this is such an awkward photo

Next in the awkward school photos: Kacchan to complete my core Bakusquad kiddos. That year Bakumom tried (and failed) to style his hair. He thought he looked stupid and refused to pose.

lmao what is this - albert einstein, probably at some point

hey hey, it’s your awkward friendly neighborhood potato, back at it again with late tags and bad camera quality, serving the best looks since never;

SO i’ve been tagged in lots of different kinds of selfie tag (srsly these games are getting more and more advanced, heckity heck) and since i’m a basic human being and my life is a loop of shame, i decided to do one simple bias selfie tag to rule them all (ง ื▿ ื)ว i really don’t want to spam anyone with my face, hope it’s ok~

Skin like some outfit
dug up by Mother,
told to put on
           for holiday photos —
The awkward itch,
the painful stretch,
           the undesired Clash

But at the end, relief
in reprieve, in stripping;
           Wools pulled with haste
to return to comfort…

           [If only that skin
                       could be pulled the same]

I’m thinking of doing Uraraka accidentally floating the chair she’s sitting on for the next awkward grade school photo (courtesy of @cloversdreams suggesting her floating herself). And then maybe Amajiki because every photo he ever took was probably at least a little bit awkward because he is just such a cute, timid, precious baby. I haven’t decided who to do after that, because I’ve otherwise drawn basically every one that I initially thought of.

So here’s a question for all of you: what awkward childhood headcanons to you have for the BNHA kids?

Please share, especially if you think they’d make for good school photos! Throw some inspiration at me! (Why am I letting this get out of control when I have so many half-started things sitting in limbo? Lol oh well, I’m loving doing these at the moment. I laughed so much drawing Sero and Denki.)

have you ever taken the time to really look into this face, though
