the scenes were just next to each other

Summary: Jared Padalecki x reader. Gen gives Jared and the reader permission to do what they’d like.

Warning: Smut, dry humping

A/N: I’m still new to this RPF thing, so I hope y’all enjoy this! XOXO

Sex scenes aren’t the most comfortable scenes to shoot.

Sex scenes are even more uncomfortable when you’re shooting in front of the guy’s wife, who just happens to be visiting and has been given permission to be on the closed set.

Sex scenes are even more uncomfortable when you’re trying to get over the attraction you’ve developed to said married guy.

And sex scenes are incredibly uncomfortable when the married guy who you’re simulating sex with gets an erection. In front of the visiting wife.

My other friend who is also a Gruvia shipper send me this pic after I beg for hours (since I didn’t go to watch the special screen with her because of works) T^T It’s the scene when Juvia got hurt.

She added “Their moment is not really romantic but SUPER CUTE!!!” (She shouted from the phone) Juvia hugged Gray but he just complained like ‘what is wrong with you’ but didn’t push her away so yeah some development. The ending song was the scene that every ships (Nalu Gruvia Gajevy + Erza + Wendy) stand beside each other and holding their wooden beer mug. Gruvia stands next to each other and they were so closeeeeee, both their bodies and their beer mugs.(Actually she said there was 0% distance between their bodies) and they both smiled to the camera.  She liked the scene when after the fight that Juvia got hurt and Gray ran to her and asked ‘Are you okay’. She said that his voice was really gentle and sounds like he care so much about her.   can see how much he care about her by seeing his face. There was also a scene that Gray thought or sensed about Juvia. (She called it 'Juvia sensor’) “

and yeahhhh I think this is my last submission. I think I will go see it myself on 13th and I will tell you all the gruvia details !!!

Thank you so much for the information and picture submission! I see this is the part where Juvia throws herself in front of the little girl and takes the attack. That’s where Gray screams her name and goes devil slayer mode for his bae. ;)

I know Juvia will be almost entirely comedy in this movie, and that’s fine. It’s been a long time since she’s acted that way, and the Japanese LOVE IT (again, difference in Japanese and Western culture). All the tweets say she’s super cute. I also like that Gray’s main fight (his only one, really) is with Juvia.

I saw the ending credit photo actually, so I know what you’re talking about. The person who shared told me not to post it, as they themselves unfortunately weren’t allowed to either. But YES. It’s ADORABLE. We see Nalu, Gruvia, and Gajevy–their arms around their girls. Gray’s face is leaning into Juvia’s hat and he’s smiling. xD So this is the picture the Japanese were excited about. It’s a group shot.

Despite Gruvia being a comedic aspect of the movie, I’m glad we can really see how much he does care for her. That’s their dynamic in the manga too, we know Gray loves Juvia. ^^ Even when they’re married, Gray will still make faces when Juvia is acting like…. Juvia. lol.

Even if KM are just standing, the hyungs’ cautiousness makes it appear like they’re about to make-out in public. Why are they (older members) making it so obvious that Kook/min are real? Once upon a time no one cared if JM gobbled up JK. Now they jump even if KM are simply standing side-by-side and smiling. Fishy. 🙄

Anon: What do you think that members think about Ji/kook/what are their reactions? Namjoon is kinda always watching them,as if to make sure they don’t go too far and Hoseok in the last vlive looked at them then turned to memebers like “Do you see this?”

intro-on-repeat said: I want to thank Hoseok for always “there” in every kook/min moment, for putting up with the tension between them, for loving both parties. I love our president. He knows what’s good.

As strange as this may sound, I usually don’t put too much thought into the other member’s reactions. After all, they often joke and tease each other about the various bromances in the group. Or they briefly comment on the friendship between the members and then move on. But sometimes there are these moments when some of the members don’t necessarily say much, but act a little uncomfortable, or “edgy,” or just really peculiar around Kook/min. And yeah, it’s definitely different than how they reacted back in 2013-2014 when they used to just figuratively roll their eyes at Jimin’s antics and then move on..

Vodka & Coke - Jeff Atkins x Reader

Request - “I was wondering if you could do a Jeff x reader where they like each other and they’re at a pool party and all the guys and girls are like ogling so they’re jealous and finally confess”

“So I’ve been thinking…” The chestnut haired boy next to you fiddled with his short pockets.

“Oh don’t do that.” You turned to him sombrely. “Dangerous business. Difficult to get out of once you’ve started.” Keeping a straight face, you hit him playfully with the cold beer bottle in your hand. He chuckled.

“Well, I won’t disagree there, but I meant…” Jeff appeared to falter in his original thoughts, and instead added, “We should get in the pool. I mean we’ve already been here a while and it is a pool party.” His emphasis on the word ‘pool’ was pretty comical.

You raised you eyebrow, looking over at the hormone filled pool.

“Eh. Alright then.”

Downing the last of your beer, you swiftly pulled your dress off to reveal a flattering black bikini. Jeff’s eyes almost burst out of his sockets.

“Strip, then.” you laughed, tugging at his shirt. He shooed you away and took the shirt off himself, leaving only his red swimming shorts. You tried not to stare too much at the sculpted curves of his chest. You’d managed to conceal your crush for this long, you could last a bit longer.

“Race you in?” You pointed finger-guns at him.

“We shouldn’t really be run…okay, i guess that’s a yes.” Because once he had  started being concerned about safety, you’d already run toward the pool.

You jumped in and swirled the water around you a little.

SPLASH. Jeff bombed in to the water next to you, soaking all the parts of you that you had yet to submerge.

“Jeff!” You scolded. He grinned his signature pearly-white grin, setting your heart into overdrive.

“Sorry, babydoll.” He gave you a knowing smirk. You hit him hard at his use of the nickname you ‘hated’, but which you secretly adored.

“Don’t push your luck, Atkins.”

He splashed you. You splashed him back, resulting in a small, playful, water-fight where you muttered phrases such as asshole and try that again, i dare you while he just laughed manically.

“Okay, cease fire.” He held up his hands.

“Hold on, why do you get to call cease fire?” You crossed your arms.

“I’m older. And since I technically won, you owe me a drink.” Toyed Jeff.

“Fine. But only because I wanted one too.” Throwing your arms up, you began to make your way to the edge of the pool.

Inside, by the drinks, stood Hannah, the only person who did know about Jeff. She smiled sympathetically, seeing that you were wet from the pool.

“I see you’ve been in.” She laughed.

“It’s that obvious?” You joked. Grabbing two cups from the pile, you poured a small (rather large) amount of vodka in to each, and topped them up with coke.

“Getting anywhere? Anything happen?” She asked.

“Nada.” You sighed. “It’s just obvious he doesn’t feel the same about me as I do him.”

“Stop saying that! I’ve told you what Clay sai-”

“What did I say?” Clay popped out of nowhere, sidling up next to Hannah.

“That alcohol is bad for you.” You stuttered, throwing up a small wave before quickly leaving the house again. Clay had told Hannah that he had a suspicion Jeff liked you, but Clay didn’t know you liked Jeff.

On your way out, someone called you.

“Yo, Y/N!” Montgomery waved you over.

“You having a good time?” Marcus asked, smirking.

“Yeah, I should probably thank Bryce when I see him.” You nodded, sipping your drink.

“We‘ll thank him for you.” Marcus chuckled.

“Oh, thank you.”

The boys starting conversing about the party, but you were not paying attention because your eyes had drifted over to Jeff in the pool. He was on his own leaning on the edge, his muscular arms, dripping, rested.

You noticed a pretty, although somewhat plain girl looking over at Jeff. Her name was Chloe, you thought, you recognised her because she sat next to Jeff in history, and you sat behind them.

She was DEFINITELY giving him bedroom eyes, and you couldn’t blame her. It wasn’t as if she was stealing your man, because you weren’t together, and she had no idea how much you liked him, but that didn’t stop the intense jealously you began to feel.

“Excuse me.” You nodded to the boys, strutting back to the pool. Jeff made eye contact, smiling when he saw his drink. At least, you guessed that’s why he was smiling.

“Here, take both so I can get in.” you crouched and passed both cups to Jeff, then swung yourself in next to him, splashing slightly.

“Guess I deserved that.” He observed, handing you back your drink once he was sure you were safely in.

You sipped nervously, suddenly aware of your proximity.

“Y/N, you can’t tell me you haven’t noticed everyone over there ogling you. Especially Monty.” you looked at Jeff to see him looking over in the direction of Monty, Marcus, and their posse. Truthfully, you hadn’t noticed, because you’d been too busy watching Chloe eye-up Jeff.

“Don’t be silly.” You spluttered, noticing that the alcohol was kicking in, and making you a giggly mess. Luckily, Jeff wouldn’t notice, because he was fairly intoxicated himself.

“I’m not, look at them!” He pointed an accusatory finger, definitely warranting a few looks from other people in the pool.

“They’d look up anything in a bikini.” You rolled your eyes.

“No, they’ve only been staring at you.” He declared.

“Careful, Atkins, or you might sound jealous.” You spat, beginning to get angry that he kept going on like he cared, when you knew he didn’t.  It hurt. A lot. He looked flustered.

“Fuck’s sake.” He shook his head, downed his drink, and threw it in the water somewhere. Then he turned to place his hands on the edge and haul himself out of the pool.

“Where the fuck are you going now?” You shouted at his leaving figure. But he ignored you.

“The fuck are you looking at?” You shouted around the pool at people who had been watching, Chloe in particular, before mimicking Jeff and pulling yourself out of the pool.

You found Hannah on a sofa with Clay.

“I need to speak with you.”

“Okay, what’s up?” Hannah could see you were drunk and upset.

“Not here.”

“Really, it does just sound like he’s jealous.” She shrugged.

“Shut up, Hannah. Don’t just try to make me feel better.”

“Boy world is confusing, but this one’s pretty easy to work out.” She placed a hand on your shoulder. “Especially after what Clay said.” She wiggled her eyebrows.

“But he wouldn’t - I mean-” But Hannah wasn’t listening, she was staring at a spot slightly behind you.

“Y/N, can I speak to you?” Jeff’s voice sent a shiver down your spine.

“Go get him, girl.” Hannah whispered in your ear as she left.

“What?” You turned to Jeff, exhaling. The boy was exhausting and invigorating all at the same time.

“I was jealous.”

“Jeff jus- wait, what?” you’d prepared yourself for an entirely different conversation.

“I was jealous.” he repeated. “Those guys were looking at you in a way i wished they wouldn’t, but it wasn’t my place to say anything because we’re not- i mean- you know…” He played with the hem of his shirt awkwardly.

“Honestly?” You scrunched up your face. “I was jealous too.” You admitted. Jeff was taken aback.

“Jealous of what?”

“That girl Chloe from history was completely ogling you, how could you not notice?”

“She wasn’t?!”

You rolled your eyes. “So observant.”

Jeff bit away a smile.

“You’re so,” he shook his head. “You’re like, a force.” He pulled your hands into his.

“That made sense, Mr. McDrunkFace.”

You blushed at what you were about to do next, but you had to take the plunge.

“So, if we were both jealous, doesn’t that say something?” your hands were sweating in his.

