this scene again

#thankyoubones week: day 8 → 5 b&b scenes that made you fall (even more) in love with them

God, these two ❤️  What would I (we) ever do without them. Words can never express just how much these two have meant to me, and will continue to mean to me for the next 30 or 40 or 50 years. They captured my heart all those years ago, from the very first episode I watched, and have made me cry, squeal, squee, scream, wail, jump with joy and every other combination in between. These two were, and still are, the #1 reason I love this show so much. Booth and Brennan truly are THE standard of all couples out there, and I couldn’t be more proud of that fact. They have been through hell and back together, stood over death together, faced down death together, saved each other from the brink of death multiple times, ‘chased each other through wars and serial killers and ghosts and snakes, and’….. my point is that they will forever remain the strongest and most resilient and loving couple to ever exist. And to have been witness to all of their moments before and AFTER they became a couple, and been able to watch them progress slowly from strangers, to partners, to friends, to best friends, to lovers, and then parents, and finally to husband and wife? That has been the most amazing gift that I could have ever asked for, and I swear, if I could go back in time and do it all again, experience their love all over again, I would do it in a heartbeat. So here’s to Seeley Booth and Temperance Brennan, to the best damn otp out there, to the two people with hearts of gold; to the true epitome of soulmates and true love. Thanks for making my life messy, and confusing, and unfocussed, and irrational, and wonderful ❤️

2x08 simon's suit 🤔

what if simon called raphael because “look raphael i know it’s daytime but i really need you to help me because there’s max’s party tonight and i cant go in tshirt and jeans please raph” and raph was like damn this boy is such a pain in the ass what does he think?? it’s not like i’ve nothing to do but he said “ok simon im on my way”
so simon was wearing one of raphael’s suits at that party because sharing is caring

To Torment the King, Threaten the Queen

I decided to rewatch Arrow 5x17, and it’s even more amazing (and heartbreaking) to watch the second time. My first viewing was just pure emotional response to what was playing out onscreen. I caught some details here and there, but mostly I was trying to process while hanging on the edge of my seat anticipating what was coming next. Watching the scene again in which Adrian Chase, a.k.a. Prometheus, taunts Oliver about Felicity was fascinating, because I could more easily see how Chase segued into each particular jab and the intent behind it. Like the sick, twisted psycho he is, Prometheus slowly escalates the stakes both physically and mentally for Oliver by threatening his love.

You murdered your own wife

After Chase drowns Oliver for the same amount of time it took his father Justin Claybourn to die, he starts to taunt Oliver about his numerous victims. He tries to humanize them by saying they had families of their own: husbands, wives, daughters, sons, etc. Oliver, however, isn’t swayed because he believes these people committed terrible crimes and had victims of their own. He then points out that Chase is sick and a hypocrite, especially since he murdered his own wife.

It’s that exact moment that Chase makes a very interesting transition. Of all the victims on the wall, he chooses to specifically single out The Count. Why The Count?

I apologize if this has been asked, I haven't been much on Tumblr! But that Bellarke "if I don't see you again" scene...I dunno, I don't think the tenor of it was that Bellamy was going to express his love. It just didn't have the vibe, the sound, of him confessing his feelings?

Some people read it as an imminent love confession. Some people don’t.

Either way, he was going to give Clarke a final goodbye, which she couldn’t bear.

What was he planning to say as his final words to Clarke Griffin, inspired by how SHE thought HE was special?

It would have been about his feelings about her. Has to.

What feelings? Maybe that is not as clear. How important she is? How special SHE is? Almost certain.

Where would that have gone if they hadn’t been interrupted by the apocalypse?

This is what we don’t know.
