I become a person only by committing myself to other people, and this commitment is what the contemporary thinkers call the fundamental option of love.
Commitment comes in a different meaning depending on how you relate them in your life; as a person, as a friend, as a lover and etc. I love the idea of being in a commitment in a way that we have someone to share with interesting stories when you get stuck in the middle of the traffic, and that is willing to have a long walk with you, but not as much as I love being alone at everything.
Being an introvert is a part of who I am and it’s not easy especially when it comes about school stuff. Like for instance, when the teacher will ask the students to group into any number and there is you, sitting alone, wondering if who you will run to or wait for them to approach and invite you to join their group. It’s hard when you learned to stand by yourself but you still need to talk to somebody for you to survive. Sometimes people always mock you for being like that until you get you used to it and didn’t bother you anymore. It’s hard but you have already embraced it.
