Aqua and Aqua Azura.

I remember being so bummed they changed Aqua’s name in the localization in fates because I couldn’t make jokes about her being Aqua’s nobody that couldn’t wield a keyblade.

‘Oh the bitten mouth, oh the kissed limbs,
oh the hungering teeth, oh the entwined bodies.

post reveal, adrien just buys mari alllllllll the chat noir stuff. all of it. all of her gifts are chat noir themed. if they’re using special edition chat noir cups in some random restaurant three hours away, he will get one for her. it will end up in a chat noir gift bag wrapped in chat noir wrapping paper. mari has chat noir themed clothing and pencil cases and notebooks and kitchenware and accessories and her room is slowly becoming more black and green than pink

and marinette does the exact same thing. she goes out of her way so that everything she makes for adrien is subtly ladybug themed in some way. she gets him ladybug pjs and posters and headphones with antenna on them. she plasters his room in red and black spots. she sets his lockscreen as ladybug and it stays that way for almost two months

for their first anniversary, they swap superhero themed bags and pull out superhero themed gifts

alya and nino joke that they’re more in love with the superheroes than each other and adrien just pulls on the ears of mari’s chat noir sweatshirt

but at the same time, they spend so much time together that they just…swap stuff? like adrien will notice that he’s somehow ended up using mari’s cat headphones for the past week and a half. marinette will be wearing adrien’s ladybug hoodie and when he mentions it she claims it’s hers because she’s the one who wears the spots in this relationship. mari’s chat noir sketchbook is in adrien’s bookshelf and adrien’s ladybug backpack is hanging on mari’s doorknob

the only thing they don’t swap is this giant ladybug and chat noir blanket that is perfect for rooftop cuddling. even if adrien steals it from mari when they accidentally fall asleep up there

3 Years ago I drew a picture in which I took two Monster High characters with opposing themes and swapped what species they were supposed to be. In this case: skeleton and plant monster (living and dead).

Over the past 3 years I’ve had less and less time to draw because…life happens. I have much different needs and responsibilities now. I am glad that my skills haven’t suffered because of that.

[Femslash February]: Aquarium

She could see her through the aquarium in her office.

Apparently, all the interns had to take the desk for a couple of hours everyday, never mind how impressive their portfolios were. Marinette could accept that. Today a designing internship. Tomorrow a scholarship to ESMOD. Day after that, her very own label. She could suck up taking desk calls, staring at spreadsheets, sending emails, and following the heels of her idols for the summer.

Besides. The view wasn’t half bad.

She checked the directory outside two mornings ago and found out that the office across from theirs was an online magazine. If she peeked around all the Rosy Barbs and Angelfish meandering around the long aquarium tank stretching along the wall right across from Marinette’s desk, she occasionally saw people bustling by with manuscripts and cover proofs. But that wasn’t even the best part.

By far the most interesting about the office was the beautiful girl who worked the front desk.

They looked to be about the same age, so Marinette assumed she was also an intern. She spent her days staying at her desk – probably sending emails and working on projects – and only leaving to run off to meetings or go to lunch. Marinette honestly didn’t mean to stare, but sometimes there was nothing to do at her desk other than wait for the phone to ring. Her eyes would drift up and see that gorgeous girl, hair piled up charmingly on the top of her head, pushing her glasses up the bridge of her nose every few minutes, and yawning in front of her computer screen while she multitasked on her cellphone.

Marinette really wanted to ask her out to lunch, but she could never catch her outside the office. She sometimes meandered around the elevator during her lunch hour in the hopes that the girl would come out at the same time so that she could strike up a conversation, but their schedules never melded. Marinette tried to do the same at the end of the work day, but one of them was always staying late and finishing projects. All she had was her view through the aquarium tank.

One of the models who worked for the label, Adrien, was about the only person who stopped by her desk everyday to have lunch with her and ask her about her day. It didn’t take him long to pick up on Marinette’s little hobby. He stopped by her desk one morning and poked her in the cheek when he caught her staring through the tank again. “You know, you could just make an excuse to go over there and talk to her.”

Marinette snorted. “And say what? ‘Hi, I’m Marinette, I think you’re cute and I’ve been creepily staring at you for the past two weeks. Wanna get coffee?’”

“What’s wrong with that?”

Sockathan Week Theme 4: Clothes Swap

It was a nice Thursday afternoon in early October and all Jonathan wanted to do was shoot himself. Or maybe jump off a bridge? Would that get him out of this situation?

“Sock, why do I have to do this?” He asked, looking at his boyfriend with unamused eyes.

“Because,” Sock said, grinning, “I want to see it!!”

Jonathan pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed. He wished he could say no to the cute demon but he couldn’t.

“Ugh, fine….” He said, letting his shoulders slump in defeat.

The demon cheered in delight and began to strip his clothes off. Jonathan sighed again and did the same, laying them out on his bed. He took Sock’s discarded cloths and just strafed at them.

“This is unbelievable….” He muttered, pulling the boys jeans on.

“Maybe,” Sock said, falling over as he pulled Jonathan’s jeans on, “But you’re doing it anyway!”

“Yeah,” the teen muttered, pulling the purple skirt on, “Because I love you.”

“What was that?” Sock asked, pulling the white t-shirt on.

“Nothing….” Jonathan said, pulling the light blue shirt on.

“You sure?” Sock grinned, pulling the grey hoodie on and sipping it.

“I’m sure.” Jonathan said, slipping the brown vest on.

Sock smiled and tied his red scarf around Jonathan’s neck and put his hat atop his head. Sock tossed him his striped socks (no pun intended?) and the teen rolled his eyes, pulling them on. Once he righted himself, he finally took a good look at Sock. A light blush came to his cheeks as he looked at his boyfriend in his hoodie, which was very large on him.

“You look so cute!!” Sock said, jumping up and down.

“Yeah…,” Jonathan mumbled, rubbing the back of his neck, “So… so do you….”

Sock blushed lightly as well and smiled. He grabbed the end of the scarf around Jonathan’s neck and pulled him down to his height. He wrapped his arms around his neck and pressed his lips to his. Jonathan smiled against his lips and kissed back, wrapping his arms around his waist. Maybe this wasn’t so bad.

Finished my art trade half with @jennis41digsdragons! We decided to do an Eret (and Hiccup) themed swap. Very appropriate :). Past and Future. Clearly this is their future–a chief and his sea-faring bardiguard. Thanks for the fun opportunity, girl! I do love mixing styles :D