“That we were both downing the Vodka & Coke’s?” He joked.

“No like,”

But he didn’t give you time to respond, because instead he crashed his lips to yours. Rightfully, he tasted like Vodka & Coke, and he was ever so slightly pruned from being in the pool, but he was perfect. He was Jeff.

“Let’s just let each other know next time we get jealous, yeah? Instead of storming off and making a scene.” You ruffled his hair after breaking the kiss.

“Yeah.” he chuckled, nodding bashfully. “Yeah.”

Life’s a Party (Batfam)

Requested by an anon

Summary: It’s date night for Bruce and Batmom, but when they come home chaos is unfolding within the mansion.

Warning(s): Shenanigans!

The marina was calm and quite desolate tonight, which made for the perfect location for a date. No one was going to bother you and it just so happened to be one of the main hotspots of activity lately, though the lack of people begged to differ. Nonetheless, it meant that Bruce was able to keep a watchful eye on the area while also showing you off as his arm candy to the stars and moon that shined down on you.

Neither of you barely said anything, enjoying the comfortable silence that fell over you both as you walked. The chill of the air coming off the water only gave you an excuse to walk closer to your beau. He always managed to make dates perfect somehow, even if they were interrupted by maniacs or calls from the principals office - though thankfully tonight he didn’t have to answer to either. It was just you and him, with each other’s undivided attention.

But alas, all good things must end and after hours of aimlessly walking around and talking about anything and everything, you decided to head home. As the car pulled up the long driveway you both could tell something was going on within the house from nearly a mile away. All the lights seemed to be on and music could be heard bumping through the walls like a heartbeat.

“I guess this is what we get for letting Alfred have the night off,” Bruce commented sarcastically, earning a snicker from you.

“I think it’s about time we show them how to really party. Don’t you, dear?” You suggested with a devious look on your face, one which Bruce returned just as deviously.

Hand in hand, you both walked into the house through the garage door, the music thumping into your core. As you progressed towards the epicenter of music and strobe lights, the house became steadily messier and showed signs of empty alcohol bottles and confetti just simply everywhere. The first child you found was Duke, completely passed out sideways in a rocker.

“Is he dead?” You questioned, half serious and Bruce shook his head after taking a pulse and let the sense of relieve wash over you both momentarily.

With a sigh from both of you, you continued your pursuit and not before long, you had slipped into the mass of people gathered in the main ballroom. The sight before you made you both stop and just stare.

Dick was showing off his acrobat moves, currently swinging from the chandelier as Barbara cheered him on from the staircase. Jason was screaming demands at the DJ from the “dance floor.” Tim and Cass were dancing next to each other while Steph had to prop herself up with help from the drink table. And Damian… Damian was no where to be seen which worried you more than seeing him involved in this mess.

The twitch in your eye made you want to go ape shit mother-hen on all of them, dragging each of their most likely intoxicated bodies to their beds. But, no, you had a much better idea. Bruce was thinking the exact same thing and wrapped a hand around your waist before pulling you close to him. A devilish smirk crossed your faces and you emerged yourselves into the crowd, locked together so you wouldn’t lose the other.

In your travels you both acquired a drink and held them tightly in hand as you started dancing with each other. Purposely sloppy, you made sure the two of you were making a scene, grinding, and yelling, and kissing until the people around you started to notice. Just as you had hoped, they began moving away from you, no one wanting to dance next to the old grinding couple, a few of them even realizing who you were.

After about a half hour, the room cleared out enough that a few of the kids spotted you, freezing in place. Bruce notice and motioned in their direction, making you turn your head to spot Tim, Cass, and Steph. The shock on their faces made you laugh and even Steph, who was clearly the most inebriated, widened her eyes and furrowed her eyebrows as if you were figments of her imagination.

“Hey guys! Nice party!” You yelled over the music to them as if you were just another couple of random partygoers.

The lack of anger on yours and Bruce’s faces terrified them all to the core before your face immediately dropped into your trademark serious ‘you’re in deep shit’ look. “It’s time to end it.”

Steph nodded slowly, seeming to take a different meaning to your words as she slurred a goodnight and shuffled along the walls up to her bed. With a shrug you watched her, at least one of them was making this easy though the other two just stood and stared.

“Now,” Bruce chimed in with his own stern look and Tim and Cass bolted, no doubt to find the others and tell of their situation.

Arms folded over your chests, you and Bruce stood side by side in the middle of the ballroom, watching as the people filed out and the music stopped. Jason let a string of expletives out as he started cleaning up bottles before even acknowledging your presence. Tim and Cass kept ushering people out, stumbling slightly in the process.

Dick still hung upside down from the chandelier and he waved with a smile when he saw you, though his words were slow and slightly slurred, “Heyy Mom! Heyy Bruce! You’re home early!”

With a sigh and a hand on your forehead, you offered a small wave with your other hand and rather unenthusiastically replied, “It’s three AM, Dick. Now get down from there.”

When all of the kids stood in front of you, excluding the ones already passed out or the one that was MIA, you looked them over with a disappointed frown before Bruce spoke up, “Tomorrow you’re cleaning this place up. And then we’re going to have a looong talk.”

“But for now, get to bed.” You chimed in, most of the glares being sent towards Cass and Tim, especially considering they were underage.

The two nodded and headed off to pass out, Tim actually glad for once when his head hit the pillow. After they left the room your attention turned back to the three left in front of you. Babs’ cheeks were flushed, her body telling you she obviously participated in the evening’s events. It was clear the second you walked into the room that Dick was far gone and you had to admit, you had some respect for anyone who could do acrobatics while drunk.

But when you looked Jason over, your eyes squinted. “Jason? Are you sober?”

Dick wrapped an arm around Jason’s shoulder and piped up for him, “Jay was our party mom tonight!”

“Dick, honey, go to bed. You too Barbara.” You softly told them and they nodded, slowly and hesitantly heading off in that direction.

“Just wanted to make sure no one died. Cause y’know, I know how that feels and it’s not very pleasant,” Jason explained sarcastically, brushing off the silent allegations that he did it because he was worried and turned to continue picking up a bit.

With a sigh, Bruce put a hand on your shoulder, “I’m going to make sure Duke’s still alive, and make sure he gets to bed.” You nodded up at him and gave a small smile and swiveled to take in the whole image of the trashed ballroom.

Royai: Possible ‘Secret Relationship’ Implications

I talked about this on a tag meme I did, and I liked my analysis enough that I figured I’d edit it up and add some pictures.

I’m going to talk about the reasons why Roy and Riza having a relationship in the manga could possibly be a thing. I am 80% sure that despite how clearly they loved each other, Roy and Riza did not have anything going on between them in the series. However, there are some points I want to make that lean toward them possibly being together in a romantic sense throughout the manga.

My main point is how comfortable they are around each other. Comfortable enough that she’s the only one he cries in front of. He holds back his emotions throughout Hughes’ entire funeral and only lets himself be vulnerable when they’re alone in front of Hughes’ grave.

A lot of people say there’s a lot of unresolved sexual or romantic tension between them throughout the series, but I honestly don’t see that. I see two people who clearly care about one another a great deal, who, with one look, make it obvious that they’re in love. But I don’t see them really pining for one another or anything like that. They act like an old married couple. They don’t seem to act like they want to kiss or touch each other desperately. Which, to me, says that perhaps it’s because they already do. (This could be because I’m Ace, though, and I do not go looking for sexual implications in my OTPs, so maybe it just goes over my head all the time, but…)

Case in point, I knew my husband for ten years before we got married. In the first four years or so, we definitely were a couple of teenagers in love. We pined for one another when we couldn’t see each other. When in public, we stared at each other silently wishing we could go somewhere to be alone, we made out as often as possible. After about four or five years, the feeling of “I need to touch this person because I have a lot of pent up sexual and romantic tension for them” pretty much died down and we became very comfortable with just being around each other. If we didn’t hug or kiss for a while, it was no big deal because we had each other and we knew we could arrange to be together to do those things whenever.

My point is, Roy and Riza act like that around each other, which tells me that perhaps the reason they aren’t desperate to touch one another all the time is because they already do. They already do all the things normal couples do. They’re used to intimacy so why would they itch to touch each other 24/7? If they were as in love as they appeared to be, but couldn’t be with each other, I think they’d show more signs of yearning for one another. This, of course, could be because we just don’t see it since they were not the focus of the series and their relationship had no huge importance to the story (and Arakawa has said that she does not include anything that doesn’t need to be in the story), but I feel like, even with the amount of time they had been together, if they had never touched each other or kissed or hugged or whatever, they’d have a hard time masking the want they would have for each other. Their comfort in each other’s presence could be more than just them having spent a long time together.

My other point is the Barry the Chopper scene where Roy gets super jealous of Barry touching Riza and prepares to burn him to a crisp. Riza stops him and seems absolutely unfazed by his jealousy, which could indicate that he’s acted like that multiple times in the past and she’s used to telling him to calm the hell down.

Roy also gets annoyed again after they’re done interrogating Barry to see if he’s the real thing. Barry flirts with Riza again calling her ‘Missy,’ looking at her with hearts over his head. Roy is visibly annoyed in this scene as well.

My next point isn’t exactly evidence, but Roy and Riza did change clothes in a car together and didn’t come out of that looking flustered or blushing or anything like they might have if they were unused to seeing each other in various states of undress. I mean, yeah, Roy learned his alchemy from her bare back, but it’s not like he saw anything else. I feel like he’d still get flustered if he saw her without a shirt on, even if it was just her back, because if they weren’t together, if they weren’t touching each other on a somewhat regular basis, he’s just a guy in love and he’d want to touch her and he’d blush about it or get embarrassed easily when seeing her. Think about Ed in that scene where he was in the room when Winry was changing. He was flushed and embarrassed because he was a kid in love who had never touched the person he loved intimately before. So this one kind of goes back to my ‘comfortable with each other’ theory.

Oh, and also, that scene where Madame Christmas asks why Roy doesn’t just go play with Elizabeth. What kind of ‘play’ is she insinuating? And why does she know this is something he would do? And why do the other girls think they have a ‘chance’ now that Elizabeth has been taken by another man? What has Roy been telling them about her?

Anyway, these are all minor things. It doesn’t necessarily point to them being in an actual relationship. It’s probably more just evidence that they care for one another beyond that of superior and subordinate, but these are the things that do make me question whether or not they were actually in a secret relationship.

Side Note: I’m talking post Ishval relationship here, not young royai. I’m a firm believer that nothing happened between them pre-Ishval, not even when Roy studied flame alchemy from Riza’s bare back. What I’m talking about here are all the things that make me think they might have had a relationship during the series, in the time after Ishval and after Riza becomes Roy’s subordinate.

hey, so, a while back i posted about writing an au where Mary is alive (which you can find here if you’re interested)

and while I haven’t really had the time to flesh out this idea completely, i still wrote something bc i couldn’t stop thinking about it, so. here is that.

As the figure in front of him took shape, Neil felt his breath catch in his throat.

