the 35th

Out of curiosity, how fast is Corzo's quickdraw?

Extremely.

Corzo pulls the gun out of the holster instantly, and it takes two tics to actually fire with it.
Tics are extremely roughly 1/35 of a second–though it’s more accurate to say each tic is 28.571[…] milliseconds, so it would be 35.714[…] tics in a second. Still, to lowball the number, let’s round down and go with 35.

2/35ths of a second is 0.0571[…] of a second.

For comparison, the current world record for the fastest quickdraw is Jon Rivera, with a staggering .213 of a second in 2013.
Bob Munden is a controversial figure with numerous accusations of fraud, to the point of having his record revoked from Guinness World Records, but his appearance on Stan Lee’s Superhumans with measuring equipment clocked him in at a bit under .1 of a second.

But that’s just Corzo’s normal quickdraw. Adding on the timeslow of the Dead Man’s Holster would make the quickdaw even faster.
While I haven’t entirely cared to specify how powerful the Dead Man’s Holster works in ~*~lore~*~, in-engine it stops time down for 8 tics and restores it on the 9th, then repeats as needed. This mean time flows at a 0.111[…] rate.

So if we take two tics in that rate (0.222, rounded for convenience) and divide it by 35 tics in a second, we get a staggering speed of 0.00634 seconds.
At this point, we are approaching lightspeed. This is faster than it takes for electricity to cycle from a power outlet to an appliance and back again. At 0.006 seconds, light in a vacuum has travelled 1800km / 1118 miles.

He’s fast.

❝I came here from Romania when I was 12 years old. I had an accent. High school was tough a little bit for a few years. I wanted to fit in. I wanted to be liked. I wanted to be good-looking. I wanted to be popular. I spent a lot of time thinking, ‘What are these people going to think of me?‘❞

❝You have to pay attention to the moments when you’ve felt on top on the world. I remember the first time I was on stage, I was doing ‘West Side Story,’ I was 17 and this woman was crying because she liked what I was doing so much.❞

I think I might have been a toy maker [if not an actor]. I’m a kid at heart, and maybe some people might say that it’s immature, but the truth is, you gotta recall your childhood because it’s an important time. I guess I’ve always been fascinated by people who make toys, because they have to remain a child one way or another.
