I found this chocolate bark recipe last year. It’s incredibly easy to bring together in a few minutes, and I prefer it to most store bought chocolate bars anyway. Especially delicious if you’re a salty/sweet freak like I am.
Also, I like to make mine with baker’s chocolate that I sweeten myself. I like REALLY dark chocolate, but usually the super dark bars are also the super expensive bars (and usually a $4 bar is only a ~3 ounces). If you’d rather go this route (highly recommended!) just mix in some sugar to your melted baker’s chocolate until you reach your desired darkness. I think I used 2-3 tbsp sugar for 6 ounces of baker’s chocolate.
