this is my favorite game of all time

So P5 is coming out less than a week. My question is which romance is the most rewarding? (Both story wise and gameplay wise.)

Anne of course. 8U (there are times where I think the game kinda leans towards her tbh, not force as you can interpret it as either “Otp” or “brotp” but they give her moments). Like all the girls get a moment, but I dunno….Anne had a few that were like “Woah! The gave it to her?! O_O I’m mean I’m happy, but man…is this favoritism? I feel like it might be 8U” (I don’t think I’m too insane for thinking Atlus likes Anne, due to the fact she gets pretty much the same amount of promotion as the MC with crossover games and such, as well as the two very shippy stories in the anthology manga fan (?) created or not)

I’ve heard Haru’s is good too (very romance-y from what I hear). And Futaba (for people who could get over the “little sister” feel) is good too? I’ve heard good things about Sadayo, how it’s a nice and mature (or they go about it maturely) romance (I’m assuming this is basically means it’s not boiled down to “hur hur hur i’mma bang a teacher” but it’s like a down to earth romance).

I’ve heard from Makoto fans that they didn’t feel her CoOp was very rewarding (esp compared to the other girls), that being said, like the other’s the Christmas and Valentines day events were good (just not the CoOP). A lot seem to think it has to do with her arc vs the other’s teammates arcs, and that’s why her CoOp got a little shafted, I feel bad for her fans tbh. ;w;

Gameplay wise…hmmm….Anne and Futaba for combat, Sadayo for non-dungeon activities (when you can use it that is), I guess? :’D

I love your music, my favorite album being Corkscrew! How do you make such sick tunes so quickly??

thanks i like corkscrew a lot too!! I guess the reason I make music so quickly is because it’s basically all I do, hehe. I produce for ideally about 6 hours per day and it’s like my primary special interest, I don’t watch any shows and i play video games very rarely. Music is mostly all I think about most of the time I guess, ahaha.

Oh and the fact that I take literal amphetamines every single morning definitely helps a whole lot

Checker Knights Chase

This is one of my favorite Kirby spin-offs of all time! And on top of that, this is the first Speed Drawing made in Clip Studio Paint!

Things are gonna be changing up here on out now that I’m a new piece of drawing software. Next month will be the grand finale on April 27th, the day of Kirby’s anniversary!

Dungeon Master Apps

Dragon + is great for updates to current content, it is a endless well of information that should spark anyone’s creativity. It’s all around a great publication.

RPG Sounds: Fantasy is awesome for atmosphere and an alternative to the YouTube which plays adds, or constantly has you searching for a new song to play.

Trello connects to both your phone and computer and is a great alternative to physical note cards. My favorite for session prep.

Story Cubes always pull me out of writers block. Some of my favorite game moments came from a random roll of these die.

Time Tree my least favorite side of D&D is organizing the best time for everyone to play. This app allows all the players to upload their schedules and makes life so much easier.

Can anyone recommend any other apps that make DMing easier and more fun?

I have so much love for this game!

I honestly see a lot of myself in Mae. I only wish I had her sense of humor! And Jack made this such a wonderful experience! I think I found my new favorite series and I’m looking forward rewatching it many times. If you see this, dude, thank you. <3

In any case, here’s the whole batch of edits in one post!

All stills from ‘Come Meet Me!’, gifs from, uh… multiple episodes of Night In The Woods.

Rating Of Every Raichu Sprite From Main Series Pokemon Games

Pokemon Red/Blue:

Detailed for what limited pallets the gameboy had back than, slightly minamalist and simplistic in design as all gen 1 Pokemon are.  I respect this elder regardless for his original design. 9/10

Pokemon Yellow:

A PERFECT BOY!!  Look at that expression full of excitement!  I wish we could have seen more of this quality Raichu in this game.  10/10

Pokemon G/S:

Designers, c’mon now.  This isn’t fair.  You can’t just make me choose between TWO sprites to rate!!  But if I have to choose, than I prefer 1st sprite.  He’s fat, powerful and that expression on his face just screams of smugness.  The second Raichu, however, seems to have more mischievous expression rather than aggression.  Both receive a 7/10.

 Pokemon R/S/E/FR/LG:

Not as fat, but I do like his “PUT EM UP, SCRUB” pose. 9/10

Pokemon D/P:

He’s finally relaxed, he’s no longer in constant attack mode!  I’m so proud of him of his comfort around others!  11/10

Pokemon Platinum:

I am concerned for his sudden shift in weight gain, but as long as he feels comfortable with his weight however, than so do I.  Now there’s just more of this big boy to hug. 9/10

Pokemon HG/SS:

What a joyful expression!  An improvement to the previous 2nd gen sprites. I trust him. 10/10.

Pokemon B/W/B2/W2:

Another quality sprite!  This one takes inspiration from the mid animation frame from 4th gen, I see!  I appreciate the reference.  Also, look at the those LEGS! 9/10

Pokemon X/Y/OR/AS

Not much detail, and I miss his expressions and pose.  He’s happy with his transcendence to 3D but I miss the little details. :( 5/10

Pokemon Sun/Moon:

NOW THAT’S MORE LIKE IT!!  The happiest boy I’ve ever seen.  Unratable, to put a number on his perfection would be a crime.  He’s not quite as chubby however, but he must be light enough to fit on his tail.  Still enjoys a Malasada every now and than.  Finally gets his time in spotlight with his new found psychic powers away from the popularity of Pikachu.  He’s even got his own Z-move!  Good job, little buddy on your rise to stardom!

