the brave and the queued

This fading poem

almost everybody at one point gets tired of me.

I want to elucidate the cryptic equation

and I ponder if I should borrow a mysterious grin

from my picturesque thoughts and ideas.

Jealousy was never my cup of cake

though it happens when I admire someone

that I think is more talented and interesting than me

to wish to walk at least for a week in her or his shoes.

Maybe my scribblings are not so effective

and charming anymore and here I’m

complaining and displaying my disappointment.
I’ve days when I’m hopeful and confident enough

and days when I feel like a limping failure.

But I guess all of us feel from time to time like bad omens
are sneaking too soon through our frighten door.
I’ll always love and respect my fellow artists and friends

regardless my feelings are or not observed and returned.
Sorry for ranting, guys. This fading poem stood brave on
the scribbling battlefield line.

19.06.16 Happy Fathers Day! I’m a little apprehensive about today, but the 7am sunshine wants me to put on a brave face. This morning I’ve been making sure I have my productivity tips queued for when I go to Lisbon next Sunday, and doing my yoga routine. It’s my baby cousins birthday today so I have that to look forward to. Yesterday I was looking at possible first cars! It’s really exciting if a little scary, and I might be getting a kia picanto or a hyundai i10 if anyone’s interested lol xxx emily

hi, not to be a bother but could I get some poly head cannons for Nabstablook and Shyrin w/ a very bubbly and silly reader? Thank ya! I hope this isn't weird or anything

Napstablook/Reader/Shyren Poly Headcanons:

- Musical trio! Or if you’re not musical, you can just sit & listen, they’d love an audience anyway, especially if that audience is you. Napstablook doesn’t have a very good sense of humor, but they’ll try to laugh at your jokes anyway, especially if they’re music related. They try to make them, too, to try to make you laugh as well. But they know they’re not…very funny…so if you don’t laugh…it’s okay…

- Shyren loves being held in your lap while she sings, & she’ll often snuggle into the crook of your arm while Napstablook tries different ways to entertain you both. They’ve been practicing their Dapperblook, they can even make a bowtie now.

- Both of them are extremely shy, but you fill them with a warmth that makes them feel almost…excitable. Like they could really be social, as long as you’re there. & that’s a good feeling for them. They stay around you as much as possible because of it. You make them feel brave.

In penance for their uprising, each district shall offer up a male and a female between the ages of 12 and 18 at a public "reaping”. These tributes shall be delivered to the custody of the Capitol. And then transferred to a public arena, where they will fight to the death until a lone victor remains. Henceforth and forevermore this pageant shall be known as The Hunger Games.

“Sam: I wonder if we’ll ever be put into songs or tales.
Frodo: What?
Sam: I wonder if people will ever say, ‘Let’s hear about Frodo and the Ring.’ And they’ll say 'Yes, that’s one of my favorite stories. Frodo was really courageous, wasn’t he, Dad?’ 'Yes, my boy, the most famousest of hobbits. And that’s saying a lot.’
Frodo: You’ve left out one of the chief characters - Samwise the Brave. I want to hear more about Sam. Frodo wouldn’t have got far without Sam.
Sam: Now Mr. Frodo, you shouldn’t make fun; I was being serious.
Frodo: So was I.
Sam: Samwise the Brave…”

//Alexander Wang x H&M collaboration//

So the date has been announced as Thursday 6th November and I’ve already put it in my schedule to take the day off work as I NEED to get my hands on some of these pieces.
In the past I’ve loved some of the H&M/designer collabs and was always slightly miffed when I missed out but never enough to actually make a point of doing anything about it except sign at the price everything was then selling for on eBay. Siggghhhhh.
This November is a whole different bucket of gin…. Wang is a firm favourite of mine, I seriously think he designed some of the best shoes and handbags of our time. If this collection includes footwear especially, I think I might pass out. The dilemma now is do I brave the queuing first thing in the hope the Buchanan St branch has enough for those waiting? Or chance staying at home stealthily trying to bag what I want online?!

What’s you experience of these kinda launches?
