George performing at The Grafton Rooms (aka The Grafton Ballroom) on 2nd August 1963, the Beatles last performance here. They were paid £100 for this appearance as the contract had been agreed in January 1963. By August the Beatles were commanding a lot higher fees, but they still honoured this contract.

George appears to be playing his 1963 Maton Mastersound MS-500 guitar here, a guitar which he used briefly from June - August 1963 while his Gretsch was being repaired.

1 May 1464

“Oure said derrest and moost entierly beloved wiff Elizabeth the Quene.”

Edward IV marries Elizabeth Woodville, widow of Sir John Grey of Groby, in a secret ceremony. The marriage probably took place near Elizabeth’s home at Grafton Regis, and the only people in attendance were a priest, Elizabeth’s mother Jacquetta of Luxembourg, and two ladies maids. Elizabeth was crowned Queen of England on 26 May 1465.

  • You are Alayne, and you must be Alayne all the time.“ He put two fingers on her left breast. "Even here. In your heart. Can you do that? Can you be my daughter in your heart?”
  • “I am Alayne, Father. Who else would I be?”
  • Alayne found him seated by a crackling fire, drinking hot mulled wine with three men she did not know. They all rose when she entered, and Petyr smiled warmly. “Alayne. Come, give your father a kiss.”
  • Petyr Baelish took her by the hand and drew her down onto his lap.
  • “Won’t they come before Harry? I don’t understand.” “You will. Listen.“ Petyr took her hand in his own and brushed his finger lightly down the inside of her palm.
  • ‘why, every knight in the Vale will pledge his sword to win you back your birthright. So those are your gifts from me, my sweet Sansa … Harry, the Eyrie, and Winterfell. That’s worth another kiss now, don’t you think?”
  • Alayne looked to the door, to make certain it was closed. “I am married,” she whispered. “You know."Petyr put a finger to her lips to silence her. "The dwarf wed Ned Stark’s daughter, not mine.
  • Petyr put his arm around her. "What if it is truth he wants, and justice for his murdered lady?” He smiled. “I know Lord Nestor, sweetling. Do you imagine I’d ever let him harm my daughter?”
  • They will come. Even Harry the Heir.“ He had smoothed her hair and kissed her forehead. "What a clever daughter you are.”
  • Petyr put a finger under her chin. “That Royce glimpsed this pretty face I do not doubt, but it was one face in a thousand. A man fighting in a tourney has more to concern him than some child in the crowd. And at Winterfell, Sansa was a little girl with auburn hair. My daughter is a maiden tall and fair, and her hair is chestnut. Men see what they expect to see, Alayne.” He kissed her nose.
  • “Yes,” she said, “but he thinks that I’m a bastard.”“A beautiful bastard, and the Lord Protector’s daughter.” Petyr drew her close and kissed her on both cheeks. “The night belongs to you, sweetling, Remember that, always.”“I’ll try, father,"
  • … Lord Nestor’s claim to the Gates will suddenly be called into question. I promise you, that is not lost on him. It was clever of you to see it. Though no more than I’d expect of mine own daughter.“"Thank you.” She felt absurdly proud for puzzling it out
  • When Gretchel fetched her Lysa’s silvered looking glass, the color seemed just perfect with Alayne’s mass of dark brown hair. Lord Royce will never know me, she thought. Why, I hardly know myself. Feeling near as bold as Petyr Baelish, Alayne Stone donned her smile and went down to meet their guests.
  • “I am well loved in Gulltown, and have some lordly friends of mine own as well. Grafton, Lynderly, Lyonel Corbray … though I’ll grant you, they are no match for the Lords Declarant. Still, where would you have us go, Alayne? Back to my mighty stronghold on the Fingers?“ She had thought about that
  • Petyr’s friends at court had sent him word that the queen had men out looking for the Imp and Sansa Stark. It will mean my head if I am found, she reminded herself as she descended a flight of icy stone steps. I must be Alayne all the time, inside and out.
  • Colemon only wanted the best for his charge, Alayne knew, but what was best for Robert the boy and what was best for Lord Arryn were not always the same. Petyr had said as much, and it was true. Maester Colemon cares only for the boy, though. Father and I have larger concerns.

CARTER-A259:

Commander Carter-A259 was a SPARTAN-III commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command, attached to Special Warfare Group Three. Carter was the leader of Noble Team, an elite team of Spartans who fought during the Fall of Reach. His callsign was Noble One.

