Hey, there! In the first episode, we covered everything you need to get started. You absolutely must have image manipulation software at hand (this guide uses Photoshop CS6) as well as the video file of the scene you want to gif (use ClipConverter or acquire the episode through other means). Finally, you need a way to take frames from a video file and save them to a folder as individual image files.
This is Episode 2, and covers how to make a gif from the resources above. It covers ripping frames, making them into a gif, and saving the gif under certain size constraints, as well as other details like dimensions.