“Mom?” The word was barely a whisper, the sound escaping his lips before he realized he was speaking. The room was dim and her hair was different from when he had last seen her, but he’d recognize those eyes anywhere, colored contacts be dammed. A chill traveled up his spine– he was looking at a ghost. “I thought you were dead,” he gasped out, stumbling forward, allowing himself a moment to be relieved, to breathe. He wrapped his arms around her middle and breathed her in, surprised at how warm her skin felt against his. She smelled like sweat and shampoo, probably stolen from a shitty hotel in the middle of nowhere. It was familiar in a way that made him ache. He thought briefly about her injuries from months ago, about if it hurt her when he squeezed her tight, and considered pulling away. Her arms came up and gripped him just as strongly, anchoring him in place.

“Abram,” she breathed, and felt like his chest would burst at the sound of her voice. “Oh Nathaniel,” her hands card through his hair once, twice, before her grip became painful. She pulled away from him, holding him by his hair so she could look into his eyes. “Baby, what have you done?”

Celebrity Crush - Part Three

Part One | Part Two | Part Three

Note: It took me so long to finally get this out, but I honestly think it was worth the wait. :) Thanks @adothoe for proofreading. <3

Word Count: 2910

Pairing: Daveed Diggs x Reader

Warnings: nada. just extreme amounts of fluff

The song you wrote with Daveed ended up becoming the first single you released from your album. When you released it just a month after you wrote it, the media went absolutely nuts. People loved the song and it wasn’t long before it became a hit. ‘Good for You’ being in the top charts meant one thing for you and Daveed: you needed to shoot a music video.

Now, this didn’t sound like it was a big deal at first, but the more you thought about it, the bigger deal it was. The song was…more on the sexy side of music than it was to anything else, which meant that your music video would have to mirror that.

You didn’t know what to expect the day of the shoot, but on the way there, you couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous.

“It’s Daveed, Y/N. You know, the guy you’re like– in love with? If I were you, I’d do a sexy music video with him any day.” Your manager told you on the car ride there.

As Long As You’re Mine

Pairing: Daveed x Reader

Summary: Reader is taking the part of Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway alongside Aaron Tveit as Fiyero and Libby Servais as Glinda. Daveed is her boyfriend and gets jealous of the relationship that the reader and Aaron share on and off stage.

Note: Well,I’m back at it whether you like it or not. Thanks so much for the feedback on Lost in You. I pumped out this fic for y’all mostly based on the fact that I’m extreme trash for Wicked, Daveed, and Aaron so this was birthed from that. Thanks to those nearest and dearest to my heart, @strongenoughfoundation, @literallylin, and @linslovelylocks for listening to my rambles about my idea for this. I hope you all enjoy! As usual feedback is appreciated.

“Looking a little sick, aren’t you? It’s almost showtime!”

Glancing in the mirror, all you saw was green. Your face, your neck, your hands. All green. And for a pretty good reason: you were finally going to be whom almost every actress longs to be: Elphaba Thropp, the leading lady in Wicked. You’ve been working for this role ever since you got the chance to see Idina originated the role back in ‘03.

“Very funny, Lin. Truly. I haven’t heard that one before.” Lin Manuel Miranda. The man was a genius. The two of you met back in 2006 when you were fresh out of high school and he was working on Heights at an acting seminar in the city. You never lost contact and became fast friends despite the age difference. Eventually you befriended his wife Vanessa and the two of you meet every Saturday for a little shopping trip.

“I’m just kidding, (Y/N). I’m proud of you. You’ve come all this way from that little 18 year old dreamer. Look how well you did in Hamilton.”

Yes, it’s true. Everyone’s other dream: to be in the new hit musical. As a part of the original cast ensemble, you got to sing and dance onstage every night beside your closest friends. You and Jasmine became almost attached at the hip as soon as rehearsals began. When she and Anthony began dating, the two of you became close as well. Let’s not forget the most important relationship: You and Daveed. The two of you had been crushing on each other and flirting since the beginning. “If you don’t snatch him up soon, I will.” Jasmine used to tease you. “Jaz, you have a boyfriend!” You would reply. He finally gathered up the courage to ask you out last summer and the two of you have been going strong ever since. Even after almost a year, the two of you were still on cloud nine.

“C’mon Lin, don’t tease the poor girl. Can’t you seen she’s nervous?” Daveed said, walking into your dressing room with a smirk on his face.

“Baby, I’m not nervous. Just, well, okay maybe I am a bit nervous. I mean who wouldn’t be. Playing Elphie is an honor.” You replied shakingly.

“I have full confidence in you, (Y/N/N). You’re going to go out on that stage and kill it. Defy gravity. No pun intended.” Daveed affirmed, embracing you in his arms, careful not to smudge any green.

“I second that!” Lin piped in, “Or V and I wouldn’t have flown all the way from London to see you. You’re gonna do amazing out there.”

“(Y/N)! Get in your place. It’s almost time!. Good Luck!” the stagehand, Ralph, called from outside the door.

“Oh, God I think I’m going to be sick!” You cried, pacing back and forth running your hands along your face.

“Well, geez, you do look a little gree-” “Seriously, Lin?” “Sorry. Good luck, I know you’ll do amazing out there. Show em’ what you’re made of!” He said, running out of the room heading to his seat.

“Hey, Look at me.” Daveed said softly, grabbing your arm pulling you closer to him. Glancing up at him through your eyelashes, you began to listen to what he had to say.

“You’re going to get on that stage, give the best performance of your life, and make the audience go wild at the finale. You’ve worked so hard for this role and you deserve it without a doubt.” With the way he looked right into your eyes, you knew what he said was sincere.

“God dammit, D, you’re gonna make me cry. I can’t have this damn paint smudge!” You answered with a giggle.

“Well, you know me always making the ladies cry.” He winked at you, pointing with finger guns.

“Finger guns, really?” You said with crossed arms and a smile on your face.

“Oh come on you know you love em’!” Daveed said on his way out of the room. While he was walking out, another just happened to walk in.

“Aaron!” You exclaimed. Aaron Tveit. The man of everyone’s dreams. Tall build, blonde hair, gleaming eyes, and a killer smile. As the two of you began to talk, you didn’t notice the slight scowl on your boyfriends face as he left the room.

Many people said that Touken having sex was rushed... what is your opinion?

I think that was the whole point of the scene? Seriously… sometimes i feel like people have no idea how sex works in real life.

Of course it was rushed, but that was the point, I don’t think Ishida wanted to make it perfect, because your first time and sex in general is not always perfect. Do people actually thought that they would first talk about their feelings very openly, then say to each other “omg! i can’t believe you feel the same way!! oh, i love you so much, KISS ME!!!1″ and then kiss and start making out on a couch while the camera focuses the fireplace with the flames symbolizing their love and then the scene ends and they wake up the next day curled up on the couch with all their problems solved, all their conversations done, they just have to go for a ring, get married AND THEN have children (because they used protection the first time, they have everything prepared and it’s a crime to get pregnant before getting married and solving all your issues)

They were both about to die, and minutes ago they talked about how both were scared of one of them dying… this sex scene symbolizes many things, one of them the fact that they’re afraid of losing each other, Touka looked quite desperate while jumping onto him. Ghouls don’t have time, they die very young, for them it’s now or never, even more with Kaneki who’s the most wanted ghoul in Tokyo. I think people need to take into consideration the context of the scene, it reminds me a lot of Jon and Ygritte’s first time on Game of Thrones, Jon was with the wildlings to betray them at the end and he had to stay focused, yet he slept with Ygritte in a cave even when they were in danger and both could die. These things happen, you’ll never find the “perfect moment” to have sex, especially in a story like TG with the constant drama surrounding the characters. Of course Kaneki and Touka need to talk about a few things, but they can’t do it everything in one chapter, it’s a progress. And human beings, in general, are rushed, because we never know when is the perfect moment or not, and for a ghoul it’s not like they have a choice to plan a perfect life for the future, they can’t even take pictures of themselves bc it’s extremely dangerous if the CCG uses that to find them (touka and yoriko’s picture for example).

I just wish people could understand that these things happen and this scene was rushed because it was meant to be rushed, raw, realistic. Sorry, but I don’t want a Kirito/Asuna 2.0.

Badass Wife

29. “How is my wife more badass than me?” x Bucky
Words: 504

Prompt Request List

For @vaultingphilosophy

Bucky was surrounded… and surprised. Surprised because he was never surrounded. It just didn’t happen. He was James Barnes. The former Winter Soldier. He doesn’t get surrounded. Steve was unconscious, leaning against the wall on which he had fallen. Tony was nowhere to be found. Everyone else was fighting in other parts of the base, which left Bucky on his own until Steve regained consciousness. Bucky made a personal vow to tease Steve to no end once they got out of this.

Taking stock of his position, Bucky counted twelve Hydra soldiers around him. He had no gun, not that he really needed one when it came right down to it. But he would have been glad for one right now. Steve’s shield was out of reach; there were no other discernable weapons lying around or even anything that could have been used as a weapon. This might be a problem. Bucky took his stance, ready to fight the twelve, protect his stupid unconscious friend, and get the hell out of there!

He didn’t count on all twelve attacking at once. Punch after punch he threw, they just kept coming. Even his metal arm was getting tired. In what would later be referred to as a stroke of extreme luck, two particularly ugly guys had managed to get a hold of Bucky’s arms, while other really big one punched him in the face and stomach over and over until suddenly he wasn’t. Bucky fell to his knees, darkness beginning to close in on him, as the men holding his arms also disappeared. Squinting against the buzz in his head, Bucky was able to make out a single figure fighting off the Hydra agents. It wasn’t Steve; he was still out like a baby at naptime.

Clothed in black, the amazing fighter took out all twelve Hydra agents in no time, throwing punches and kicks, wrapping legs around necks and bringing them all to their knees only to receive a kick to the skull. Bucky struggled to stand to his feet to help. He grabbed the wall next to Steve and used it as leverage to rise. When his head stopped spinning, he was able to focus on the scene in front of him. All twelve Hydra soldiers were in various positions of beat-down. Some leaned against a wall, others leaned against each other, some laid flat out on the ground. All unconscious. Bucky never once heard a gun during the whole event.

“Are you okay, babe?” a sweet voice asked, bringing Bucky’s eyes up to meet his savior.

How is my wife more badass than me?!” he asked incredulously.

Y/N laughed, “Just lucky, I guess! Pick up Steve and let’s get out of here.”

Bucky tossed Steve over his shoulder and they ran for the jet. He strapped Steve onto the stretcher and sat next to Sam while Y/N flew the jet back to the compound.

“She saved your ass again, didn’t she?” Sam asked Bucky with a mocking grin.

“Shut up.”

bonus scenes: one

The worst thing about working the night shift was not getting to wake up next to Chanyeol. All you wanted to do was be at home in your warm soft bed, buried under a mountain of blankets, wrapped up in the strong arms of your fiancé and his gentle touch. The moments you got to share with him in your bed, in the mornings when you woke up and in the evenings when you went to sleep - they were your favourites. It was just you and him, wrapped up in each other’s heads without a care in the world.

“But that’s not the case anymore,” you murmured softly to yourself, grabbing your bag out of your locker and slamming it shut. With a quick check on Chanyeol in the back of your head, you bit your lip to fight your smile. He was still asleep. If you raced home, you could make it home before he woke up.

