Yuri on Festival voice drama (detailed report)

I went to watch the next-day viewing of yesterday’s Yuri on Festival event, and this time I took notes for the drama so I’ll write a more detailed summary, also because this one isn’t going to be sold on DVD. I believe other people have probably written reports too, but in cases such as this I think “the more the merrier” because it’s not recorded so it’s better to have more accounts. Also, now you’ll start seeing more Japanese reports & art too. Most people were keeping quiet out of consideration for the ones who could only watch the viewing and didn’t want spoilers.

Official title of the drama: “Fundoshi da yo!!! Sekai Metsubou Daipinchi Hasetsu Kunchi Spiritual!!” which roughly translates to “Fundoshi!!! The world is in danger of being destroyed. Hasetsu Kunchi Spiritual!!”

It was in 3 parts, separated by game and information corners.
I hope it’s not too confusing, but especially the last part is impossible to summarize decently because they talked a lot and I couldn’t possibly take note of everything, not to mention what they say is mostly crazy stuff, lol. For some parts and lines I double-checked looking at other Japanese comments online. If something is not clear feel free to send me an ask.

LGBT+ Fiction Rec

I thought it would be a good idea to put together a list of lgbt+ fiction and stuff I have found. This list is far from complete and there are plenty more out there, these are just a few of some I enjoy. Feel free to add some of your own.

*Most of these are centered around gay guys. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find many lesbian centered works.

  • Welcome to Night Vale (podcast/book)
    • Imagine a town where every conspiracy theory is true. That's Night Vale. Radio host Cecil Palmer reports on the weird happenings in this small desert town and falls in love with a scientist named Carlos (and his perfect hair). There are five-headed dragons running for mayor, dogs that are literally Satan, mystic beings named Erika (who are definitely not angels), civilizations underneath bowling alleys, and so much more. There is a really diverse cast of characters and several lgbt+ characters (besides the main two). It has some horror elements but it’s more science fiction.
  • Yuri!!! On Ice (television show)
    • Japanese figure skater, Katsuki Yuri, comes in last place at the Grand Prix Final and returns home defeated. After a video uploaded of him skating to his idol Viktor Nikiforov’s (a Russian skater with 5 Grand Prix gold medals and considered to be the best out there) routine goes viral, Viktor himself shows up at Yuri’s place and becomes his coach. With Viktor’s help, Yuri attempts to win gold at the next Grand Prix Final and they both sort of fall in love along the way. Features a pretty diverse cast and doesn’t play into stereotypes. It’s considered to be in the sports genre but it has some romance moments in it.
  • Always Raining Here (webcomic)
    • Carter wants to get laid. Adrian is heartbroken. After Carter fails to get Adrian to have sex with him, the two end up becoming friends and have misadventures together. This is one of the cutest and most pure relationships I’ve seen (even though one of the very first things Carter says to Adrian is “We should bang”). There is some slight sexual content but nothing too major.
  • Check Please! (webcomic)
    • Eric Bittle joins the Samwell Men’s Hockey team but quickly realizes that this is way more intense than his Georgia hockey team and the team captain Jack Zimmermann isn’t making things any easier for him. There are lots of pies and you’ll end up learning about hockey. Lots of healthy relationships and does a wonderful job at portraying characters with mental illnesses. They’re also good friends with the Yuri!!! On Ice fandom.
  • Alice Isn’t Dead (podcast)
    • By the makers of Welcome to Night Vale, a woman becomes a truck driver in order to find her wife, Alice, who has been considered dead (she isn’t look at the title). She encounters a not-quite-human serial murder and ends up being chased by him wherever she goes. She learns more and more about her wife and finds out things better left unknown. Another wonderful portrayal of mental illnesses. It’s much darker and scarier than Welcome to Night Vale and I would not recommend listening to it at night.
  • Knight’s Errant (webcomic)
    • Wilfred is on a quest. However, being imprisoned in a city under siege puts a halt on their quest. Fortunately, they have a prison guard on their side. This one is different from the others since the main character so far isn’t in a relationship of any sorts (and doesn’t show to be in one anytime soon). There is a side relationship that will make your heart melt and Wilfrid is just a really likable character (they also don’t have a confirmed gender yet. It’s pretty likely they’re non-binary though). Also despite being set in a medieval European town it does feature some pocs which is nice.
  • Requiem of the Rose King  (manga)
    • The previous ones have featured very healthy and loving relationships but this one is a bit different. It focuses on Richard the third of York who is intersex in this case. This causes some really messed up and really confusing love triangles. There is some incest (not very large at least for now) in it and large age differences so if that bothers you then I would advise against this. Despite all this Richard is in a pretty cute relationship but it’s pretty tragic at the same time. If you want happy gays stay away from this. Also features gore and violence.
  • 19 Days (manga)
    • The adventures of Jian Yi and his best friend Zhan Xixi. This one is another cute one. Their relationship goes at a believable pace (but sometimes it feels like it’s taking forever) and there is a pair of very lovable side characters to go with it. Some sadness but nothing life ruining at this point.

