they're friendly

I read Empire's End and I start to feel uncomfortable with Ben and Hux having a bad past™ and suffering abuse (Ben with Snoke and Hux with his father) bc I'm a abuse survivor and I'm tired to see villains being abuse survivors...

We do have heroes that survived abusive upbringings (Finn and Rey) to act as a counterbalance, but fandom ignores that in favor of only attaching the “abusive childhood” narrative to their homicidal white dude faves. Kind of like how Finn gets the TRAITOR label even though Kylo is the one that betrayed his loving family and everything they stood for.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This whole “Jess is Rory’s Luke” theory is nice and all, but y'all are blatantly ignoring the fact that clearly Paris is Rory’s Luke.

Imaging Person A of your OTP has been complaining that their clothes don’t have adequate pockets, so Person B sews new pockets onto all their clothes.

Bonus points if the new pockets look terrible but Person A wears them anyway.

OT3: Person A also sews pockets onto a confused Person C’s clothing.