Talia closed her locker beside you, combing her fingers through her blonde hair. “So where do you want to go for breakfast?” she asked, throwing an arm around your shoulders and leading you out of the locker room.

You winced a little, immediately feeling bad. “Can we raincheck? Maybe do lunch instead?” As selfish as it sounded, the thought of getting home to Chanyeol was monopolising your attention.

Kuroko no Basuke: Last Game (feat. my shameless fangirling)

Look, AkaKuro’s standing next to each other! ❤❤❤❤

The order of everything I’d written here might be in random, because I was mentally screaming all the way through the entire movie. Mentally, because I couldn’t just shout “FUCK THAT’S MY OTP!!! AREN’T THEY BEAUTIFUL TOGETHER??” with anime heart eyes every time AkaKuro appeared on screen. I’m in the cinemas with equally brooding fanboys and fangirls so nope.

This is full of spoilers and shitposting. Proceed at your own risk. XD

  • Kagami’s backstory. Who would’ve thought that such a bright ray of sunshine was once a tol angsty child. Well, everyone probably went through that phase so-
  • One thing I realized while I was watching the entire Strky vs Jabberwock match was how much I love Kasamatsu, Miyaji, Imayoshi, Okamura, and Higuchi (I don’t even know this guy but I love him unconditionally okay?). So, yeah, basically, everyone in Team Strky.
  • I was waiting for Kasamatsu to slap Nash in the face after the guy spit on his hand, but– *3*
  • The GoM greeting each other in the gym is the most precious thing ever
  • AKASHI ❤ I’m biased so–
  • Kuroko following Kagetora in Roppongi to confront the Jabberwock.
  • Everyone taken aback by Kuroko’s disappearance lol
  • Kuroko’s boyfriends protecting him after Nash kicked him. DAMN I GOT SHIVERS AT AKASHI’S EXPRESSION HERE.
  • Akashi: Stop
  • Kuroko: Akashi-kun.
  • Akashi: I understand. Knowing you, you probably want to settle this in a basketball match.
  • I literally just mentally scream my head off every time AkaKuro is next to each other
  • EIGO
  • The match’s setting was different from the one in the manga. And the other characters watched them live which was also different.
  • (Btw, there were two guys sitting few seats to my right in the cinema who were doing a live commentary of every fucking scene the entire time. I was torn between getting annoyed and fanboying with them because what they were whispering to each other was what I was thinking at that exact moment.)
  • Everyone being OP AS FUCK
  • Midorima’s remote control
  • Fucking Silver
  • Murasakibara and Silver’s match up
  • Silver is an ass
  • Pouting Murasakibara *sound of angels’ choir in the background*
  • Everyone giving way to each other so the team could win. #PRECIOUS
  • Kuroko: *joins the game*
  • Jabberwock: LMAO So weak-looking
  • Jabberwock [5 seconds after Kuroko played]: WHAT THE FUCK??????
  • DID I MENTION THE TEAM PLAYS??? The AoKaga?? Midorima and Kagami highfiving each other? Murasakibara and Kagami double-teaming Silver? And ofc who could forget AoKi double-teaming Silver
  • Kise’s Perfect Copy + Aomine’s Zone = beautiful AoKi babies
  • I swear even Momoi could feel the AOKI in the air. She was too overwhelmed that it brought tears to her eyes. lol
  • Kise and Silver’s one-on-one
  • “Kise is the strongest player on the court.” Dude… I already knew that, like, 5 years ago.
  • Nash’s passes WTAF
  • Murasakibara getting hurt again. STOP HURTING MY TREE SON I SAY
  • Takao getting jealous of Akashi and Midorima’s teamplay. Don’t worry Shin-chan’s all yours already. :3
  • Kise failing to make the shot because he’s too damn exhausted already. Somebody take his place aaaaaahhhhhhh :’((((((((((
  • “Leave the rest to me, Ryouta.”
  • WHY DIDN’T THEY INCLUDE THIS: “Akashi-kun is Akashi-kun. There is no difference.” THIS IS, LIKE, THE ULTIMATE AKAKURO MOMENT. I’M SO SAD ;-;
  • “Right now, Akashi’s the most reliable person on the court.” He’s also the most reliable in be– //slapped
  • Mayuyu supporting his kouhai from the sidelines. HOW CUTE
  • Also, can we talk about Mibuchi’s new hairstyle?
  • Midorima’s three pointers. Also OP as fuck
  • “My shots will not miss.” His shots through Takao’s heart will also never miss. ;)
  • Midorima trying to make Kagami feel better. Holy shit the world’s ending soon
  • Nash’s ability was translated in the movie as “Barrier Eye.” But I actually heard “Belial Eye” every time it was mentioned. But it was called “Demon Eye” in the manga. So which is it? @-@
  • “Goodbye.”
  • NAked Akashi
  • Oreshi and Bokushi fanservice DAMNNNNNNN I NEED MORE. I love the way they parted in the movie, with all the hands holding and the changing of perspectives and just… everything.
  • Akashi was about to give up
  • Then Kuroko appears in his line of sight
  • Then everyone gets an instant power up
  • GoM + Seirin bonding moment™
  • Kagami’s leaving for America.
  • God just remembering it makes me tear up
  • When Kagami ran back to Kuroko, I thought he changed his mind and would say: “It’s more fun playing with you and the rest of the team.” But they just said goodbye to each other and Kagami was thanking Kuroko for everything and all these onion ninjas just started popping out of nowhere and I was dying inside. :’((((((((((
  • Holy fucks I think I didn’t watch the complete final scene? Now I’m sadder. I mean, I saw some spoiler about the GoM talking about the future or smth?? I DIDN’T SEE THAT. ;-;

Apparently, my lil bro backed out from watching this with me, and I ended up watching it with my dad. Though, in all actuality, he just slept and woke up about quarterway through the movie. And I think he enjoyed the rest of the movie, because he didn’t sleep after that, and that was SOMETHING because he always just sleeps whenever he comes with me and my siblings to the cinemas. 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, I’ll add the others once I remember them.

Words Fail (Mike Faist X Reader)

Prompt requested by @jetblackheartandsoul -mike faist x reader where reader is Justin Paul’s sister ( one of the songwriters for DEH) and helps cast mike as Connor and helps him develop his character and through this they catch feelings and a lot of fluff???? Thanks so much!!!!! Keep up the incredible work!!

A/N- thanks so much for the request! Don’t be afraid to send me some in my ask box! Also let me know if you would like a part two with opening night because I’d love that sm 👍😊

Y/N’s P.O.V
I was so ecstatic to be working with my brother Justin on his new show, Dear Evan Hansen. I didn’t really have an official title on my job yet, but all I knew was that I was going to help him choose who was gonna be cast and help them out during rehearsal. I guess you could say I’m an acting coach!

I sat in one of the chairs behind the long desk filled with papers, pencils, coffee and water. Your typical director desk. I twiddled a pencil with my thumbs as we waited for auditions to start. I turned my head to look at my brother to my right and put my hand on his shoulder.

“You excited?” I asked grinning at him. I was so incredibly proud and happy for him. He had done so many other projects like Dogfight and James and The Giant Peach, but his work is just so inspirational and I know it’s gonna such a big show one day.

He smiled back at me.
“Yep! Can’t wait.”
Today they were auditioning for the role of Connor Murphy so we were all excited to see who came.

Auditions were going pretty well so far, all of the guys were extremely talented so it was gonna be hard to pick who would be the one. We all sat around the table looking at all their resumes trying to figure out who was the best. The one auditioner never left my mind. I think his name was Mike? He looked kinda familiar, because I think he had been in newsies before.

“So is this our guy?” Ben asked. I broke out of my state and looked to see who they were considering. It was some short blonde that didn’t impress me what so ever. I nudged Justin’s arm to get his attention.
“Yeah, Y/N?” I leaned over to look at the headshots.
“May I?” I asked them gesturing towards the documents. They nodded immediately and scooted back a bit. I noticed right off the bat that they treated me like I was extremely important, when I was just Justin’s sister.

I started to look for the boy that I thought they should reconsider for the role of Connor. I finally found his picture and I learned his name, Mike Faist.
“I really liked this guy, what about him?” I asked them. Ben took the picture from me and the rest of he guys began to deliberate.
Justin nudged my arm.
“Why do you want him? Do you like him?” My brother asked wiggling his eyebrows. I pushed his chest gently.
“No!” My cheeks turned a light pink and I giggled. Well, I don’t know.

It’s been about a week since the cast of Dear Evan Hansen has been released. The guys took Mike into consideration and ended up casting him, which made me the happiest I had ever been. They had a read through yesterday, and I couldn’t help but be amazed at all the work that was put into this show. I hope they make it to Broadway one day.

Anyways, today was the day that they were going to begin character development. I was unsure as to if I would help out much because I had no idea how big my part was on the production team. I was lost in thought while sipping my coffee when I heard my name being called.
“And Mike you’ll go with uh, hey Y/N!” I heard Michael call for me. I looked up and raised my eyebrows.
“Would you mind helping Mike with character development? Since you’re really good with acting too.”

I blushed and nodded.
“No problem. Come on Mike.” I turned to walk towards the doors of the practice space and my eyes widened at my surge of confidence.
“How are you?” I asked politely as we walked out into the empty hallway. He smiled at me.
“I’m good thanks, how are you?”
“I’m great. So first things first, when you first read the script, what did you feel when reading Connor.” I asked him putting my hands on my hips.

He thought for a couple seconds and then answered.
“I felt helpless. Like he’s extremely upset with his life and hates everything, but can’t feel like he can do anything to help it.” I nodded and pondered a thought for a second.
“Can I see your script?” I asked nodding my head towards it.
“Of course.” He stated sticking his hand out with it in it.
“Thanks.” I flipped open to a page that I thought would work best and found the scene.

“Okay with that thought in your head, read this for me.” I said pointing to the sentence that Connor would say. Mike read it and it was good, but it could be better. He looked up at me waiting for my response.
“That was good. So you said that you get a helpless vibe from Connor?” He nodded.
“Why do you believe he feels helpless? What led him to feeling that way?”

I couldn’t help but feel like I was really into something and that this character would come out absolutely fantastic. He bit his lip and thought for a bit.
“Well, he probably has been diagnosed with depression so it probably got worse as time went on, because he did to want to bother his parents with his problems. He would’ve felt bad.” I nodded and smiled at him. He smiled back and I felt my heart melt.

“Read that part again with that in mind.” He did just that and it was ten times better. I really felt what the audience is supposed to feel when that sentence is said, and what Connor is supposed to feel.

I continued to help Mike out with a couple more scenes and they all were beginning to sound really strong already. We bonded a lot through our time together and I got to learn a lot about him.

“How was it like being in Newsies compared to this show?” I asked him. We were now sitting next to each other in the back corner of the rehearsal space as everyone else did their miscellaneous tasks. He chuckled and ran a hand through his hair.
“I mean Newsies was a lot harder physically and the music is different obviously, but the main difference might be that I didn’t have long hair.” I giggled at his comment.

