I’ve been thinking so much about goals and the five areas of wellness and how it’s so so important to keep working towards something in yourself, no matter how small. when we quit working on ourselves, it is so very easy to get stuck in a hole – of boredom, loneliness, exhaustion, complacency, maybe even depression. a hole that makes it impossible to love and serve people. and it’s SO hard to climb out of a hole like that, I know from experience. so here’s to committing to your goals, to keeping your passions alive, to taking care of yourself, to working on yourself, to loving yourself; so that you can keep loving others. a glass can only spill what it contains.
