispered to by girls allowed to laugh in their face and call them sluts? Why can only boys lead a sports team to victory? Why aren’t boys fulfilling “feminine” traits such as cooking and cleaning? Why was I told I need to change myself to get a husband? WHY DO I NEED A HUSBAND?

Throughout my short life I have realised that I have been effected by many social issues. Everyday sexism, discrimination, harassment and “lack of self-respect.” My future, sexuality and life choices have been forced upon me from an age that I was far too young to comprehend. And I thought that whatever my parents or a member of authority said was correct. I was brainwashed. Whenever a teacher told me something I questioned, I was told that I was wrong for disagreeing with them. They were always right. I felt stupid and controlled. I was made to dress feminine and I had abuse romanticised right in front of me. I had every requirement handed to me giving the impression that, If I completed them things appropriately I can be deemed a girl.

All my life I have been shaped to become something I am not. I couldn’t do anything about it. I’m just a girl.

just-another-mutant-fangirl  asked:

Well, I've been daydreaming this idea where Lewis takes Arthur and Vivi to meet the Peppers family, and to break it to them that he's actually dating both of them. Of course there's a bit of anxiety, some tension, but the Pepper parents are loving and supporting of Lew-Lew. This leads to a celebratory and incredibly spicy feast that Arthur does not cope well with. While Vivi and the three pepper daughters get into a contest to see how much/how spicy food they can eat, Arthur (part 2 coming)

Arthur hides in the bathroom and tries to flush all the spice out of his mouth with water which turns out to be a terrible idea so eventually he just buries his mouth underwater and waits for the pain to subside. Lewis gets concerned and brings him a glass of milk, and then I had this kind of pervy idea that Lewis tries to help him cope with spicy food with sloppy makeouts with remnant spice flavour, but that’s just me. Eh? EH? Am I selling this headcanon or what?

(That is too flippin’ cute and I love it to pieces. I hope I did your idea justice. Also I deeply apologize for the delay on this :( My computer decided to be a jerk and get the blue screen of death while typing it up.)

It was hard to imagine that Lewis’ parents wouldn’t approve. Arthur and Vivi found it almost hilarious at how panicked Lewis was getting. “Geez Lew, and here I thought overthinking things was Arthur’s thing, not yours,” Vivi remarked with a chuckle, watching her ghostly boyfriend pace back and forth.

“I know, I know, I shouldn’t be so nervous. It’s just…”

Arthur and Vivi shared a look. “Come on, man,” Arthur chimed in. “I’m the one that should be worried. It’s me they have to approve of.” They had already approved of Vivi way back when she and Lewis first started dating. And he’d be lying if he said he wasn’t a little scared. Lewis was just the one showing it. “Besides, your parents are like the nicest people in the world. If my uncle can accept it then I seriously doubt your parents’ll have any problems.”

“Arthur, your uncle threatened me.”

The mechanic grinned nervously. Lance could be a little overprotective, especially after learning Lewis had tried to kill his nephew. It was all water under the bridge now. “That’s just how he is. Besides, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like you.”

Lewis heaved a sigh and rubbed his temples, even if he couldn’t physically get a headache anymore. A habit he never managed to break even in death (usually it was reserved for Vivi). It was the sound of the front door opening that made all three of them snap their heads up. “Better brace yourself, Lew!”

Bad Boys Are Bad Boys 5

Part 4

You didn’t see Calum the rest of the weekend and part of the week. Whenever you saw Michael, Ashton, and Luke they would smile at you but Calum wasn’t with them. It wasn’t until you were sitting in your room with the windows open that Calum stuck his head in. “What is it with you and listening?” He asked climbing in.

"What is it with you and staying out of my room?“ You asked dropping your pencil in your textbook before closing it.

"How’s class?” Calum asked sitting at the edge of your bed.

"Where have you been?“ You asked.

"Are we going to continue to ask questions?” Calum asked smiling.

"I don’t know,“ You said crossing your arms. When you realized you didn’t end with a question you added, "Are we?”

Calum opened his mouth to say something but a high pitch bark interrupted him and for louder as Busted ran to the sound of Calum’s voice. Busted ran into your room and up to Calum’s feet making him laugh. “I think he likes you more than me,” You laughed as Calum picked him up.

"I just love dogs,“ Calum asked as Busted licked the side of his face. "I see you’re finished unpacking.”

"Finished a couple days ago,“ You said walking into your closet.

