Another very recent tear sheet. I drove up to Connecticut to shoot this man for Esquire Magazine a few weeks ago. As much as I loved shooting for Esquire again, and a portrait feature at that, I was in numb disbelief that this story could have happened to another human being. Perhaps not the most appropriate story to read on a sunny spring day. But if you have to – and I think you should:
Contrasting textures. Black liquid dribbling down a sparkly blouse, berries crushed into skin, a beautiful woman’s bloody nose, ants swarming around my feet, fingers sticky with cupcake frosting, blue velvet on chartreuse mohair.
My first coverstory for Seattle MET is out on stands. I had the fun assignment of running around Seattle shooting the best bar’s that feature equally as good of food as their cocktails. I did my best to restrain from trying every drink they made….I cannot say the same about not trying each plate of food. Needless to say, my photo assistants were stoked.
