Grasshopper Pose is both an opening and a strengthening pose. It strengthens the arms and core while opening the hamstrings, hips and chest. The secret to Grasshopper is making sure to lengthen the spine forward and keeping the chest open. Expect to find yourself in this pose…and many more in all of my classes today and this weekend.
