Milky Way over Uluru : The central regions of our Milky Way Galaxy rise above Uluru/Ayers Rock in this striking night skyscape. Recorded on July 13, a faint airglow along the horizon shows off central Australias most recognizable landform in silhouette. Of course the Milky Ways own cosmic dust clouds appear in silhouette too, dark rifts along the galaxys faint congeries of stars. Above the central bulge, rivers of cosmic dust converge on a bright yellowish supergiant star Antares. Left of Antares, wandering Saturn shines in the night. via NASA
author’s note: i recieved many requests for a part two of memory found, so here is the next part. i got very carried away with this, it’s literally over 5k words. i got emotional at the end bc the music i was listening to. i am so in love with these two parts. also, one of the many authors i like on tumblr replied to the first part. so shoutout to @minhosmeanhoe(not my gifs)
Since it’s 4 days until Snakestone and Yarti got canonicality married, I thought it would be a good idea to take them back to the small town of Helsmyrr. Helsmyrr is were they had their wedding night and the start of the honeymoon.
Been really burnt out on Skyrim lately, like I dont know what to do or take screenshots of. So I’ve been playing abit of FF XIV. But I feel obligated to take screenshots every few days, so I tried. These are probably worse than my usual screens but oh well.
I tried Daggercross Alley out. I was hoping for a nice cluttered slums like alley full of vendors. I got 3 vendors and a small hut thing. Was really disapointed and had nothing of interest to screenshot. So I kept walking, and found a minotaur attacking a farm. Id like to think the farmers were thankful for that.
Sorry if content gets posted less in the upcoming days, I just dont know what to do in Skyrim anymore.
More Snarti in Helsmyrr pics. Nothing to special about these, just taking them to keep myself interested in Skyrim. Tomorrow will be the last day of comfy Snarti stuff, then I might do some Snakestone and Theo adventures or solo Snake adventures.
A Mage of Void has deep inherent knowledge on the Void, nothingness, and secrets. By using their powers they would use that knowledge to be completely undetectable by any means. On top of that, they would actually know how to control this power with incredible efficiency.
A low level Mage of Void would be dependent solely on their knowledge to stay hidden. They would know how to jam trackers, what shadows are the safest, how to walk as quietly as possible, how to walk in the blind spots of enemies, etc.
Around mid-level the Mage could learn how to wrap themselves in mystery and secrecy, using void magic/in-game abilities to accommodate their knowledge. At this point the Mage could block out radio signals by thinking about it, summon an invisibility cloak of their own interpretation, and magically make themselves blend away into the background.
The Mage could only do this through their extensive knowledge on the subject. Should they not factor in a variable they could easily be noticed.
A fully realized Mage of Void could eliminate themselves by shrouding all proof of their existence, even able to make people lose their memories.
When the Mage uses their acute knowledge of the Void to full use they would learn where the Void lurks. The Mage of Void would know of millions of small pockets all around the session where the Void is strongest and reality is weakest. Should anything or anyone be in these areas the Mage would be able to open the Void, trapping them in darkness.
This could become extremely powerful should a competent Mage learn how to use it. Opening too many rifts too quickly could however take a toll on them physically and spiritually. It may even cause a disturbance to the Horrerterrors.
At lower levels the Mage might mistake where the Void lies and have a very low limit to how long they can open the Void for.
At medium levels the Mage open multiple rifts, slowing and disorienting foes. The rifts would feel blistering cold to enemies.
A higher level Mage of Void could open dozens of rifts. They’d be able to shroud things in natural darkness and use natural rifts to hide themselves.
A fully realized Mage of Void might be able to turn any shadows into portals to the Void.
By learning the secrets and hidden truth around them, the Mage could essentially alter the hidden qualities around. They would be like Schrodinger’s Cat, able to change something hidden and secretive to something more favorable. Through their understanding of mystery they could change it to just about anything they wish.
At lower levels the Mage of Void would be able to mess with the qualities of secrets. If an object is hidden and people don’t know it’s color, they could change the color. Basically they can only change cosmetics.
At medium levels they could change objects. A hidden object could be turned into anything else.
At higher levels the Mage of Void could turn secret plots snd events into different scenarios, blotting out and twisting it into totally different outcomes.
A fully realized Mage of Void would become the king/queen of shitty twists.
Polygraph- you can identify secrets, lies, or when truth is being held back
Night sense- the ability to sense hidden things or things lurking in darkness