“I mean it really is hard to imagine you with short hair!” I told him agreeing with him. He turned his head to look at me and I looked up at him. We both smiled at each other and neither of us turned their heads.
“Cmon love birds we’re gonna run Waving Through a Window.” Justin called over winning at us. My face began to burn and I got up along with Mike.

I stood to the side watching them begin to choreograph what would be my favorite number of the show. Justin came over to my side and nudged me.
“So you and Mike huh?” He whispered wiggling his eyebrows. I rolled my eyes and lightly pushed him.
“We just met, nothing is gonna happen.” I told him.
“We’ll see.” He sang as he walked over to Ben. I laughed to myself but thought, will something happen?
“There’s no way that’s the funniest meme!” I playfully scolded Mike. We were getting off topic again during rehearsal, but I mean he wasn’t in many scenes, so we got through everything. Mike was trying to convince me that the grumpy cat memes was better than the bad luck Brian meme.

“Yes there is! Have you seen it? There is nothing funnier than animals looking pissed off.” He told me chuckling. I shook my head and took a sip of my coffee.
“What’s funnier is reading about other people’s failures.” I told him raising my eyebrows.
“I guess.” He sighed in defeat.
I looked around the room and noticed that Justin and Ben were the only ones here. Mike noticed me looking and looked around himself just as confused as me.
“Wait what time is it?” He asked me.
“6:00 pm” Justin answered. Rehearsal has ended at 5:15. “You both were too busy talking to notice.” He said winking at us. I rolled my eyes. That was a very common reaction when talking to my brother.

Mike and I both up to grab our things. I waited for him to pick up his belongings before I turned toward the door.
“I had fun talking to you about memes, Y/N.” Mike said as we stood outside the doorway. I smiled.
“Me too Mike Faist, we should do it again sometime.” He began to blush and I noticed his breathing quicken.
“How does Friday night sound, during dinner?” He asked me. My heart began to beat extremely fast and then I nodded. I’d like that. We exchanged phone numbers and before we could leave the building, two hands went on our shoulders.

“It’s about time you two got together. I was betting on it since Y/N saw you audition.”
“Justin!” I said yelling at him and giving him a dirty look. He just laughed and turned to Mike.
“You break her heart I will kill you.” He told Mike and he just chuckled.
“It’s funny how you think I’m kidding.” Mike stopped and nodded quickly.
“Noted.” He told him.

My brother may be annoying, but he got me a job and a hot date. ;)

Agh I hate this, but I hope you all enjoy it! Sorry it took so long! Have a great day my lovelies!

For the Kallura Shippers

For the Kallura shippers (and literally anyone else interested)

OK - So this is the third time I’ve written this post cos tumblr refuses to co-operate.

Alright - So I was editing a scene from the episode The Fall of The Castle of Lions (S1 Ep4) and at one point both Keith and Allura were running next to each other trying to go help the others, and i paused the video, and this happened:

Their hands ToUcH

No ship hate btw (please)

Now don’t get me wrong - I know the two don’t have the best relationship after the ‘Keith is Galra’ thing. But just look at this ok. I just thought I had to share it - cos why not ;)

Anyway - this is my contribution to the fandom ;)

The hardest part of all of this is that during their previous breaks Erin and Jay always made sure that their partnership came first.

“Voight doesn’t want us together? Fine but he can’t stop us from being there for each other and having each other’s backs. Always.”

But this time is different. Splitting up as a couple is one thing, but splitting up as partners? It’s enough to shake Jay to the core. He wasn’t worried about the job he worked so hard to get.
He was worried that he blew it with Erin, not just romantically speaking but as her partner. He could half deal with leaving home because he still had that connection to her at work. He was never truly without her until now.

Whereas Erin could’ve, and maybe does, feel a breath of relief over this separation (we didn’t get much other than a line about change but, who would blame her when she’s heartbroken) Jay on the contrast looked distraught over the separation enough to bring it up to Voight, twice.

It’s also key to note that the episode that Linstead were split as partners was the episode that Erin crossed a line too far. She couldn’t be talked down by Upton. She wasn’t listening to reason.

Every single time they came close to crossing lines the other was right next to them holding the other back. They didn’t just protect each other physically, but they were devoted to protecting each other’s emotions, mental well being and careers.

We had scenes of Jay literally pulling Erin off people as well as Voight asking Jay numerous times to have her back. “I’ll tackle her” Remember that? The same with Erin. She knew when Jay wasn’t in the right frame of mind to go into the interrogation room, and prevented that. When one wasn’t prepared the other stepped in. It was a big part of their relationship.

They’re best friends. They’re each other’s moral compass. They’re partners.

Take away that partnership away from them without them having a say, (unlike 2x10 when Erin left) and you strip away their foundation.

Question: About the Jikook Video, I have a question. Is there any evidence of the same sort for OTHER ships that completely denies Jikook? Or is there like evidence that denies Jikook in general? This is not comparing ships but falsification (you can google Karl Popper if you don't know what it is), because the evidence shook me too but I can't help but be skeptical ;p I just want to know for sure haha.

Thank you for this question! I never really thought about this before.

I’ll start off by saying, I only ever really look at Jikook moments as romantic, so even if there are some moments from other ships that might “deny” Jikook, I don’t see them that way. Jikook is the only ship I have ever actually thought might be romantic and that I am this invested in, so I am a little biased.

There are some moments from Yoon/min that could be perceived as romantic, especially the one on Yoongi’s birthday last year where Jimin said “you know” in reply to Yoongi’s question of what he got him. This made the Yoon/min fandom blow up because Yoongi replied “I know”, and it was really sweet and cute.

There’s also a few V/min and Tae/kook moments, like when there were reports (just recently) of Jimin sitting on Tae’s lap and the two of them tickling each others chins. Or how practically everyone in the fandom is convinced Tae/kook is real because they slept next to each other in a behind the scenes photo on Bon Voyage.

But after all these moments from other ships, I still think Jikook are the most realistic. It’s not in-your-face moments where they proclaim their love, it’s moments where you have to glance again and again to see what’s really happening.

Like the recent twitter video, where it sounds like Jungkook blows a kiss at Jimin and then says “My mo- my mochi.” in a soft, loving voice. It’s like the video I just analyzed where it seems almost too obvious Jimin is in that room (seriously I know for a fact that was Jimin’s voice saying “you scared me” and “pardon”). Or in 2015 during a birthday (I think Rap Mon’s) vlive where Jungkook rested his head on Jimin’s shoulder and Jimin had not-so-subtly widened his eyes and moved his head to get Jungkook off him (Jungkook glanced at the camera and took a whole step back, like BOY). It’s like at the 2015 mama awards where Tae said that Jimin was hanging out with Jungkook and then a year later its shown they were alone in a hotel room, and Jungkook was shirtless under his jacket (plus Jimin’s voice was raspy af).

I may be seeing things through only one point of view, but I truly do think the evidence for Jikook is just too real.

Taeyong & Johnny x Reader

Summary: Who said that dreams don’t come true? An accidental confession leads to the best night your friends could ever give you.

Word Count: 3,735

It was a stupid confession. One that you meant to keep to yourself. But Ten threw a party and after playing more than a few drinking games… let’s just say that you opened yourself up more than you wanted to.

Johnny and Taeyong held you up as the elevator was taking you to your floor which you lived on. They were drunk, too, just not as much as you were. Your face had this permanent, lazy smile and your half-lidded eyes were ready to close for the night. Your head was dangling down in case you were to have an accident and while Taeyong is drunk, he was nice enough to put your hair up in a sloppy bun. A clean freak always, sober or drunk.

“Ooh, Y/N, did you have fun?” Johnny slurred his words in the beginning. Your head popped up really fast causing you to get a little dizzy. “I had LOTS of fun,” your giggle was contagious for Taeyong.

The elevator bell dinged and you tried to rush out the doors. The boys on your arms nearly tripped. Johnny asked for your keys and you mumbled about them being in your back pocket. Maybe it was the alcohol that gave him courage to reach back there without shame.

He struggles to put the key in the lock, cursing out loud, “I can’t get this to fucking fit.” You thought it was a good time to crack a joke at this moment, “HAHA, that’s what she said.” You and Taeyong were on the floor rolling. The neighbor on the opposite side of the hall came outside and saw the messy trio before her eyes.

“Oh my god, what a shame. She’s got two fucking guys with her on a Saturday and here I am watching The Notebook by myself again,” she ranted rather quickly that you barely understood her. She snatched the key from Johnny’s hand and unlocked the door for you. “Sherri, is that you? Oh my god, how are you?” you asked loudly.

Your finger pointed at her, “Guys, that’s my neighbor!” Sherri waved at Johnny and Taeyong with a slightly disgusted look on her face. “Y/N, maybe I should take care of you tonight. You should stay with me.” You protested against it, your voice slurring as you insisted that you needed your own bed. Sherri knew how you could get when drunk, as this has happened at least more than a few times, so she looked at the guys again and trusted that they wouldn’t do any harm to you and walked hesitantly to her apartment.

Inside, you were giving Johnny and Taeyong directions to your room. The bedroom door nearly tore off as Taeyong was leaning against the door and it swung open with a turn of the knob. Your body lunged forward and Johnny caught you on time. They grabbed both of your arms and laid you down on your bed.

You were in a fit of giggles and that’s when you said it, “Ooh~, you guys are putting me to bed. I always,” hiccup, “used to fantasize about the three of us. I wish it could happen. Oh,well. Night, guys~” You curled up in a ball and started dozing off.

Taeyong snorted, “She’s so dumb. Let’s go to sleep.” He started walking to your couch in the living room. Johnny seemed to have been a bit shook up by your confession, trying to figure out if he heard you correctly or not. His head started to hurt and he left you alone for the night.

You three will forget all about this.

You were out in town doing some shopping with your friends. Beside you was Ten already talking about going to some huge party one of his friends were throwing. It was going to be later that same week and called for shopping for some new outfits. Your girl friends were arm in arms with you walking through different shops while the guys trailed along.

In the corner of your eye, Taeyong was talking to Taeil and Johnny, but it seemed that Johnny wasn’t really paying attention. Rather, it seemed that he was… looking at you? You thought your mind was playing tricks with you, so you looked away then back. He was looking at Taeyong, giving him full attention to whatever he was saying. I thought so… you said to yourself.

Sherri tapped on your shoulder (the girl decided to get herself out of isolation), “Hey Y/N, what do you think of this top?” It was this cute off-shoulder blouse that consisted of pink lace and small, blue flowers. “It’s really pretty,” you commented. “Good, go try it on. I think it’ll look good on you.” Her hands pushed your back to the fitting rooms. It fit really nice. You pulled your bra straps down to get a proper look of how it was supposed to look.

It felt odd, but in a good way; you had narrow, fragile looking shoulders and the blouse hugged around them and made them look tempting. It didn’t accentuate your curves of your waist, but it gave you some good cleavage to show. The price was really cheap, too. Hmm… I’ll take it.

During your lunch, you couldn’t help that Johnny kept acting weird. Kind of tense. He barely spoke a word to you, which is odd because you thought you were close. But whatever, I guess. Like before, you just pretended it was nothing. If you needed to, you could talk to him to see what’s wrong.

