Eventually I’ll shut up but like… How does beamng.drive do that?
How does it have immeasurably vast eldritch locations hidden inside its own level geometry? How does it have three different pits several hundred miles deep filled with nebula and stars and light that actually redshifts and blueshifts the closer you get to the horizons? HOW? Is that intentionally designed? Is it a glitch? Because that glitch makes more fantastically weird locations than people actively TRYING to make bizarro spaces
Like there was that infinite plane of water at the bottom of that one quarry map filled with shapes that emerged from the gloom like fucking elder gods rising from the depths. Was the map designed that way it is it somehow just making it up as it goes along???
Beamng.drive is such a mystery to me because I don’t understand how it functions. I don’t know how it just decides to make higher-dimension locations.
