think about what makes you happy, have a massage, take time to meditate and rest, listen to calm music or just your favourite music, have a nice walk, have a hot bath, let out your problems by writing or talking to someone or even just to yourself, do some stretches or exercises, do something you love and makes you happy, make goals for your future; and most importantly, try to take care of yourself
