One of my favourite burgers is this one, called Dirty Little Secret. The classic burger is turned on its head with the addition of slow-cooked pulled pork, melted Emmenthaler cheese and a homepage Portuguese bun.
I’m a burger lover and you’re going to love this burger just like I do. It’s the Smokehouse Buckstop burger that is stuffed with pulled pork and smoked cheddar topped with BBQ bacon mushroom relish and a panko onion ring.
Homemade salmon burger: I used freshly chopped center cut salmon, salt and pepper, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, scallions and Panko bread crumbs for the burger; toasted seeded bun, honey-Dijon and mayo to brush the bread before topping with watercress. I skipped the cheese and squeezed Sriracha mayo on the burger.
