FOUND - CAMERA MEMORY CARD!
Last weekend at Anime North ‘14, I found an 8-gigabyte SD card on the ground and picked it up, fully intending to bring it to lost and found. Of course I forgot. But I want to make it right and see if we can find who this card belongs to so I can send it back to them!
There are multiple pictures of both of these people in the memory, so it must belong to one of them and/or their beautiful cow puppet. If you recognize any one of these three, please get them into contact with me! If you don’t, please help signal boost this–the pictures on this card are spectacular, and I want nothing more than for them to find their way home!
#1 - The cameraman seems to be a fluent German speaker, but who even knows if it’s his primary language. His name also appears to be Bill, according to a photograph of a letter he seems to have penned, and I’m going to hazard a guess that the woman in the picture is the intended recipient, Nina. I’ve gathered he is an avid mountain climber/wilderness dude who also likes geocaching.
I’ve been able to decipher the locations on some of these pictures. Running list below.
- Loma Chalata
- El Altar / Laguna Amarilla
- Chimborazo / Templo Machay
- Riobamba, Ecuador
- Yarina Eco Lodge & the Amazon rainforest
- Quebec City, Quebec
- Toronto, Ontario
- Skylon Tower & Niagra Falls
- Fort Mississauga / Navy Hall
