Teräs Käsi from Star Wars: Masters of the Teräs Käsi is Finnish for “Steel Hand,” a nod/slight at Tekken, which means “Iron Fist” in Japanese.

Another ironic twist is the fact that part of the Tekken team (in the form of Project Soul) would add Yoda, Darth Vader, and Starkiller to Soul Calibur IV as guest characters.

Controversy about the inclusion of Star Wars characters in Soul Calibur IV arose when, originally it revealed that Yoda was only available for the 360 version of the game, while Vader was a PS3 exclusive. This became further convoluted when hackers dug into the game’s data and found both characters were available on both platforms. Eventually, Bandai Namco would release Yoda and Vader on their opposite consoles as paid DLC.

For the Wii version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2, there was a platform exclusive, 4 player battle mode. This mode was influenced by the Namco 1994 Arcade brawler, The Outfoxies. Supposedly, The Outfoxies was also the influence for Smash Bros as well but that has not been confirmed.
