Hi! What are the best ways to help exam stress and nerves?

Hey! I have a few things I’ve written about it here:

- combating stress
- coping with exam stress/paranoia

But most of all, go into the test relaxed. Stress will only push you to do well at a certain point, and past that, it begins to inhibit your exam performance. The best thing to do is to go in knowing that you are prepared, and you are more capable than you think. Good luck with your exams!