I’m sure it’s nothing

Pulling up to the house party, your jaw dropped to the ground. The house, or rather mansion, was huge and it was filled with people. “Ten, I know you said it was going to be a big party, but this is just a plain rave at this point. Who is it that you know that has a house this big and knows this many people?” Taeil questioned.

“Well, Jongin only told me about the party. It’s not exactly his house.” You couldn’t help but get nervous at the size of the crowd. You could only pray that you didn’t get lost in the crowds of people. Inside, the music was blaring from these huge speakers that almost reached the ceiling. It seemed that they took furniture out of the place to make more room for people. The kitchen was an absolute disaster; red solo cups and boxes of food were piled on the counters and there was a couple having a rather passionate make-out on the island counter. Next to them were a group of friends that didn’t really seem to care about them.

Not your kind of scene but it wasn’t bad, either. Jen, your best friend, was talking about some cute guy she saw at the entrance. She had a look in her eye that indicated she was asking if she could leave you behind and talk it up with him. “Ugh, just go. I’m a big girl, I can handle being by myself.” Jen blew a kiss saying ‘I owe you.’ “Yeah, whatever.”

All alone, you drank from your cup as you looked around. There were some cute guys around but it looked like they were taken, some even… occupied. “Why are you by yourself?” a voice snuck up next to you. Johnny looked down at you and had a drink in his hand as well. You looked around him and didn’t see any of your other friends in close distance. “I could say the same to you.” He chuckled to himself and took a sip. His eyes visibly looked up and down at you. “You look good in that. Didn’t you buy that the other day?” It caught you off guard that Johnny payed any attention to that.

“Yeah. I did.” An awkward silence stood. You wanted to say something to him now that he stopped acting weird. But what is there to talk about? You saw each other almost every other day. Pushing his way through the crowd, Taeyong was waving at the both of you. Your hand repeated the action to let him know he got your attention. Panting, he informed you guys about some group of people starting a game. He guided you both to the spot in the back of the house. Admittedly, it was better than where you were. There were less people and the night air was fresh.

They were getting for a drinking game and you stood with Taeyong and Johnny – as they were the only ones you knew in this small group – and waited for the explanation of the rules for said game. “Okay, so everyone has a drink?” the supposed leader asked, getting everyone to lift their drinks in response, “Okay, good. Make sure they’re filled. We’re gonna play a classic: never-have-I-ever. And you have to tell the truth.” Not too bad. Minus your friends, you were surrounded by strangers. They can’t judge you for anything later and vice versa.

Johnny bent down and whispered in your ear, “Do you think you can handle this game?” He had this smirk on his face. Does he know something I don’t? Before you could say something to him, the leader started the game. Johnny kept the mischievous smile on his face the entire game. It especially grew when the leader asked a more than personal question. “Never have I ever thought of sleeping with the person currently next me.” Only a few people drank from their cups, oohs going all around. Taeyong was nervously taking a sip and Johnny took his confidently. You looked at the girls next to them and mentally commented that they were cute, no wonder they took a sip.

Everyone looked at you for a final answer. You held back taking a sip because, although you thought of it – and many times at that – before, Johnny and Taeyong were just friends. You didn’t want to make them feel weird. “Why are you lying?” Johnny whispered to you again. This time, you looked at him with surprising eyes. He knows? But I haven’t told anyone. How could Johnny possibly know that one secret?

He kept staring until you took the sip. Slowly, you let it pour down into your throat without breaking eye contact. Your little scene had all eyes on you. “Wow, three people next to each other took a sip. I wonder who they were thinking of—”

“Taeyong, let’s go,” Johnny grabbed your hand and went back into the crowd. Taken aback, he told everyone ‘bye’ on the way out. He followed you into Johnny’s car, not even getting the chance to properly put on his seatbelt as his friend just drove ahead. “Where are we going?” you asked, clutching to the roof handle with one hand. “Your place,” was all he said in a deep tone. What’s with him?

With a screech of the tires, he commanded you and the equally confused boy in the back seat to get out. “Johnny, you’re freaking me out. Why did we just leave the party like that,” Taeyong was whining, “Was it lame or something? We could have just gone for pizza or something.” You agreed with your friend, waiting for any response from the taller one. Johnny pressed on the elevator button harshly.

He didn’t bother talking anymore, so you picked up small talk with Taeyong. “The girl at the party next to you was cute.” He shrugged his shoulders and replied with, “I guess.”

“You guess? But didn’t you drink for her—”

“That was for you,” Johnny quipped. Taeyong gave a look of ‘what the fuck, dude’ with hands half up into the air. “What?” Johnny said as the elevator finally got to your floor. Once again, your hand was in his and you were basically running to your apartment door. In your pocket was your phone with various texts from your friends back at the party.

Jen: Hey, I got his number! If you need me, don’t bother 😉

Sherri: When can we go home?

             Ten: Where’s Johnny and Tae?

Ten: Oh, and are you having fun? 😊

“Keys,” Johnny sounded demanding. You opened up the door and Johnny paced forward to your room. “Umm, Johnny… I think you should explain why we’re here at my apartment and in my room.” He was fidgeting before gaining composure, “I know about your little dream about the three of us.” Shit. Taeyong still looked confused, obviously forgot about your little slip from a couple weeks before. You blinked repeatedly before playing dumb, hoping Johnny would drop this. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Dude, did you drink something funny because you’re not making any sense.” Johnny scoffed at the both of your replies and walked closer to you. The closer he got, you kept walking back and eventually fell onto your bed. You sat yourself up and questioned Johnny as to what the hell he was talking about, even though you knew clearly what he meant. “Tae, we both like Y/N,” the other male was blushing as his friend just blurted that out, “how would you feel about sharing her?” Your cheeks repeated Taeyong’s at the declaration. Is this real? This has to be a dream.

Stuttering, Taeyong said, “Y-yah, don’t say things like that casually. Where did you even get that idea?”

“Y/N here told us. We were too drunk to pay any mind to what we were saying. But I remember it.” Johnny kneeled in front of you. His hand what on your thigh, unknowingly sending a shock through you. He looked back to his friend, “Are you up for it?” You looked at him, too. What surprised you was the amount of time it took him to think about it. In seconds, the nervous wreck turned into this confident man that was walking to you and getting on his knees before you as well. “Yeah, I’m in. But,” both look at you, “Y/N, are you up for it?” The back of your neck grew goosebumps in excitement.

Johnny stared into your eyes, “Are you?” Slowly, your head nodded yes. He leans up and kisses your lips. At first, he’s a bit shy but it escalates as time passes by. His hands trail up to your waist, tugging you slightly closer to him. Taeyong notices and jealousy takes him over. Thanks to the access your blouse gives, he starts peppering kisses on your shoulder. You didn’t expect such action; your body naturally reacts with a chill up your spine.

Playing fair was right, so when you were losing breath, you lifted Taeyong’s head up with your finger and brought him to your lips. He had softer lips than Johnny, which you actually expected. Something about watching you and Tae kiss had Johnny feeling more excited, more aroused. Your tongues getting tangled with each others, a taste of alcohol slightly evident. He pulled back catching short breathes and hungry eyes.

Getting impatient, Johnny started undressing you with some help from Taeyong. The rush made you giggle at them. Taeyong laid you back and raised your hands above you and carved his tongue on parts of you he hasn’t explored yet. On the side, Johnny almost ripped his shirt off and started going in his pockets. He pulled out his wallet and saw the aluminum package.

Tae took his own shirt off and you groaned at the sight. Both bodies looked as if they were hand sculpted by gods, too beautiful to be real. But before you could continue your foreplay, Johnny spoke up, “Taeyong, do you have one?” showing his condom as indication of what he meant. He dug in his pocket and found nothing, “No, I didn’t bring one. Do you have another one?”

“No.” They looked at you but as luck would have it, you didn’t have any in your room either. Because why should you? Aren’t they supposed to be responsible for that?

Johnny and Taeyong scavenged their pockets and would check their wallets at least four times and hoped another one would pop out from magic. but it was no use. Johnny had one condom, and you had two horny boys in front of you.

“Y/N, I need you to make a choice. I only have one condom. So, which one of us is going to be the one to use it?” Johnny looked you in the eyes. It was a hard decision, but you’ve been dreaming about this and you weren’t going to give up now just because you were low on protection. Do you risk it? It’s not the best idea, but…

Taeyong sat behind you and started kissing your neck, looking for your sweet spot. “Who’s it gonna be, Y/N?” Johnny was getting visibly jealous, “Don’t use her like that so she can choose you.” He joined the two of you back on the bed and started kissing the other side of your neck Taeyong wasn’t paying attention to. He even went as far as grabbing your breasts and massaging them with that perfect amount of pressure.

You arched your back in pleasure, the stimulation being almost too much for you. “M-more,” you moaned for them. Taeyong wrapped one of his hands around you and reached for your clit. His middle finger massaged around it as his mouth made markings all around your neck. “Fuck, that feels good,” your breaths were getting heavier by each stroke.

Your cries of pleasure echoed in the closed walls of your room. The two boys attached to you had your stomach churning in excitement and the real fun hadn’t started yet. Johnny lifted his head up and kissed you feverishly. He waited for your lips to give his tongue access. The wet muscle danced with your own, taking the small amount of breath you had.

You grabbed his hair, hands shaking from the pleasure coursing through your entire body. Taeyong took his free hand and grabbed your chin to look back to him, and attached his own lips to yours.

You wanted to turn your body to face Taeyong but Johnny wasn’t letting you. He bent down to kiss and leave his own marks on your cleavage. Your head was falling back and eyes shut tightly. Your mind was going a mile a second but the answer was clear. “Johnny… I—” you weren’t able to finish what you were going to say but they knew. His ego boosted as he took off his pants. You turned around and assisted Taeyong with his. You saw the growing bulge, the sight getting you wetter than the number Taeyong was doing to you.

You looked into his eyes for reassurance that you could touch him and he scooted closer to you. He took off his boxers and his dick sprung up. He had an impressive size, you were almost ready to take back what you said.

His eyes stared into yours as you took his dick in your hand. You almost didn’t notice Johnny sneak up from behind you. He took his long fingers and felt around your pussy before inserting them in you.

“Fuck, you’re really wet.” He started off slowly and gradually picked up speed watching as you were giving Taeyong a hand job. Your hips involuntary moved with his finger, telling him you wanted him to go faster. You felt him put another one of his fingers inside you and you arched your back with pleasure. Just as you were about to come, he pulled his fingers out. You whined at him but saw him line himself to your entrance.

He slowly slid in and gave you a minute to adjust to his size. You moved your hips back as a hint and he started with soft pumps in and out of you. Taeyong’s eyes watched Johnny fuck you as he was jerking himself off, picturing himself in his friend’s place. The imagery was erotic and you loved every single bit of it. You licked the strong vein upwards, never breaking eye contact, widening your mouth as you took him in. Taeyong’s hand reached up to your hair and took a handful, pushing you down deeper.

You had to slow down your movements to stretch your mouth up a little. One of your hands slid under to play with his balls.