Thank you very much for the request, anon and I’m sorry that it took me a few days to write it! But I had to change a lot to improve it and I still don’t like it very much… I bet y’all would have prefered if I had done something like them being locked up in a room by Kili or something, but I wanted to try something new, and well… let’s just hope you’ll enjoy it :)

I chose Thorin, because I did Fili not long ago, I hope that’s okay xx .

1P Norway headcannons?

♥  Type: Possessive

♥  He treats you like you’re a nuisance, but that’s just Norway for you! He treats almost everyone the same way. So, are you his love interest or his rival?

We all know yanderes love to be by their S/O’s side. So, the only way you’ll ever know if he really likes you is if he spends most of his time with you, despite how annoying he says you are.

♥ Since Lukas is still a kuudere and all, I imagine him as that yandere that you find hard to understand.

In the beginning, he acted like he hated you and thought of you as nothing but a pain in the neck. But then, when he found you sad or hurt, he acts very concerned about you.

…Why? Why does he care?

♥ Another thing about Lukas being a kuudere is that he is normally calm and collected while he plots his rivals’ demise. He isn’t impulsive, nor does he act without thinking twice. Hence why he manages to keep himself clean of suspicion.

But the moment he loses his composure, it’s usually because of all the pent up jealousy and emotion he has been holding in since his first competition. During these times when his yandere side takes over, you will see him for who he truly is.

But let’s not dwell on that too much. There are some things better left unknown, don’t you think?

♥ Lukas isn’t one to threaten you to stay away from someone, nor is he impulsive enough to threaten his rivals directly. Knowing this, you’ll never expect to see one of the closest people to you to suddenly die, go to prison, or cut all ties with you.

♥ Honestly, Norway is one example why kuuderes and yanderes are NOT a good combination.

Thank you for the images I never needed to see ever in my mind

but for Mina, I’m assuming that her horns grew in later, when her quirk started to manifest

as for the rest, well, I think some things are better left unknown

At midnight
The stars stand up and invite you in
But it’s late and you’re tired you shouldn’t give in
You stay for awhile starting to feel far and distant
It’s hard to imagine the concept of distance
Later on you meet Venus and mars
And you start to think along with the stars
Who else is here in this place
Who else is living here in space
Or is it all just pretend
Maybe it’s for the best that we can’t comprehend
Sometimes you just won’t understand
It’s a mystery in life and will forever be unknown
But sometimes things are just better left alone
—  Left alone /: k.k. (

A theoretical letter to the boy who broke my heart..

I guess I just want to know that you did love me, before. That that was real. That’s all I really need to know.
I understand where you are coming from because I knew we are different. But for me I loved that. I loved how different you were to me and to everyone that I knew.
Maybe I was blind to it, or maybe I was trying to make myself something I wasn’t.. I don’t know. I don’t think I was though. But anyway our differences weren’t a problem to me. In fact they were fantastic to me. That’s the part I don’t understand. But I think.. I think I shouldn’t have to. Maybe some things are better left unknown.

I wish I could turn back time and go back to how it used to be. But I can’t. Instead I will process and I will heal and I will move on with my life. I am strong and you made me believe that.

I will always be thankful for what we had. I regret nothing. I really hope that you feel this way too..
You taught me so much about life, and so much about love. Heck you taught me so much about myself. For that I will always be grateful. You have been an inspiration to me. I had so much fun with you and made some amazing memories that I will forever hold with me. And I really believe I grew a lot as a person. I have to thank you for that.
I wish things could have been different.. But that’s okay. It is what it is after all. I’m so glad I met you and I’m so glad for what we had.

You are a brilliant person, a good person. And you’ve been a great friend. I honestly wish you every success in life. I believe you will achieve everything you want because you work so hard. And you will deserve it.