Endless List of Favorite Video Games: Spyro the Dragon (1998)
“Spyro the Dragon, you’ve defeated Guh-nasty Guh-norc, collected the dragon eggs, saved all the dragons, and recovered every bit of treasure in the Dragon Kingdom. How do you feel?” “I feel fired up, Bob!”

Time Out.

Hi. Jakei here. The real one.

I’m gonna delete the latest posts because this silly game is over. I learned something about this…”kind” of excersise. It was funny, but very serious as well..

Let’s get straight to the point.

In three days Underverse will have one year since I created the first animation, the pilot showing my favorite Sanses from de AUs.

When I had the chance I tried to said all time this project started as a mistake, like a lucky moment to show people my love for art and videogames. But I learned to stop calling this story like that. Is just something that came up to my mind and made me feel more confident to do something I love with the chance to earn money with this to accomplish my goal to have my own house where I can live in peace with my only family that is my mother.

That’s my main goal. So, don’t think the rushers and haters are making me feel bad and forcing me to quit. I had to deal with real rude and evil people before, getting paid for being humillated from Mondays to Saturdays and coming back home crying because of a real stressing and miserable situation. I don’t think this is the same case here. I’m not receiving money from them. I keep with this because is a way when I can reach my goal giving love to my current job as a independent artist.

The latest posts were just for joking but I realized that some people was taking it too seriously. I’m very, very sorry for worrying you, but also I want to thank you for supporting me. Please don’t hate people who was involved into that shitpost, and don’t hate people who are really trying to hurt me. I don’t want you get hurt or having a bad time trying to defend me.

Unlike other cases similar to this one. I learned to stop worrying about this. I prefer ignore this or even taking this with humor like I did this week for distract myself in some way due the delay of Underverse 0.3 has been a bit stressful to me because I’ll continue animating until the video is released. Stereohead Studios has also many important things to do so blaming someone is just useless and unfair.

Something that I’ve learned from other big artists that I admire with all my soul like Crayon Queen and Myebi/ Comyet… is that we have enough living hard situations in this world, in our personal lives, and the less thing we can do as recognized artists in this fandom is trying to make our blogs a nice place and spread positive feelings despite hatred and the amount of terrible asks people make to them, because we’re motivating people and teaching kindness and respect to each other.  Not for nothing exists options on this platforms to avoid those bad comments. Is a waste of time crying and messing up your entire day because two or three guys said something that could hurt you.

Is not that hard when you’re used to it.

Those guys don’t even know you and You don’t know them. So… man… why even waste your thoughts and feelings when you can keep working on your own stuff and improving your skills? Making a space for you and your fans to laugh, to smile, to show you how far have you came because of their support.

You’re doing something you love and that matter. Probably others not, probably they won’t have to deal with this style of life. And I’m sure many of us started to be recognized thanks to this fandom. Everyone started with a little level or we was too shy to show our stuff.

Drawing well, animating well, telling amazing stories won’t decide your happiness if you’re not happy, if you don’t try to trust happiness and show them that you’re really fighting for that.

If you feel your blogs or another places with things like “uuh I don’t like this thing i made” “I suck” “this person told me that and i’m so upset i hate them” “that person made something terrible go and hurt them because them deserve it” “i love what i do but my life is hell” “i’m tired of x and y because they want z” … things can’t change in your life if you don’t start by yourself.

I thought many times about cancel Underverse and leave this fandom, not only because of haters and stuff. It was because I was judged by many of other big artists that doesn’t like this kind of fandoms and are working in their own projects. I thought it was unfair because I was getting recognition because something that I didn’t create. I just created a fan story.

I’m pretty sure when I post the next animation the chaos will be back again but I don’t even care. I don’t have 100k yet so I don’t have a multitude telling me what to do and asking me when. Anyway, if I had them, I wouldn’t still care. Because I have clear what to do and how to make it works. I’m not here just for teaching people how to draw or animate. I’m here too for showing them how to be nice and patient and how those two things can bring you to a better way to see the world.

That we are real, nice people and we’re having fun, putting effort and love when we’re making something for you. Fandom or not fandom content.

Have a nice day.

And XGaster.

To the corner. Right nao.

Would you believe me if I said I only just remembered that today’s the 5th anniversary of my all-time favorite game? Haha, yup. It’s a bit rushed because of vacation shenanigans, but this is an idea that I had in the back of my head for a long time: a mass-rebirth-meteor-shower shindig. I only wish I had more time to execute on it. Hope you enjoy!

I’m literally sobbing.

So my friends convinced me to wear my Princess Tiana cosplay to Walmart. Considering I wasn’t at a con, I was surprised with all of the happy kids and parents begging to take pictures. In light of this, I ended up driving to Toys-R-Us just for fun.

I’ll never forget this little black girl who asked to take a picture with me. As she walked away with her mom, she exclaimed how happy she was to see a princess that looked like her in real life.

THIS IS WHY REPRESENTATION IS IMPORTANT. I can remember all of the times I wondered why none of my favorite Disney characters, or video game characters, or even anime characters had the same dark skin as me. Or the same wide nose as me. Or the same thick lips as me. Or the same coily hair as me.

When Princess Tiana was introduced, I nearly cried. I waited until I was a young adult to have a Disney Princess who had my features and was seen as beautiful. And seeing children so happy –showing them that their dark skin, wide nose, thick lips, and coily hair are beautiful– moves me to tears.
