the old vindicator

I think so much of the current backlash and justification is the expected result to the fact that of all people, of all people, it was a group of mostly-female hero/villain shippers and associated fan creators who have had the most consistent track record in terms of analyzing themes and character arcs for TLJ. Not the gatekeeping fanboys. Not the antis. But the group that they’ve openly mocked since Day 1.

You fools, it was the Reylos. All along, IT WAS THE REYLOS.

Lucas: “It’s… [long beat] I’m not supposed to say this, and I wasn’t supposed to say it then, but [Star Wars] is a film for twelve year olds.”

I AM FINALLY VINDICATED. He also mentioned that people aren’t very kind to children fans of Star Wars, but the universe is about them, and about feeling the wonder we did as children.

But like, whenever I mention that the franchise is pretty much a child oriented series in the end (this is usually when they complain about TCW and Rebels not counting bc they run on children’s networks), people get very elitist and I’m just so vindicated.

“do not touch anything. these are… artefacts from my past, in a time when my power was almost absolute.” (x)

It was not on this plane that I met him. Even as I slipped, I could see him fading. I could hear the song of my Hymn-Singer, and so I followed.

We met through will rather than through strength. Age and the softness of the south had weakened him, years of it had robbed him of his one reason to ever exist. He was not the one meant to serve Stromgade, and so it would be over in as little as a blink.

It was not on this plane that I met him, but my final hunt was completed all the same. Now there can be no doubt - I am Tolen Steelguard, Vindicator.

Spector & Koenig (aka her lawyers): released a statement expressing that they were “pleased” with the outcome of the case, and saying that the 30-year-old actress had been “vindicated in the Court of Public Opinion.”

Later in the day, Spector fully retracted the comment in a statement released to ET. Spector said that the earlier comments were “made without the knowledge or approval of Amber Heard."

"The statement is untrue and we retract it, without qualification. My assertion that Amber Heard has been vindicated in the court of public opinion is not true,” Spector’s statement continued. “We regret the error and apologize to Johnny Depp."

Sources tell ET that Depp’s legal team asked Spector to issue the retraction, but say her comments will not change the previously agreed-upon settlement.

Are they for real? How stupid are they? Of course, if you read any of their court docs or even statements you wonder if they have finished highschool much less university.