This isn’t me trying to make you feel bad or guilty or.. anything. I’m not trying to make you feel anything. But it’s important for me to say thank you. So this is it, my way of saying thank you. And maybe my way of letting go as well.
Thank you so much x

Do something tadahoney pleasseeeee :(

((You know, I really like TadaHoney, and I’ve had this little drabble in mind for a while.  I hope you like it! ))

“Alright.  One more time Baymax, what d’you say?”

Tadashi Hamada is twenty years old, a top student at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, and currently sleep deprived.

And really, he can’t be blamed.  Working for twenty seven straight hours on a final robotics project would drive anyone to the brink, and the young man is no exception.  He’s put weeks into this robot.  Months.  Years.  He’d had the dream of Baymax since a six year old Hiro had come sobbing through Aunt Cass’ café door with a broken arm, and he hasn’t given it up since.

An in-home piece of tech that could deliver potentially life-saving treatment before paramedics could arrive?  A robot that could help the injured in places too dangerous for civilian medics to go?  His Baymax would revolutionize the world.

But the damn robot has to stop glitching, first.

“My sensors indicate that you are currently… distressed.  Lack of sleep, and an increased hormone level indicating you are currently in a state of arousal and-“

 “No, nonono-!”

Tadashi shuts off the diagnosis with a groan, scrubbing his face with a hand.  It had been almost right that time, but he has to work on the scanning depth.  Baymax could recognize blood types, organ failures, certain diseases, and a myriad of other useful items in a quick, three second scan.  But some things are really better left unknown.

Disconnecting the USB cable with a practiced pull and wind about the fingers, Tadashi digs his heels into the linoleum and propels his way across the lab floor to his desktop, to begin revising the code.  If he could figure out some sort of… subtlety to the programming.  A way to allow Baymax to communicate all ailments without being so… embarrassing.  Privacy settings.  Not enough to hinder medical aid.  Just enough to protect the patient.

The honor roll student’s head thunks down beside his keyboard.  He can write codes in his sleep.  Sketch out dozens of robotic prototypes in under an hour.  But the delicacy of medical information?  That stumps him, and stumps him hard.

When your robot knows everything, how do you keep it from telling everyone else?

“Tadashi.  I believe you are suffering from high levels of stress.  Treatments include-“

“Thank you, Baymax!”  Tadashi’s response is harsher than he would like.  His robot is only looking out for him, after all.  But right now he doesn’t need robotics.  He needs food.  Caffeine.  Possibly sleep, but that’s really negotiable at this point and-

 Oh, no.

Tadashi’s head snaps up so fast he’s sure he’ll have a pulled muscle in the morning, and he whips his chair around to face the frosted glass windows of his lab, and the coded door beside them.

She can’t be here.  Not now.  Not while Baymax is like this.  Not while he is like this.  For half a second he considers pretending that he’s called it a night and headed home, but the overhead lights in his personal lab give him away- she knows he’s here.

“Tadashi, you need to come out eventually!  A ten minute break won’t kill you.  And I picked up pork buns!”

Despite his panic, the twenty year old college student can’t help but smile.  Of course she picked up his favorite, in the middle of the night, during finals week, when everyone was in a panic.  That’s just the kind of girl she was.

Caring.  Kind.  Considerate.  Before he can think about it, Tadashi is swiping his baseball cap from the top of his lamp, jamming it over his unruly, cow-licked hair, wishing he’d shaved and inviting the girl into his workspace with a sheepish greeting and a lopsided, shy smile.

“Hey, Honey Lemon.  I thought you’d headed home for the night.”

The model-esque chemist shoots him a shy, yet chipper smile of her own and sets a plastic bag down on a clear space of work table.  The smells that emanate from it are to die for.

“Oh, well, inspiration struck!  You know how it is- one minute you’re walking home and the next you’re calibrating the possibilities of a condensed thermonuclear reaction that could become a power source for an entire city and you just need to write up the hypothesis before you lose it and one thing leads to another while you’re picking up Chinese and-“

The strawberry blonde’s mouth shuts with an audible click as a rosy hue invades her cheeks, and Tadashi can’t help his chuckle.

“Got a new theory for your stuffy old professor, then?”

It’s no secret that Honey Lemon’s chemistry professor is a harsher critique than the tough Callaghan in robotics, and the girl tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, the other arm wrapped tight around her stylish, yellow suede pea coat.

