Congratulations, Michael Carrick, on your 10th year anniversary at United!

10 years ago today, current vice-captain Michael Carrick made his debut for Manchester United after signing from Tottenham Hotspur. He was signed on 31 July 2006, then on 23 August made his debut away to Charlton. Since then, he has made 422 appearances (291 in the league, 8th overall) and scored 33 goals. In 2013, when the Reds won their coveted 20th title, Carrick was voted the Player’s Player of the Year at the United POTY Awards, and earned a spot on the PFA Premier League Team of the Season.

Carrick is the second-longest serving current player on the United team, and last season lifted his first FA Cup with the Reds. Overall, he has won 5 Premier Leagues, 1 FA Cup, 1 League Cup, 6 Community Shields, 1 Champions League and 1 Club World Cup with United.

Congratulations and many thanks, Carras!
