E3 is almost upon us and not all of us are lucky enough to get tickets, so let’s review how to watch at home.
For Xbox fans, Xbox: Game On, the Xbox E3 2014 Media Briefing, will be streaming on Monday, June 9 at 9:30 a.m. PDT on Xbox.com, Xbox Live, and Windows Phone globally. Tune in at 9:00 a.m. PDT to catch the pre-show coverage. Switch over to Twitch.tv/xbox at 11:15 a.m. PDT immediately following Xbox: Game On for a live “post-game show” where developers and leaders will answer fan questions from Twitter and a live audience.
On Tuesday – Thursday Xbox will also be streaming gameplay focusing on two different ID@Xbox titles per day along with other titles and developer interviews via Twitch.
For PlayStation fans the PlayStation E3 2014 Press Conference will begin streaming on Monday, June 9, at 6:00 p.m. PDT on PlayStation.Blog, PlayStation.com, and Ustream. Tune in at 5:45 p.m. PDT for a brief pre-show.
On Tuesday, 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. PDT, Wednesday, 10 a.m. -4 p.m. PDT, and Thursday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. PDT, PlayStation will LiveCast game demos, developer interviews, and game trailers.
For Nintendo fans the Nintendo Direct Event will stream on Tuesday, June 10 at 9 a.m. PDT on nintendo.com.
On Tuesday, 11:35 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PDT, Wednesday, 9:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PDT, and Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PDT, Nintendo Treehouse: Live@E3 will stream a variety of game demos of new and unannounced titles and developer commentaries, including an appearance by Shigeru Miyamoto on Tuesday, via Twitch.tv/Nintendo. Please note that at 4:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday Nintendo Treehouse will switch to the Super Smash Bros. Invitational Tournament.

Right on the heels of an $11.2 million opening on Thursday (a record for 2014), Guardians of the Galaxy scored a huge $37.8 million in sales on Friday. Guardians is projected to reach a least $95 million by the end of the weekend, making it the highest August opening in history.
Inspector Gadget, Danger Mouse Reboots Headed to Netflix
So it’s a big day for cartoon news. As we reported earlier, Disney has announced plans for a DuckTales re-make. Now U.S.A. Today reveals that Netflix is releasing new Inspector Gadget and Danger Mouse cartoons.