“W-well, he might like it more than destabilizing tungsten carbide.”

Tadashi scoffs and stands from his chair, stuffing his hands in the pockets of his skinnies and offering a comforting smile.

“No matter what you do, you’re gonna blow him away.  You’ve got this.”  He ignores the funny little skip his heart makes when Honey gives him a grateful smile in return.

“Here’s hoping!  I should better… maybe probably start on it, you know?  And it’s late and you’re working so I’ll… let you get to it!  We’ll definitely talk later, and if you need anything I- Heep-!”

Tadashi had been positive that he’d cleaned up his workspace, but there it was- a torque wrench lying in just the right spot to catch the platform of one of Honey Lemon’s ridiculous platform heels as she backed towards the doorway.

He jerks forward with hands outstretched to catch the tall girl as she pinwheels backwards, but a vinyl arm catches her first.

“You have fallen.  I will scan you now for injuries.”

Tadashi blanches.  “Baymax, no, you don’t have to-“

“My sensors indicate that you are currently experiencing high levels of dopamine, oxytocin, vasopressin, and adrenaline.  These chemicals are signs of acute attraction and, unscientifically speaking, ‘love’.  You may experience euphoric like emotions, stress, and arousal.  Treatments would include copulation, other forms of physical contact, and emotional communication.”

Tadashi isn’t sure if he should kill himself now, or wait until Honey Lemon requests he jump off the nearest bridge.  Given the rigid posture of her body and the impossibly red coloring to her face, he figures he won’t need to wait too long for the latter.

“… Tadashi?”

He decides to be a man, swallows harshly, and meets those beautiful, hazel green eyes.

“Um.  Yeah?”

“I hate your robot.”

He shouldn’t laugh.  He really shouldn’t.  The college boy settles for a faltering, disbelieving grin that belies his thumping heart.

“You know… I did too, five minutes ago.  He’s sorta grown on me now.”

For when it gets dark, the mothers would grab their children by their arms and into their homes; fathers would close the windows and lock the doors. For if they don’t, they might just find a body just minutes away from rotting lying on top of their roof tiles. Their widened eyes would tell a story that was veiled with questions, silently accusing the on goers that they were, in fact, the killers. For such a theory, we do not know. With blood trailing down their walls, infested with disease and fear, as if they’re saying I got you.

Oneshot: You have a fever and Bucky lends a hand

“Girls, I told you, I’ll be fine by myself,” You said, “I’m actually feeling a little better,” You lied as you tried to muster up a convincing smile. You were sitting slightly upright on your bed.

Natasha rolled her eyes, “Well this tells me you still have a really high fever, Y/N. So one of you isn’t telling the truth,” She said as she held up the thermometer.

“Here, Y/N, try this,” Wanda handed you a bowl of brownish liquid.

You looked at her skeptically before taking the bowl, not wanting to say no to her. You caught a waft of the smell and almost gagged, “Wanda what is this? It smells awful!” You said, trying to give it back to her.

“There are some things better left unknown, Y/N,” She laughed, “But I promise it’s good for you, it’ll get rid of your fever,” She said as she crouched down so she was level with you.

You opened your mouth to protest but before you could, Natasha had taken the spoon from Wanda and was trying to give give you the liquid, “Just drink it, Y/N,” She pushed the spoon closer to you.

You sealed your mouth in a tight line, crossing your arms. You shook your head at her.

“Hey girls, what are you…Oh,” Someone walked in and you sighed in relief as you saw Bucky standing at the door.

Wanda and Natasha turned to face him, “Get out, Barnes,” Natasha said.

Your eyes widened and you mouthed to Bucky, “Save me.”

He chuckled, “Oh c'mon, Nat, force feeding Y/N isn’t going to get rid of her fever,” He turned to you and winked.

“We’re taking care of her, Bucky. She’ll be fine,” Wanda said, standing up now.

Bucky looked from Wanda to Natasha before looking at you, “Just the fever?” He asked.

You nodded your head slowly, “My head feels like it’s on fire,” You groaned.

He smiled at you before gesturing Wanda and Natasha aside. “What are you doing, Bucky? She’s sick!” Natasha scowled at him.

He waved his hand at her, “Don’t worry I’ve got just the cure.”

Bucky moved up to your bed and lifted his metal hand, “This might be a little cold,” He said.

You laughed, “That’s the point, Buck.”