“Fuck, Y/N, just like that,” Taeyong shakes as he thrusts up to you. You move your head up and down faster, moaning vibrations all through him. Looking up, his head is back and his groans of your names are consistent.

The only reason you contracted back was when Johnny roughly smacked your ass a couple times then smoothed it over. He spread your legs a bit wider and pushed himself deeper in you, hitting the spot that had you screaming. Taeyong resumed jerking himself off as he listened to your cries of bliss. He was the first to cum and got some of it on your face and his abs. He was catching up on his breath while watching you move back and forth against Johnny.

“C’mon Y/N. Cum for us,” Taeyong said in a breathy, sultry voice. Johnny reached around and abused your clit. He bent down and you felt the heavy breathing against your ear. Between grunts, he whispered to you ‘together.’ You tightened yourself around him and laid your face down on your bed, knuckles white from your grip on the thin sheets. He groaned at your action, thrusts becoming harder and out of rhythm. Almost simultaneously, you came right when Johnny stilled himself in you. Your legs became limp after he pulled out and fell next to you.

On your other side, Taeyong adjusted himself and being the one who is calm from his high, he pulled the sheets and covered the three of you. “That was… amazing,” was the last thing you said before dozing off. You all cuddled closer and slept silently.

The next morning brought the awareness that you were sore all over. You opened your eyes and saw Taeyong’s face peacefully sleeping. Your head turned and saw Johnny behind you, also still asleep. You didn’t bother getting up – not that you could anyway, seeing as they completely trapped you between them; Johnny’s arm over your waist and Taeyong’s legs on yours.

Your stomach did little flips and thought, ‘what a dream come true.’

“Good job, baby,” you said, walking over and putting your arm on James’ shoulder. You turned and licked his ear. “That’s perfect. God, I’m so hot right now,” you said as you turned into him and began kissing him as his eyes never left the body, bloody and mangled before you as you dropped the axe.

“Cut!” the director, Ed, yelled.

“What’s wrong?” you questioned, worried you’d messed up your lines.

“Nothing much. Y/N, let’s take out the ear licking thing. It’s not doing what I thought it would. Take it from the top, right after Ruby collapses here, and ACTION.”

You ran the scene three more times then they stopped for a break and get the next scene set up. You went to your trailer and tried to go over your next few lines when there was a knock at the door.

“Come in,” you said, wondering who it could be.

The door opened and James appeared. You did your best to ignore the butterflies in your stomach. Working with him was one thing, you could turn these feelings off, easy, it was professional, but as soon as he was James again and you were you again, the feelings came roaring back full force. “Hi, I got you a water.” He handed you the bottle and came in.

“Oh, thanks,” you said, smiling.

“You were really terrific to me.”

“What? Me?” you gasped, honestly surprised. “No…no.” You shook your head. It was odd, being an A list celebrity but yet still not feeling confident in your work. You honestly weren’t sure how or why you got these amazing gigs.

“No, you do really great. I think you’ve got the role of Alexa down.”

“Well thank you, I’m always so worried that I’m not saying it convincingly enough or I’m being too dramatic or…”

“You shouldn’t worry about that. I think you’re doing brilliantly.”

“Well that means a lot coming from you,” you informed with a smile as you looked at him.

“Sure. Yeah, not every moment is going to be golden. Trust me. This one time, when we were filming Wanted, you know the scene where I hit Chris in the face with a keyboard?” he asked, a sparkle coming into his clear blue eyes.

You grinned at the memory of that movie, that scene was actually one of your favorite scenes in any movie. “Yeah, I remember.”

“I accidentally actually hit him with that keyboard,” he said with his eyebrows raised as he laughed.

“Oh my god, no you didn’t!” you gushed, shoving him back playfully as you laughed. “Was he okay?”

He laughed that contagious, gorgeous laugh of his. “I think so. He took the hit pretty well. He laughed about it. My mark was off really bad.”

“I’ll say! Oh my gosh. I’ve never done anything that bad. But I did, okay, full disclosure, my first on-screen kiss wasn’t as steamy as that one we had earlier.”

“Oh?” he asked, intrigued as he sat back, his face resting against his fist as he gazed at you, utterly captivated in this story. Suddenly, you felt self-conscious.

“Yeah, so it was with Channing Tatum, and oh my gosh was he sweet about it,” you explained. “But, it was during a beach scene, for the ‘first kiss’ scene, and I leaned in too fast and we slammed our mouths together. He had a busted lip and my teeth cut the inside of my lip,” you informed, laughing as you covered your mouth.

“Wow. And I thought I was bad. That’s….wow that is really awful,” he said, chuckling, his accent getting thicker, making you more than attracted to him.

“Well thanks,” you sarcastically teased.

“Well just take solace in the fact that you’ve gotten better.”

Blushing, you responded, “Thanks.”

James bit his lip, something he did often when he was waiting to say something. He eyed you for a moment before asking, “Would you like to get drinks later?”

You weren’t sure why you were asking but you asked, “Why?” In your head you were screaming, “Why didn’t you just say yes?”

“I thought it’d be nice to get to know each other better, off set?” he tried, peering at you.

“Sure. Yeah, I’d like that,” you answered before swallowing. You nodded at him just as a knock came at the trailer door, they were ready for the next scene, so it was time to go to makeup.

“We better get back out there,” he said as he patted your leg and got up.

James escorted you to to a very upscale lounge, it was dark and quiet and perfect. You went to a small table in the corner and ordered your drinks.

“Gin and tonic,” you said.

“Scotch,” he said with a smile that could knock the wind out of a blimp.

“Keeping it traditional?” you teased.

“Someone has to,” he reminded.

“So, since we’re on the topic of heritages, where are you from?”

“I’m from a midsize town in Oklahoma.”

“That’s the one with all the cows, right?” he asked.

“Shut up,” you joked, your nose scrunching as you looked at him. “It’s not all farmland, you know?”

“Are you sure? Because I’ve been there and…” He stretched his eyes back, gesturing that it was a bit country.

“Hey, hey. Two can play that game, is it nothing but kilts and sea monsters in Scotland?”

His brows perked up as he made a shocked face. “Well, well the claws have come out. I’ll have you know that kilts are manly, dammit. I have worn mine to the grocery store before, believe it or not.”

“Oh yeah?’

‘Yes,” he said firmly, playfully asserting his confidence.

“Well I’ll have you know that we don’t all have cattle in Oklahoma. My father is one of the highest paid attorney’s in the state and my mom is a bioengineer.”

James sat and looked at you, curious now. “Then how is it, little ole Y/N ended up in LA as a big movie star?”

You shrugged. “I don’t know. I was in college, toward the beginning of senior year, and I was just doing theater club for fun and it dawned on me that I was enjoying doing the plays more than I was for my classes.”

“What was your major?” he questioned.

“English. It’s relatively universal, but I realized I was hating what I was doing so…”

“So you dropped out?”

“No, no. I had come that far, I had to see it through. I graduated and then came out here.”

“And your parents, did they approve?”

“Not at first. But I think they were mainly worried about my safety.”

“Sure, yeah.”

“But then they came around to the idea, helped me find a safe place to live, and I was free to do auditions. I also promised myself if I didn’t get any decent roles for five years, I’d leave.”

“And when did you get your first decent role?”

“Within the first six months, Tale of the Dragon was my first serious role.”

“Yeah? I loved that movie, you were badass in that,” he commended, nodding at you.

“Well thank you. I can’t curve a bullet though,” you said with a grin and a wink. A wink? You just winked at James McAvoy, are you nuts?

He laughed at the mention of his movie and raised his glass to you.

“Well I’m glad you came out.”

“Me too,” you agreed, trying to ignore the feelings that erupted with the way he said that. “So you? Why did you become an actor?”

“I liked the idea of being different things. It felt…wrong, going through life as the same person. Getting to try on other skins for a while is refreshing.”

“I hear that, being someone else is a lot easier than being yourself,” you said before you realized what you had said.

In that moment, James saw the real you. He realized that you put on a little bit of a show for the public, the cameras. The extra confident, extra flirty you was the public you, this shy, quiet you was the real Oklahoma girl. To be honest, he quite liked both.

James checked his phone for the time and bit his lip again, sending butterflies all throughout your chest.

You were taking a sip of your drink, worrying you were boring him to death. This was worldly, well established James McAvoy and you were just a girl from Oklahoma with one or two blockbusters under your belt but that was all.

“How would you like to do this again? But this time make it a real date?” he asked suddenly, his ocean blue eyes searching yours.

You couldn’t help the thing that happened next - you choked on your drink and accidentally spit it out on the table. Did he just ask you out on a fucking date? Drinks was one thing. You were pretty sure that this was just to get to know each other better as friends. For four months you’d work on the film together and barely knew each other because your scenes were so intense you did a lot of practicing the scenes, not socializing.

James leaned over, handed you a napkin, and slightly chuckled. “Are you alright?”

You coughed a few more times and ended up laughing. While it was mortifying, there wasn’t anything you could do about it now except blush and laugh. This was your key to confidence, you had to learn to laugh off the blunders.

“Yeah, no, just went down the wrong pipe. What did you say?”

“I said, would you want to go on a date with me?”

And there went the butterflies again as your stomach jumped to your throat and your heart sped up to a million miles per hour. This was real. He was really asking you. A man you’ve had a crush on forever was asking you out. Your co star. You knew how dangerous it could be dating a costar but you didn’t care.

“Oh, yes, of course. When?” you blurted out. Shit. Your date with Tom was tomorrow night.

“When are you free next?”

“Saturday night,” you informed, your blush not receding as your heart continued to hammer inside your chest.

“Sounds perfect. I’ll pick you up. Text me your address.”

You two agreed it was late and James grabbed the check as he got you a cab back to your place. The entire ride back you were swimming in a sea of euphoria. You had been keen on James for quite some time now but that kiss on the show the other day really transferred your feelings from a passive crush to finding yourself getting butterflies whenever you were around him, almost school-girl like.

But what about Tom? You had forgotten just how much fun you two had on set and how much you two had in common. Being an English major, you two shared quite a bit in the department of Shakespeare, ancient philosophers, and quite a few of the British literature. You had the same sort of humor and loved to dance. He was the perfect gentlemen and great advocate. He was willing to try new things and unwaveringly nice. But you never got the butterflies with Tom, the way you do with James.

But James was hysterically funny and overtly sweet as well. His wit usually had you in stitches and his charm was undeniable and you loved to watch him interact with fans. On the flipside, you haven’t had the luxury of a lot of quality time with James as you have with Tom.

They were both handsome as sin and could make a suit a walking sex object. The more you thought about it, the harder it became to decipher who you felt more of a draw to. You blew out a breath, wondering just what in the hell you’d gotten yourself into.

The shoot went exceptionally well and everyone went home early. You raced home to get ready for your date with Tom as you talked to Ida, to try and help calm your nerves. You didn’t imagine you’d be this nervous for a date with your friend but the more you thought about him, the more he seemed like a real date.

“You have to tell me everything that happens, do you hear me? Everything. I want every detail,” Ida demanded through your phone.

You were busy curling your hair as you made a funny face in the giant mirror in your upscale bathroom.

