There's something I learned in school back in grade ten that's kinda simple, though I don't know how many spoons it might take. If you're making Kraft Dinner, then after you've mixed together the pasta and sauce, add in a cut-up cooked chicken breast, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, and a cut-up cooked or raw vegetable (I like either cooked broccoli or raw bell pepper, and Tex Mex seasoning with the pepper). Now your Kraft Dinner has all four food groups in it and can be called a meal.
Thats similar to our cajun mac and cheese.
Mac and cheese is versatile.