Childhood and early career:

Carter was born in Durban, Biko on August 27, 2520. He was conscripted into the SPARTAN-III program’s Alpha Company in 2531, and, after an unknown amount of time, he became the leader of Noble Team. He has led Noble Team through enough difficult situations to earn the loyalty of his teammates. He and Catherine-B320 are the only survivors of the original team, and share a close bond as a result.

Later career:

On April 22, 2552, Carter led Noble Team in an operation put together by LCDR Catherine-B320 to destroy a CCS-class battlecruiser maintaining position above a city. The operation was successful, but at the cost of Thom-A293.

Both Carter and Kat took responsibility over the death of Thom, unable to admit that the death of the SPARTAN was his own fault. Thom was replaced on Noble Team by SPARTAN-B312 a few months later, just prior to the Fall of Reach.

Fall of Reach:

Throughout the course of the game, Carter led Noble Team in multiple operations against Covenant forces, such as the investigation of a communications blackout at the Visegrád Relay, a mission which led to the first confrontation with Covenant forces on the planet, the counter-offensive operation on ONI operated ‘Sword Base’, and a large-scale UNSC assault on a Covenant-occupied/staging site and the neutralisation of a Covenant cloaking tower.

The destruction of the UNSC Grafton by a CSO-class supercarrier after the Battle of Viery prompted Carter and Kat-B320 to review the situation. Recognizing the presence of the supercarrier as a large threat, Noble Team decided to utilize a “non-existent” space vessel at a secret launch facility and plant a makeshift slipspace bomb on board the Covenant vessel in place of their nukes the UNSC Forces on Reach had expended. Carter, along with Kat-B320, Jorge-052 and Noble Six, helped UNSC ground forces repel Covenant invaders from the launch facility, which housed the Sabre launch site. Noble Team was separated at this point, with Jorge and Six participating in Operation: UPPERCUT with the rest focusing on the groundside.

On August 23, Carter and the remaining members of Noble Team assisted the UNSC in protecting the planet’s civilian population from the Covenant. They reunited with Noble Six in New Alexandria and helped in the neutralisation of Covenant communication jammers and evacuation of ONI personnel from the ONI HQ. Not too long after, Noble Team was hailed by its commanding officer and was ordered to destroy Sword Base. The team was forced to enter a radiation bunker to shield themselves from the Covenant’s glassing of New Alexandria. However, Kat-B320 was shot in the head by a Sangheili Field Marshal on the way to the bunker at the Olympic Tower.

Carter, along with the remaining members of Noble Team, proceeded to Sword Base and fought their way into the facility, only to have their directives revised by an unknown UNSC AI. In the facility, they encountered Dr. Halsey once more. Noble Six was urged by the science officer to become the courier of a package and to deliver it safely to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn. Using Pelicans as their mode of transportation, Noble Team was split into two splinter groups; Jun-A266 escorted Dr. Halsey to CASTLE Base while the others headed for the Autumn.

Sometime during the transport of the package to the Autumn, Carter was critically wounded in the Pelican, due to his head hitting the front windshield and causing massive internal damage, in the cutscene at the beginning of the level a bloody hole can be seen in his upper-right abdomen which could also have been his fatal wound, this also explains the blood around his mouth and nose. Knowing that the delivery of the package was of the highest priority, he ordered Noble Six and Emile-A239 to drop out of the Pelican and proceed by ground while he diverted the Covenant aerial forces’ attention. During the journey groundside, the two SPARTANs encountered a Scarab blocking their path. Carter sacrificed his life by ramming into the behemoth, allowing the two Spartans to accomplish their objective. His final words to them were, “You’re on your own, Noble. Carter out.”

So I read a "post" saying Sansa running WF successfully is ooc. I disagree. Sansa's the defacto lady of the Vale and she's doing a good job. Besides innately being smart she's also getting training for being a lady, administrator, diplomat and in politics. She has natural acumen for organization, logistics, hardwork, knows how to run a household well She's learning to gauge others' motivation&how to maneuver them successfully. Also she'll have advisors to help her. I see her as a very successful 1/2

ruler/Lady of WF or when ruling the North/looking after its daily workings/governing/managing it; I dont think it’s ooc for Sansa to be a capable ruler/administrator/and dispatch the duties that come w/ being Lady of WF/looking after the North at all. That’s where her book arc&training montage is leading her. What do you think? 2/2

In short, I largely agree with you.
