My Before and Afters…
I have lost a few more pounds since these photos, but I hope it can help others. I started at 255 Which I don’t have those pictures with me, but I know the befores I have here I am still well over 200lbs, and they go down to where I am at about 165/160ish. Right now I am at 154 lbs and still working towards my goal of 130-135! 

The last picture was us celebrating the Color Run which was my first run ever in my life, so that was a huge accomplishment for me. 

Haven’t really been able to eat in days. Chowed down on 500 calories for breakfast

Apple slices with fat free caramel dipping sauce (I usually use about ¼ of the individual container and save the rest)

Fat Free Plain greek yogurt with fresh blackberries

1 whole egg + 2 egg whites and a little bit fat free cheddar cheese 

1 100 calorie sandwich thin with almond butter spread