He chuckled before resting his hand on your forehead. The cool of the metal on your skin is exactly what you had needed: relief at last.

“How’s that, doll?”

You looked up at him, grinning, “Perfect.”

Asking someone to stay is being selfish, but it’s undeniable that that is also being honest. Yes I believe in the “art” of letting go, but I also believe that it’s important to let others know how you really feel. Remember, it’s better to live a life of “oh wells” than a life of “what ifs.” But then again, sometimes, some things are better left unsaid.

Creeper on the Train

~So…. Read this Im sorry
Co-written by becommissad

Beca stood on the subway, her headphones on and her hand grabbing the pole tightly. The car jostled and she swayed to the side slightly, sighing Beca adjusted the straps on her back pack and continued listening to her newest demo.

She looked down at her phone to make a note about the song when someone slipped beside her and put their hand in hers. Beca looked up, ready to punch someone when the woman leaned down and whispered in her ear.

“Just go with it, that man at your 10 o’clock has been watching you for the past ten minutes. Talk to me about your day,” Beca nodded and gripped the woman’s hand, she pulled her headphones off and smiled up at the woman.

“I was wondering where you were. Did you get the message I left you?” The woman easily slipped into the role of a fake relationship and nodded, smiling softly.

“Ja, the cat got out so I was late to work this morning. I dropped him by the vets later than expected.” Out of the corner of her eye Beca glanced at the man to see him sniff in disgust and turn away, finding something else to occupy his mind.

“Good, did he try to get away at the vets again?” Beca was pulling stuff from her ass, waiting for the man to completely dismiss them, he kept looking at them over his shoulder.

“Ja, although the vet was very pleasant about it, saying it was normal for cats to be scared in that environment.” The tall blonde smirked to herself as she continued, saying the next part slightly louder. “Then he cut his balls off,” the man winced and blushed, his legs crossing.

“Good, about time. I’m tired of having kittens roaming the apartment building. Those neighbor cats breed like crazy.” Now Beca was full on grinning from ear to ear, the tall blonde before her was as well, looking down with laughter in her light blue eyes.

The subway came to a stop and Beca and the stranger both turned to the door, it opened and they continued to hold hands even as they walked up onto the streets. When they stopped they were still smiling and the blonde turned to Beca.

“My name is Luisa by the way.” Beca smiled and jostled their hands.

“I’m Beca, and thanks for doing that.” Luisa smiled and nodded, looking down at Beca.

“No problem,” Beca grinned up at the woman and pulled her phone out.

“Whats your number, I wouldn’t mind hanging out with you more.” Luisa laughed and Beca smiled wider as Luisa rattled off her numbers, Beca had the blonde pull out her phone too so they could check to make sure it worked.

“Well little maus, I look forward to our next encounter.” Luisa said as she took a step backwards, their hands lingering as the blonde pulled back.

“Me too, you giant moose.” Beca said back, Luisa threw her head back and laughed.

“Auf Wiedersehen.” The blonde called. Beca waved as Luisa turned around and quickly disappeared in the crowd of people.

It was a long time before Beca and Luisa saw each other again, although they texted constantly their schedules clashed so terribly that whenever one was free the other was busy beyond all reason.

Lately Beca’s rent had been getting overbearing, for a college freshman who worked at a radio station as an intern and also worked at a nearby pet shop it was hard for her to pay it all on her own.

So she placed an ad.

A lot of creepy people responded, one person she thought was pretty cool, then they met in person at a coffee shop and it was a really creepy chick who smacked her gum and twirled her hair and would not stop making sexual innuendoes at Beca.

It had been a whole month and Beca couldn’t find a single person she might want to room with. She was getting desperate. Then a light appeared at the end of the tunnel.

You are looking for a roommate, ja? Beca looked down at her phone, it was a text from Luisa, which she thought was odd because normally at three in the morning people were sleeping. Then again she was up too so she decided to not comment on it.

Yeah, why, do you know someone? Beca quickly answered, logging off facebook as she committed herself to the conversation.

Myself actually, my current roommate won’t stop bringing home his one night stands and leaving me to deal with them. Beca couldn’t help it, she laughed. She was really glad the german woman couldn’t see her. Before she could respond a new text lit up her screen. I know you’re laughing, it really isn’t funny. The blonde sent, Beca laughed harder and felt like her sides were going to split.

