The Breath Aspect and its God Tiers/Classpect Roles

Breath is one of the 12 Aspects of Homestuck. Its Opposite is the Aspect Blood. When I think of Breath, I think of the pure Disconnects between yourself and everything around you. It is the choice to be Apathetic and Indifferent with maintaining the Bonds that you have. It is any and all Detachments from anything that you willingly have. It is the Options and Liberties that you willingly make or have for yourself. It is your Freedom from the matters and concerns of anyone other than you. It is your Independence from people and their Independence of you. Breath is what Moves and Separates you. Those Flexible things that you pick up and put down on whims. It is the Airy world of the Immaterial and the Spirit of the Pnuema, those things that exist Intangibly that you can’t touch or hold. Breath fills your Spirit with the Air and Lifts you Up on Wings, Separating you from everything. It is this Flexibility of Movement that lets you go wherever and whenever you please, nothing able to hold you down in one place.

so while we’re on the subject of star vs the forces of evil and homestuck let’s talk classpects because i love doing this shit:

The Kids:

Star Butterfly: Prince of Doom (Tends to destroy systems and inevitability, whether they be physical or sociological)

Marco: Page of Blood (Starts off with little to friends, but gains connections with star and the others as things go along. Has a family known for hospitality. At full potential, Marco’s really good at uniting people, as seen in St. Olga’s.) 

Janna: Rogue of Light (Steals information and things for the benefit of herself and others)

Jackie: Heir of Void (Very chill and relaxed about most things, doesn’t allow them to affect her. Is void of personaliy for 97% of the show)

Tom: Mage of Rage (Uses their anger to benefit themselves pretty much all of the time, has the ability to do ‘poofy things’ as described by @pep-buts)

Ponyhead: Maid of Breath (Free-spirited and encourages others to be so, helped save others in St. Olga’s, literally floating)

Starfan13: Lord of Heart (Voiced by Daron Nefcy, openly gay on a Disney show)

Hello again mcfreakin! I’d be more than happy to.

I am not surprised to see that you have filled requirements for both a Space and Time player, since it seems that many sessions appear to have them. However, both of your classes, and it seems, all your players classes, are passive, which might lead to some complications when it comes to completing the game on time. Hopefully the dynamic between you and your Time player will be stable enough to ensure victory in one way or another.

You Maid of Breath will be essential when it comes to team motivation and mental health. Maids are important in game as “realised” ones tend to be very in touch with their aspect. The downside to this class, while it is indeed a “healing” class, is that a maid is a healer of Breath, and therefore you might run into complications when it comes to the chance of one or more of you dying. You might need to find yourself a Life player in order to heal physical injuries and perform minor acts of necromancy.

This is where your Rogue of Light comes in. Given that Light represents luck and destiny as well as knowledge, your Rogue may have the ability to “steal” a timeline where everything works out, or to “steal” knowledge on how to advance towards that timeline. However, once again, I do not have faith in them taking control of the games path as a passive player. They are going to need someone, or something, to manipulate them. Personally, I think a Mind player would suit this role perfectly, but the choice is yours.

Overall, a good team that fills requirements for a successful session, but a very passive one. My advice to you is to either find at least two active players, preferably a Life or Mind player, or to find an external force to help you through the game. Passive players are meant to be used, and while it might not make everyone happy, your chances of getting to the new universe will greatly increase.
