After reading the anon question about "honey-trapping', I have to comment that I believe just the opposite. Quinn is the only one who ever really questioned Carrie's actions: sleeping with Brody, almost killing Saul, shooting her when she wouldn't follow orders, and most of all Ayan. That's why I believe he was one of the more well developed characters - growing from his troubled past into a good spy with a conscious (remorse over Carlos etc). Don't get me started on Saul's ethics!