It’s three am I can laugh at what I want. Beca laughed harder when all the blonde sent her was an unamused emoji.

Ok ok, when do you wanna come check it out? Beca texted Luisa.

The blonde responded seconds later, saying that night would be good. They arranged to meet at Beca’s apartment a little after eight, since Beca was still working. Luisa would arrive early to check out the area so Beca had to hurry up and get home from work. The brunette was grateful that she had decided before leaving to clean up her messy apartment because it saved her a lot of time..

The ride on the subway was supposed to be only ten minutes maximum but to Beca it felt more like an hour. The moment the brunette got onto the subway she could feel a gaze on the back of her head. An oddly familiar stare that was in no way a comfort. The brunette angled her body in a move that looked like she was looked at some guy playing his saxophone further down the car to see the same guy from months ago staring at her.

Beca did her best not to squirm under his gaze that was something between hatred and attraction. When the subway finally came to a stop Beca practically sprinted out, thankful to put some distance between her and the creepy man. She began the short walk to her apartment, power walking in the hopes to get to Luisa quickly.

When Beca could see her building she started speeding up only to be blocked by someone. It was the man from the subway. He was leaning against the lamppost, one hand in his pocket the other pulling a cigar out.

“Whats a lovely young lady like yourself doing walking alone so late at night?” He asked, his breath smelling of beer.

Beca tried her hardest not to gag and to maintain her civilized composer. “Just going home,” she stated, awkwardly trying to move away around him.

“I saw you were looking for a roommate. That blondie break your heart? I’d be happy to compensate for her.” He says, moving toward Beca, forcing the brunette to back up until she hits the wall of a neighboring apartment building.

“I… umm…” Beca stutters, a hand tentatively pushing at his chest, trying to keep him at bay.

“Excuse me,” a German accented voice calls out. Luisa taps the man’s shoulder and he turns, obviously annoyed, to get punched in the face.

“That is for hitting on my girlfriend.” Luisa states flatly. “Now scram.” Beca was never happier to have a fake relationship.

The man is holding his nose which is now bleeding as he glares up at the towering blonde. “I’m not going anywhere. You had your chance with her, she’s looking for a new roommate. That’s going to be me.”

Luisa raises a challenging eyebrow. “No, actually it’s not. You are going to leave my girlfriend alone, are we clear?”

“Are you deaf blondie? She doesn’t want to room with you anymore!” The man yells at Luisa.

The blonde isn’t phased. “I think I can change her mind.”

And then Luisa is kissing Beca forcefully, marking her territory. The blondes tongue enters without permission and Beca whimpers, getting lost in the smell of cinnamon and the taste of spearmint. The kiss lasts far too long but it gets the point across to the man who is moving away from them, muttering something about slutty dykes as he goes.

Luisa finally breaks the kiss so that they both can get some air. Beca’s chest is heaving as she looks up at Luisa who smiles weakly.

“Too soon?” The blonde asks.

“Perfect timing.” Beca says shaking her head and laughing. “Although I think it is high time that I pay you back for all your help. How does tomorrow night sound for dinner?”

Luisa smiles, “Perfect.”

It was a week later, the date still hasn’t happened because Beca got busy with the internship, the main guy there got food poisoning and had to take a few days off so Beca had to work the night shift for him.

Luisa had moved in quick, some of her friends helping her move in. Beca didn’t question the fact that they were all incredibly muscular but also really nice. Some things when found strange might be better left unknown.

It was strange having someone else there but it was nice, and Beca found that the two acted like complete strangers around each other for a mere day before they quickly found their comfort zone.

“You never did take me out to that dinner, maus.” Luisa nonchalantly commented while sipping coffee a week and a day from the encounter last Friday.

Beca dragged her feet into the kitchen, her hair a complete mess and she barely missed running into the table as she sat across from Luisa.

“Coffee.” Beca said to herself, Luisa watched with an amused smirk as Beca took the coffee pot from the table and poured it directly onto the table.

“You need a cup first.” Beca stopped and looked down at the table where the coffee was quickly spreading.

“Cup.” Beca repeated. She stood up and rifled through the cupboards and drawers, when she found something that she deemed worthy to put coffee in she sat back down at the table and lifted the empty bowl to her mouth.

“You need to put coffee in it first.” Luisa continued instructing, Beca looked around for the coffee pot and slowly reached over and poured the rest of it into the bowl.

“Coffee.” Beca nodded, satisfied with what was happening now.

