Shirayuki was starting to feel some false pride in her sneaking and stealth skills, but something inside her said that the reason nobody caught her yet was because the place was a mess after the news of the recent attack on the Sreg fort near Willant spread like wildfire, that even guards from Larias in the far north were required to attend immediately as many there were injured and manpower was desperately needed. And since the messenger birds could not survive in colder weather because of their tropical origin it was out of question sending a telegram to the northern checkpoint and only one man whether tired and injured or not could convey the message as fast as possible.
I try really hard to budget money to donate to charities because I feel very lucky with where I am in my life my right now and the idea of “giving back” is very very important to me, but also I’m pissed that middle class people are burdened with spending $$ or $$$ to help others when the actual affluent class continually 1. donates less to charity 2. experiences less empathy than other people 3. is directly responsible for perpetuating a socioeconomic system which requires/demands/perpetuates the existence of a poverty/labor class.
I’m watching La La Land and it’s ok but it could be a lot better!
Ryan Gosling didn’t seem suited to the musical aspects of the role, maybe cast a different hearthrob with more experience in the genre, like Zac Efron
Emma Stone similarly didn’t seem to thrive with the singing and dancing, so maybe cast someone again with experience and heck why not someone with proven chemistry with zac efron.. maybe vanessa hudgens
Maybe if the male love interest was into something a little more relatable than Jazz? Like maybe basketball?
Female character seemed a little flat, maybe if she was also incredibly gifted with math and science?
Setting of LA wasn’t particularly relatable, maybe if it was set somewhere universal? Like High School?