“Every detail?” you questioned incredulously before you two laughed.

“So what are you going to do about James then?” she questioned.

“What do you mean?”

“Well you’re with Tom…so that can’t leave a lot of time for James…” she insinuated.

You laughed. “I’m not ‘with’ Tom, this is the first date, who knows if we’ll even hit it off.”

“You hit it off as friends,” she reminded.

“Right,” you agreed, curling another piece of your hair. “As friends. There may be no chemistry there. Besides, I’ve already got a date with James,” you mentioned casually.

“What?!” Ida shrieked, making you jump away from the phone laying on the bathroom counter. “Both guys. You’re dating both men. You’re dating two of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood and you didn’t think to tell your best friend?”

“I’ve been busy with Juxtaposition,” you reminded gently.

“Apparently not too busy,” she teased with innuendo.

“Har-har,” you said back. “What’s so wrong with dating, huh? Playing the field. Scarlett does it.”

“Johanson? Yeah, true.”

“All the guys get to do it, I say it’s time for us women to have the same fun. Come on, Ida, I’m young, pretty, and available. Why should I tie myself down to either one?”

She was silent for a moment, probably trying to come up with a good argument.

“If it were you, would you do it any different?”

“No,” she admitted.

“Well, go get ‘em, tiger,” she encouraged. “What are you wearing? Where are you going?”

“I’m wearing my purple chiffon dress. I don’t know where we are going. Knowing Tom, somewhere incredibly outrageous in price.”

“You mean the one with the slit?”

You nodded at your reflection as you started on your makeup.

“The one that has a slit up to my hip? Yep, that’s the one,” you informed.

“Oh my gosh, that’ll turn some heads! Isn’t that a little racy for the first date?” she inquired.

Laughing, you responded, “It’s all about first impressions.”

“I’m pretty sure I know his first impression, it’ll be below the waist.”

“Hey, as long as it’s a response,” you teased. “Hey, I’m going to finish getting ready and I’ll call you back after the date.”

“You better! Have fun!”

“Bye, sweetie.”

“Bye, sweetheart.”

You hung up and noticed you had a text. It was from James.

Hope you have a good Friday night. Can’t wait to see you tomorrow :)

Your heart soared as you sent back a reply.

Thanks! You too. See you tomorrow.

Immediately after that you received a text from Tom stating he was ten minutes away. You texted him and told him to come right in and sit in the living room as you finished getting ready.

You made a couple of adjustments to your hair, added a bit more dark eyeshadow, ran into your bedroom and pulled on your dress and found a pair of black, bejeweled satin heels to match. You strapped the heels in and eyed your reflection, loving every bit of it. You grabbed your clutch and managed to make it out of the house to meet Tom in the driveway, noticing he wore a nice navy blue suit with light blue shirt and patterned tie. He looked every bit the part of a celebrity.

“You brought a Jag?” you said, eyeing the car as he was stepping up.

“Yeah, they gave me one from the commercials so I figured why not. Do you like it?” he asked.

“I’m more of an Aston Martin gal,” you teased. “No, it’s beautiful.” You smiled as you walked to the passenger side and he jogged to come and open the door for you. You blushed a tad and sat in the lovely leather, noticing him eyeing you. He went around the other side, got in, and started it, the low roar coming from the car exciting you.

“You look stunning,” he complimented.

“Thank you, Tom. You look dashing, as always.”

“Yeah the only time I’m not in a suit is during some of my movies, it’s a bit of a relief.”

“Speak for yourself,” you said as he started to pull away. “I live in dresses all the time and I couldn’t be happier.”

He laughed his signature laugh and you smiled at him as he drove. The way the car whipped around the curves of Los Angeles rodes was the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement, you’d always had a thing for fast cars, and now you could actually afford cars like this that were luxurious and fast - the perfect concoction of happiness for you.

Just as you thought, Tom brought you to a high priced restaurant, French to be exact. You surmised he was probably going to dust off some of his French to order. Thank goodness because your French was nowhere near as good as his. You ordered and then he started conversation.

“So, how have things been?”

“Hecktic,” you admitted. “I just got offered another role last week.”

“Oh, yeah? Are you going to take it?” he asked, intrigued.

You shrugged and bobbed your head side to side. “I’m not sure. It’s a rom-com and…eh.”

“You never were one for traditional roles,” he commented.

“Well, I don’t want to be stuck in those roles. I’m a pretty face and I think they want to see that but I’m having too much fun in the weird roles right now.”

“So turn it down,” he offered simply, his brows coming together slightly.

“Easy for you to say, you’ve got several successes under your belt. I don’t think I can afford to shoot it down.”

He nodded, his hands resting against his lips as he kept his elbows on the table.

“I see. So try it out. That way you can say you tried it, and who knows, you might like it.”

“True. I’ll probably accept. So any word on the James Bond front?” you questioned. You knew he got pelted with this all the time because of his entire aesthetic  - british, luxury car spokesman, always in a suit. He got annoyed with interviewers because they were just out for the tabloids and a blurb about a possible movie, but for his friends he knew it was commonplace shop talk.

“Nothing yet, and I don’t know if I’d want that role, like you, I’m a little afraid I’d get stuck in that. The british spy theme, maybe later on down the line,” he confessed before he sipped some water.

“Ah see, so I’m not the only one who’s afraid,” you teased.

“It would seem that way. Are you still reading your literature? Keeping up with it?”

You thought for a moment, in a way you felt guilty. “No, not really. I haven’t touched anything but a script since I moved out here four years ago.”

He paused a second as the awkward silence settled between you two. “Ah, well any new experiences? I know last time we worked together you hadn’t been to a few places or seen some things, what about now?”

“Oh! Yes, I went to a kangaroo reservation in Australia, that was pretty amazing. I also went kayaking in Africa. Oh, I went with Ryan Reynolds to Mexico for a small part in his new film. Never trust that man,” you informed, laughing. “Oh and in Hawaii they taught me how to spin fire. I singed my arm hair a lot but it was worth it!”

He grinned, his eyes lighting up. “Well it sounds like you’re living it up. Good for you.”

“Yeah, I’m trying to. What about you? I know you’re not one to turn down an adventure. What’s the great Hiddles up to?”

“Ugh, not much but traveling. It’s a promo here, a premiere there, an interview here, a signing there, a con next. It’s a whirlwind. But I did manage to surf.”

“Oh yeah?” you asked, excited. “I can’t surf. Was it fun?” You sipped your drink as you realized this was almost too friendly. None of this felt like a date. It felt just like the other night of catching up. Why did drinks with James feel more intimate and romantic than this? Perhaps it was the fact that any time there was a silence between you and James you wanted to close the gap and just kiss him, or jump his bones, whichever worked.

“It was fun until I realized the instructor had given me a push because I couldn’t paddle,” he informed, followed by his laugh that always made you smile.

You laughed at this information. “Oh my god. You poor thing!” you said, still laughing.

“Yeah, not the greatest ego booster,” he admitted.

Then conversation fell short for a moment before they brought the food out.

“Plan on taking a break any time soon?” you asked, since Tom hadn’t had a break in about five years.

“No, not really. I don’t see a point to stop when I’m on a roll. What about you?”

“Absolutely not. I’m pushing through everything I can.”

“Are you keeping busy?”

“Yeah as soon as this one with James is done, I’m getting a ten episode contract for a show. I’m auditioning for a dark musical in a few weeks so…we’ll see. I plan on just loading my plate up.”

“That’s the best way,” he agreed.

The rest of dinner was pretty much talk about work. You split the bill and he drove you home, the quiet wasn’t as awkward as before but rather comfortable.

Tom opened your door and you got out of the sleek black car as he helped you out.

“I was wondering if you would like to go to the Kong premier with me?” he offered, as your elbows rested in his hands. This was the first time you’d been this close and not on a movie set. “I know we didn’t have the grandest of first dates, but I’d like to try it again.”

“Sure, I don’t see why not.”

“Excellent. It’ll be on the 30th.”

“Great. See you then.”

Tom started to incline his head and it suddenly registered that it was time to kiss him. Why couldn’t you get out of your own head? Kissing him after a date should be natural? So why did this feel pushed? This felt even less natural than when you kissed for Eternal Lovers. Forcing yourself out of your weird headspace you tried to sink into a kiss. You tilted your head the other way as your eyes locked, the moment starting to happen. A tiny smirk was on the corner of his lips as he leaned in a bit more, closing the gap. Your lips touched and it felt…nice. He was clearly an expert at kissing, and you weren’t so bad yourself. You were about to lose yourself in the kiss, really give into it, when he broke away.

“Good night,” he said quietly, his enchanting eyes searching yours, for what, you weren’t sure. Was he aware of the disconnect? Maybe it was just getting out of this headspace that he was merely a friend.

“Night,” you said barely above a whisper as you walked away into your house.

You immediately called Ida.

“Hey,” you said, pulling off your heels.

“Hey! How did it go! The fact that it’s only 11 and you’re calling me makes me think you didn’t fulfill my fantasy,” she said with sadness.

“Nope, not tonight I’m afraid.”

“You know I want to live vicariously through you, right? You have to make this happen.”

You laughed at her as you massaged your feet. “I’m trying. So dinner was nice.”

“Just nice?”

“Yeah, we caught up and stuff. It was good.”

She knew you so well. You smiled at yourself, wishing she was next to you, but she was in Seattle.

“But it felt like I was talking to just a friend. Then we kissed.”

“And?!” she all but squealed at you.

“And…it was fine,” you said simply, shrugging as you paced around your expansive bedroom, one wall made entirely of glass, looking out over Hollywood.

“Fine? Just fine?” she challenged in a flat tone. “Kissing Tom Hiddleston was just…fine?”

“I don’t know, Ida. He just…He’s a great kisser, that wasn’t the problem. It was the spark. That spark was missing. The one I got when I kissed James on the show.”

“But I thought that was just for show?” she questioned, perplexed.

“It was, but I think something else happened between it. It went from the typical, usual staged shit to something more.”

“Well…did you set up another date or…?”

“Yeah he invited me to be his date at the Kong premiere,” you explained, watching the city twinkle beneath you.

“Wow. I know you’re going to go get a new ensemble for that,” she teased with a beautiful laugh.

You nodded even though she couldn’t see it and smiled. “You know me.”

“Maybe tonight was just first date jitters for both of you, don’t write him off yet, for both our sakes.”

You gave a half hearted smile and agreed. “Okay.”

“Alright, well, I gotta go. I’m meeting with Rolling Stone tomorrow.”

“Goodluck. Goodnight.”

You hung up and flopped on the bed, noticing a text from James and Tom. You read Tom’s first.

Had a wonderful time tonight, thank you for accompanying me. Have a good time shooting. I’ll see you in two weeks, we’ll make a night of it.

Me too. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. I can’t wait for the premiere, thank you for asking.”

Then you switched to James’ text.

Sorry to bother you again, just wanted to wish you a goodnight.”

A smile spread across your face without your permission.

You can bother me all you want,” you texted back, biting your lip at the honesty. It was true. James could blow up your phone for all you cared. To him it would probably seem flirty but it was just the truth. “Goodnight, James.
