(( I’m gonna mostly explain this as in my opinion of what she would be treated as
So we all obviously know that women were not treated as they are today in that time and due to her being a women I feel like she would have occasionally been treated like that. Ah but I did say occasionally. My viewing is that she as a country would be respected more then the average women because it is canon that people know they are countries they don’t see them as some random people that are irrelevant, anyone would respect someone they know for a fact has lived for thousands of years. But despite that she wouldn’t completely avoid the standards of the country at the time she would be seen as someone who should not really speak and is not good at fighting (though I think she would prove this one wrong). Also I do believe that educated people of this time did know that women were not superior only uneducated men would think that she is like every other women, men like Josip Jelačić and Ivan Mažuranić would see her just as their country not a woman. She wouldn’t let this view keep her down because living for as long as she did she would know by now that times change and that its more worth it for her to be quieter about it around authority however she would talk back to people that would talk down on her just because she was a woman (ex. soldiers, workers, etc.)
And also about her design of this time. She had big dark circles under her eyes due to the stress of the events of that time (the fights between Austria and Hungary, proljeće naroda, Hedervary, etc.) which would obviously stress her out. The short hair is because she would be a part of many wars that she was “forced” into by Austria and it would just be easier for her to deal with it as well as the fact that her hair represents Dalmatia which was not under the Croatian goverment at the time. Lastly the only difference between this and her now design is the paler skin, her skin is tanner because Turkish influence but in this time she spent more time inside so she is not completely pale but she is lighter then she is now))
Me Before Power Rangers (2017): I like the Power Rangers. You know, I used to catch a few episodes as a kid. It always looked real cheesy, but I enjoyed the few I watched. But I wasn’t ever like obsessed or anything. Hell, I didn’t even know their names. I just referred to them by the color of their suit. I didn’t even know they had names.
