Im reading all about how the womens march wasnt violent and people praising it because of that. Its because the police didnt try anything because there were a lot of white women... well then, next BLM protest, we should all show up there too. They protest, we protect them.

Honestly yeah, I 100% agree that was the reason why it wasn’t violent and such.

I agree as well. I hope this has inspired people to help out with other causes and to recognize privilege. Although if you’re going to a protest people have to be very careful to be respectful and not cause more damage.

Why would people have felt anxious using the 💖 emoji? Sorry I'm probably missing something really obviously.

Discourseprincesa. You can search their name and there’s a lot of info but basically this was a user that was pretty anti-ace, harassed people including minors, and suicide baited.

It turned out that they lied about being intersex and black (also I think about their religion?) and ended up deleting.

This emoji was their profile picture and has been the entire time I knew about their existence on Tumblr.

The day after the march and it has given me a sense of hope, but I just wanted to say this since I see no one saying it. I am very proud of the people who went out and marched all over the world, but I am also proud of the women who couldn't but support it, especially if they couldn't for fear of their lives. They see what I saw. I am not alone. We are not alone. And we will raise our voices and resist, especially for those who can't.

Hey, do you/followers know any dissociative disorder advice blogs? Preferably not focused on DID solely, since it's mostly depersonalization I'm dealing with. I would really appreciate the help.

Personally I don’t but maybe some of our followers do?

Can anyone help anon out? :)

@survivor-surviving, do you know anything? I thought of you when I saw this…

I support equal pay for equal work, I believe in welcoming in those seeking refuge, I believe in exercising love and kindness toward every human regardless of race, sexuality, position or religion and I believe that WOMEN ARE NOT OBJECTS. Sorry-not-sorry, Mr. Trump- you can’t grab this pussy. #endsexualassault #endrapeculture #womensmarch #equalitynow #notthispussy 😽@EqualityNowOrg @womensmarchla #whyimarch PS this protest is not an attempt to make him leave office, nor do I expect him to even care that we have unified and march together. What this does is ENCOURAGE every woman and girl that they are not alone! This March builds us up in the solidarity of hope, strength, and unity that we are brilliant, beautiful and EQUAL. We need it. Even if he doesn’t listen now. Eventually, he must. (x)

re: this post feminismandmedia[.]tumblr[.]com/post/156265712739/bantarleton-itsjusteurovision-x-a-hundred Is DungleRump seriously saying 11 million more people watched his Inauguration than Obama's? That's an absolute lie. According to the Neilsen Company, the TV viewership for the asshat's inauguration was 31 million. It did not surpass the 37.8 million viewers watched the inauguration of Barack Obama on TV in 2009, according to Nielsen ratings.

Hi!

Wow, seriously??? Can people provide links? Of course he’s lying - we already know he’s been trying to silence people who mention how few people were actually there.

I wonder if that terf (it's literally in her username) realizes that the reason a lot of transwomen have that patriarchal stereotype reinforcing look is because if they didn't they would be be denied access to hrt by gatekeepers in the medical community?

Probably not, although I didn’t actually know this either. I think I need to read more into stuff like this because honestly I’m clueless on a lot of things.
