Growing up as a kid, I watched my mama make fudge it was one of my favourite snacks to eat. The sweet aroma, the chewiness, the taste etc. Now I am making fudge for my mama and my family. And it is so delicious! I love my culture and I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world. I love and embrace my Guyanese roots.
