Reverse Lunge and Front Kick. I saw a diagram of these on @mayasfitness account the other day and I knew I had to add them to an upcoming workout. These are good for strengthening the lower body and I felt they were good for improving proprioception. I was kicking harder by the end of the workout. Maybe next time I’ll change the front kick to a jumping front kick. Anyway, off to work!!