Luisa hid her laugh behind her own coffee cup as she watched the brunette continue to look around like she was lost. Luisa glanced down at the table and saw other coffee stains randomly on it. So this wasn’t an irregular thing.

Normally by the time Beca would be waking up Luisa would be in the gym downstairs working out before she left for work. Beca took at least an hour just to get up and she was lucky that her first classes of the day only required her there at ten.

“Words?” Beca suddenly looked up at Luisa, slamming her coffee bowl down on the table. Luisa arched an eyebrow at the brunette. “Repeat. Earlier. Words.” Luisa managed to put together what the woman was trying to say and looked across the table with a smile.

“I think you need to drink some coffee first, tiny maus,” Luisa teased with a grin. “Are you always this dysfunctional in the mornings?”

Beca nodded slowly like she didn’t quite understand and finished her coffee, practically chugging the rest of it. Luisa waited until the coffee hit Beca’s system, the brunette’s eyes opening and bit more and she perked up a bit. The tiny girl leaned back into her chair and stretched while yawning, eliciting a yawn from the woman across the table who watched with an amused glint in her eyes.

“Okay, okay,” Beca declared, “I’m awake. What did you say earlier?”

“You never did take me out to dinner,” Luisa repeated, still sounding like she wasn’t disappointed.

It took a few moments for Beca’s brain to catch up and when it did the brunette slapped herself on the forehead, the palm of her hand coming in contact with her head with enough force to leave a mark. Beca winced at her stupidity and the pain.

“Oh, that was stupid.” She remarked to herself. “Anyway, how does tonight work? Saturday, we both have nothing going on. Sound good?” Luisa smiled and nodded.

“I can fit it into my schedule.” Beca smiled and pointed across the table at the blonde.

“You’re the one who brought it up, of course it can fit in your schedule.” Luisa nodded

Then they went on a date and lived happily ever after cause Beca is a nerd and Luisa is a dork but they are cute.

And they prance off into the sunset on their happy ending singing “SIE SIND DAS ESSEN UND WIR SIND DIE JAEGER”

A Wicked Hunger Games

It was, in a way, almost too easy. The careers secured the cornucopia, and Galinda herself killed a short boy during the blood bath. He was named Biq, or something close to it. His name doesn’t matter now.

“Galinda,” Fiyero says, sitting on top of the cornucopia with her. He had to help her up, but the two did enjoy the view. The forest is nice, in a way. “Avaric wants to go hunting with me.”

Galinda just nods, not asking what they’re hunting. Some things are better left unknown, after all. She lays back down on top of the cornucopia, content with sunbathing while they’re gone.

It’s only an hour after Fiyero and Avaric left when a cannon goes off. The cannon wakes Galinda up just in time for her to see Shenshen try pounce up on the cornucopia, knife in hand. If Shenshen made the jump, Galinda’s cannon would have followed.

But as it is, Shenshen falls back onto the ground and Galinda rolls off the other side. Grabbing a random backpack and a few knives, the blonde sprints into the woods. Shenshen and Pfannee begin to pursue her, and Pfannee throws a knife. It just grazes Galinda’s shin, and she hardly even looks back. The two women stop their pursuit when Galinda reaches the woods, afraid that she may use the cover of the trees to her advantage.

Galinda keeps running, leaping over roots and through the unmarked forest. She hardly processes what just happened, and her leg throbs with every step she takes. But she has to get away, she keeps running.

The green girl hadn’t expected to find herself participating in the games, but Nessarose’s name had been called, and her handicapped sister would most certainly not last. She had volunteered out of a sense of duty to her sister and surely to her father’s relief. He had always favored dear Nessa.

During the pre-games period, people had commented on her unusually green skin color. Some claimed that her verdigris would make her an easy target, while others argued that her color may help her camouflage with her surroundings depending on this year’s arena. Fortunately for Elphaba, there’s a heavily wooded area around the cornucopia, and that’s exactly where she had ran after snagging a backpack from the arena’s center.

While she understands that she isn’t the strongest of the tributes, she has a good head on her shoulders, and her knowledge has managed to help her survive up until now. Suddenly, Elphaba notices loud and hasty footsteps, crunching through the leaves, a figure heading straight for her, and she whips around. Judging from the loudness of the footsteps, she probably doesn’t have enough time to hide, so she stands her ground, knife in hand, and ready to attack her assaulter if need be.