"What’s that for?” Calum asked looking at the outfit that was hung up on the front of the door.

"I have to go to this thing for Amelia. Some party or something,“ You said nodding. "You should come.”

 "You’re hilarious,“ Calum sarcastically said.

"I’m being serious. You can be my escort,” You said nodding.

"You don’t think they would like abandon you?“ Calum asked.

"Nah. I think it’ll be fun,” You said walking over to Calum. He looked at you and them at Busted before making up his mind.

"No suite and no ties,“ He said making you smile. "When is it?”

"In two days,“ You said as your mom started to talk to you. She walked down the hall and stuck her head in your room, shocked Calum was there.

"I’m sorry. I wasn’t aware that we had company,” She said smiling. “Is this Calum?”

"Yes ma'am,“ He said standing up. "It’s nice to finally meet you.”

"Such a gentleman,“ Your mom said shaking his hand. "Keep hold of this one, (Y/N).”

"Mom,“ You groaned making Calum laugh.

"I’m sorry, I’m sorry, but you’re one of the only friend of (Y/N)’s that I’ve met,” Your mom said smiling at Calum. “Anyway, I’m making cookies from scratch. You wanted to help (Y/N). You can join too if you’d like Calum.”

"No mom, he doesn’t want to,“ You said walking over to them. "I’m sure he’s got band practice or something he has to do.”

"I’ve actually got nothing to do so I would love to,“ Calum said smiling at you and them at your mom.You knew with all of your heart that he was doing this just to annoy you.

"That’s the sprit,” She said before walking away. Before Calum followed he looked at you and stuck his tongue out. “You know, I used to be in band,” Your mom said as you pushed past Calum following her.

 "Mom, please stop,“ You pleaded.

"What? I’m just saying I know what it’s like,” Your mom said making Calum chuckle. “I think it’s great that you’re doing something that you love. I was talking to your mom a couple days ago and she’s very proud of you.”

"So you’ve met my sister?“ Calum asked.

"Yes. Lovely girl,” Your mom said smiling as the three of you reached the kitchen, which was a disaster. You looked at Calum shocked, you had no idea that the had a sister. Since Calum didn’t tell you about his sister you knew there was more that he wasn’t telling you. “The two of you will be on mixing duty while I clean up from my last project.”

You and Calum stood in silence as you started to gather the ingredients and pour them into the bowl. “You’re being awfully quiet,” Calum whispered looking at you.

"What?“ You asked looking at him. You were too deep in thought to actually hear him.

"I said you were being awfully quiet,” Calum said as you grabbed the spoon and started to mix the ingredients together.

"What’s wrong with silence?“ You asked.

"Nothing. It’s just, usually, people like to talk to other people while they’re doing something. It makes things more fun,” Calum explained. “You do know what fun is, don’t you princess?”

"I know what fun is,“ You said rolling your eyes at your nickname as Calum cracked an egg and let it fall into the bowl. You slowly pressed your hand in the flour, grabbing a small handful, waiting for Calum to speak.

"Are you sure because-,” Calum started. Before he could continue you threw the small handful at Calum, hitting him in the face and in the chest.

"That was fun,“ You said nodding. Calum stood perfectly sill with his eyes and mouth shut tight.

"Oh you’re going to regret that princess,” Calum said keeping his eyes closed.

"I already regret a lot of things,“ You said taking a picture of Calum with your phone. "This is not one of them.”

"(Y/N),“ Your mom laughed from behind. Calum opened his eyes and grabbed an egg stepping over to you and cracking it over your head, making your mom laugh harder.

"Calum,” You said putting your phone down.

"You started it,“ Calum said stepping back.

"Calum, that all purpose flour would go great with some baking soda,” You said picking up the box.

"(Y/N),“ Calum said staking a step back as you pour some into your hand.

"I’m telling the two of you now. If you make a mess, you’re picking it up,” Your mom said before vacating the room. You threw the handful of baking soda at him as Calum reached for another egg from the carton. You hit Calum’s hand, causing him to drop the egg, as you reached for the flour.

"Not today princess,“ Calum said taking the flour from you and pouring it over your head making you freeze.

"You did not just do that,” You gasped. Calum laughed and grabbed your phone, taking pictures of you. Without thinking you grabbed the tub of powdered sugar and poured it on him so that you both were covered in something.

"At least I’m covered in something sweet,“ Calum taunted.

