Okay so when we first see the castle it’s standing upright, like any normal building.
And everything inside is also standing upright, like it would be if it were a castle on earth that you could walk into right. It has stairs inside going up, no stairs on the walls or anything. Just completely normal. Nothing that would make us think it was also a spaceship.
But the ship flies on it’s side.
So how is everything still upright when they fly the castle? And I mean, most of the time the castle is on it’s side flying through space. But which was it built for first? Like is it some kind of magic that everything stays the same whether the castle is horizontal or vertical? Or do they have to rearrange everything those few times when they do land? I feel like this is the true question that the VLD staff has been hiding from us. Well that and what the Arusians did wrong to think that jumping into a flaming pier was (even an alternative) justice for their crimes.
how is taylor able to remember and know so much about so many fans?? i don’t even remember my teachers names? the only explanation for this is she’s a magical being that is a genius and loves all of us very much.
I don’t know whether to keep my current username or change it to silkii cause I really like that name. I feel like most people already know me as @underlytrashy so if I change it now people will forget who I am?? Is that a weird fear?? 😂😂
back when galra!keith was just a popular headcanon before the confirmation in the show, i totally didn’t believe it. i was like, these people are grasping at strings, there’s NO way these few hints mean he’s actually part galra.
i also don’t really believe shiro is a clone in s4 but in my case that probably means he actually is…
to this day, i still wonder how exactly the production for the 2012 lorax really went down. there’s not much record about it, at least that i could find, but honestly, looking at the earlier concepts, you can see that it was originally intended to be pretty different than what ended up on screen.
which by itself it’s pretty normal, of course. movies often change greatly from their original concept during production, sometimes retaining only the most basic set-up of what once was, but what i truly mean is that we know for sure that the lorax was, at one point, a movie that seriously considered including a rock opera villain ballad such as this
yet somehow the song intended for this exact same sequence ended up being. well. this
and i just want to know what was lost in the transition there because in my opinion, there is no way that the cutesy and sickeningly cheery lorax that we know could have even intended to include a song like the first one in it. this belongs to a very different movie.
running a studyblr as an adult is so strange. i see kids as young as 13 having breakdowns about grades, isolating themselves from everyone because they don’t quite fit in, not knowing how to deal with very real mental health problems… it’s not my place as someone significantly older than you to try and intervene in your personal life, but i hope you all know that if you ever want advice - about studying, dealing with life, or just which colour to change your blog to - or need someone to listen to you when you’ve had an awful day, my inbox is always open. things will get better for you, and you will be okay, i promise.