"Mine won’t be in my hair for weeks,” You said taking your phone and looking at yourself. Every inch of you was covered with flour and you could clearly see the egg on your head. Calum walked up behind you, placing his chin on your shoulder, and wrapping his hand around yours, pressing the picture button.

"See, that was fun,“ Calum laughed looking at you.

"I didn’t take you for someone that likes to take pictures,” You laughed walking over to the batter, seeing that it was untouched.

"I take photos all of the time,“ Calum said following. You dipped your finger in the batter and ran the sticky dough across Calum’s face making him laugh.

"Oh shit,” Your mom said walking in, stopping when she saw what you and Calum looked like. “I see you two had some fun,” She said stepping around the powder on the floor.

"Just a bit,“ Calum laughed looking at you and then at your mom. "I’m sorry about the mess.”

"That’s alright,“ Your mom said smiling. "As long as the two of you had fun. Calum you should go wash up while (Y/N) and I put the chips in and get them baked. (Y/N) will wash your clothes.”

"I can do it when I get home,“ Calum said looking at you.

"Oh no, no. I insist,” She said nodding.

"I would do it. Otherwise, she’ll make you clean up this mess,“ You whispered.

"Alright,” Calum said stepping backwards and then taking off toward your room. Once he was gone and you heard the water turn on you turned toward your mom, seeing her smiling at you.

"When were you going to tell me that you liked the boy next door?“ She asked.

"I don’t like him,” You said shaking your head. “He’s completely different from me.”

"That’s why I’m shocked,“ Your mom said nodding. "Amelia is just like you in ways but Calum is different.”

"He’s a bad boy,“ You said shaking your head. "I’m a good girl.”

"You know what I say,“ Your mom said mopping up the egg you had made Calum drop.

"Yes, good girls are bad girls that haven’t been caught,” You recited. Your mom walked over and wrapped her arms around you, pressing a light kiss on your forehead.

"Your dad would have liked him,“ She whispered.

"Can we not talk about him?” You asked dumping the chocolate chips into the batter and the moving over to the other side of the counter where you balled the dough and evenly spread them out on the cookie sheet until you heard the water turn off.

"You should go check on him and grab his clothes,“ Your mom said sending you off. Walking up to your door you lightly knocked before slowly opening the door, seeing Calum’s clothes in a pile by the bathroom door. Sighing, you grabbed them and walked down the hall to the laundry room where you set them to wash before walking back into your room.

When you walked in you thought that Calum was still in the shower but he wasn’t. He was standing in the middle of your room with a towel wrapped around his waist. "Oh shit. Sorry,” You said turning around making Calum laugh.

"It’s alright princess,“ He chuckled. "Like what you see?”

"Stop,“ You said rolling your eyes as you walked into your bathroom trying to keep your eyes off of him.

"So, good girls are bad girls that haven’t been caught?” Calum asked making you freeze.

"You heard us?“ You asked walking back out, stopping when you saw Calum.

"Yeah,” He said nodding as he looked around at the pictures in your room. “Just about everything. When are you going to tell me what happened to your dad?”

"When are you going to tell me where you’ve been?“ You shot back.

"I see I’ve struck a nerve,” Calum said turning and looking at you. He walked up to you and pushed some hair out of your face. “‘I’m sorry.”

"It’s fine,“ You whispered looking at the ground. Calum sighed and hesitantly wrapped his arms around you, giving you a small hug before Busted started to bark at him causing him to let go of you.

"I- I- should clean myself up,” You said before walking into the bathroom and closing the door behind you. Taking a deep breath you looked in the mirror and jumped when you saw yourself covered in flour.

“/tagged/me” - Luke Hemmings [FLUFF] (Part 5)

All of the request

(part one) (part two) (part three) (part four)

Word Count - 867

He keeps to his word and doesn’t go on tumblr, a month passes in fact and you’re surprised that he’s not given in yet. You pass him at school a lot and he gives you small smiles but nothing more, it saddens you to know that he’s like this because of you.

Party at my place this weekend, you’re all coming” Lia messages your groupchat.

“I’m there!” Andrea immediately responds.

Soon to be followed by Jessie’s “Count me in!”

“I’ve got, uh, homework..” you reply.

“Bullshit, you’re coming” Jessie shoots you down.

“[Y/N] you have to go because Luke and the guys have already RSVP’d” Lia tries to persuade.

“Even more reason for me not to go,” you quickly type.

“Plleaaasssee,” she begs in text, adding, “You don’t even have to walk in, you can come to mine and get ready before hand”

You sigh aloud before messaging back, “If it means that much to you… fine”

The weekend arrives a lot quicker than you’d have liked it to and you find yourself in a figure hugging white dress stood in front of Lia’s bedroom mirror, the only thing on your mind is what Luke would think.

“Would you stop fussing,” Lia approaches you, looking flawless as usual. “Luke will just be thrilled to see you there, and on the plus side it’s not a costume party this time”

“That was good because the costume acted as an icebreaker,” you chuckle smoothing out your dress once more.

“He doesn’t even know you’ll be here, just go out there and act like you on’t care,” Lia gives you the best advice she probably could have.

You wait inside Lia’s bedroom until you hear people arriving and when the music is being played through the house you step out and just your luck, the first person you see is Luke. Lucky for you he’s across the room so you get to enjoy seeing him look a little startled at you in your dress before smiling and waving. You wave back, nonchalantly, and wander off.

Later that night you’ve located Jessie, Andrea and Lia again and you’re hanging out in the kitchen, laughing and singing, even if the three girls keep whispering and giggling to each other without telling you what they’re talking about. At one point however you manage to start dancing enthusiastically, all four of you do, but all of a sudden Andrea’s arm swings round knocking a red bottle of drink all over your white dress.

“Andrea you utter turnip,” you chuckle patting at the fabric with kitchen towels.

“I’m so sorry, [Y/N],” Andrea fusses.

“Don’t worry, you can go into my room and go and find something to change into,” Lia reassures. “We can’t have you walking around looking like you’ve been shot in the stomach”

They usher you to her room and quickly shut the door behind you. You’re confused until you turn around to see Luke stood across the room with one hand in his hair.

“Hi,” he says really bluntly.

You cross your arms over your stain a little, “Hey, what’s got you in here?”

“Well Lia asked me to get her a phone charger and then I couldn’t get out, uh, you?” he asks.

You unfold your arms, “Andrea had an accident”

“Ah, makes sense,” he chuckles lightly. “I’ll leave now”

He goes to the door but it doesn’t budge so you try to open it, no help.

“Guys it’s me let me out,” you say.

“Nuh-h you’re not getting out until you’re on good terms,” Jessue laughs through the door.

“There’s condoms in the bedside table,” Lia quickly adds.

Luke sighs and struts across the room.

“My friends are just great aren’t they?” you exhale.

“Just fab,” he giggles

You think for a second, “You know they planned this right? It’s because they know the last time we spoke…” you trail off.

“I confessed my love to you?” he attracts your attention by being so blunt and when he sees your head snap up he adds, “What? I’m not going to deny it, I’m not embarrassed, I can’t help that you don’t feel the same”

You’re surprised that he’s so calm about it but that’s not what you instantly feel the need to address, and maybe it’s the drink that’s finally getting into your system but you can’t hold back from saying, “I didn’t say I didn’t feel the same”

“W-what does that mean?” now he’s nervous.

“I guess I do feel the same,” you reply.

He looks at his feet, “I don’t know what to say anymore”

You give him a smile and lay down on your bed pulling out your phone.

“Shouldn’t we be getting back out the party?” he asks sitting down next to you.

“They’ll be back to get us at some point”

You listen to the quiet drone of the music through the rest the house for a while but after about an hour of captivity you’re both laying on Lia’s bed scrolling through your phones and giggling and joking around.

“I never did find your tumblr,” he says out of the blue.

You look at him and smirk, “That’s how I like it”

fully burnt cigarette » four

The sun was setting low on the spring horizon and the rain had all but ceased in it’s existence and the wind had picked up just enough to sway the trees lazily when Luke Hemmings pulled up onto Irwin’s driveway. The night was closing in around the apartment, the only light being the dim streetlamps and the television glare through the open blinds. The clouds held nothing else within, having deposited all the rain they held, leaving a lingering sense of lightness in the air.

Luke felt heavy.

He slipped his bike keys into his leather jacket in exchange for his cigarette packet and lighter. Cigarette in between his puckered lips, lighter ignited in flame, touching the heat to the white end until it burnt red hot. He inhaled as hard as he could. He tasted the bitterness of the smoke on his tongue, feeling his mind spark at the familiar flavour, and blew it out in soft rings.

“Fucking hell.” Luke hissed.

Thoughts he’d been holding off since he trudged out of the school car park trickled into his mind. The pretty girl in her car, and the way she spoke, and her attitude, and her anger, and the effect he had on her. He took another drag on his cigarette.
