Creamy Green Protein Shake

1 cup almond milk (or soy, dairy, rice, etc.)
1 very ripe small banana (preferably frozen)
¼ ripe avocado
2 loosely packed cups spinach
1 scoop unflavoured whey protein
1 tbsp flax oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
optional: honey

1. Blend almond milk, banana, avocado,  whey protein, cinnamon, vanilla,  flax oil, and honey if you’re using it.
2. Add ice, blend.
3. Add spinach, blend, and enjoy!

If you want it to be more avocado-ish, add more avocado and honey, and decrease the banana.

Reeses Protein Shake!

Recipe:

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Packet of Stevia

Blend and Enjoy! :)

Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie :P

  • One Scoop Of Chocolate Whey Protein (I used ON Double Rich Chocolate)
  • Half of a medium Banana frozen 
  • 4 Ice Cubes (Depends on how thick you like your smoothie)
  • One Cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • One package of Stevia 
  • One Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Put all the ingredients in the blender then add the protein powder last so it wont stick at the bottom of the blender. Now blend! Top of with some Ground Cinnamon. 

Oops I added alittle to much ground cinnamon ><

Banana-Berry Creamsicle Protein Smoothie*

Ingredients:

2 frozen (ripe) bananas, chopped

3 whole strawberries, sliced in halves

handful of blueberries

4 oz water

4 oz unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup raw oatmeal

1 scoop ON vanilla ice creme protein powder

RecipeHere’s the easy part! 1. Dump all ingredients into blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Enjoy!

Yieldsapprox 24 oz drink.

Orange Cream



Orange Cream Protein Shake

Ingredients:

½ cup Plain Yogurt (4 oz) - 6g Protein
5 oz Orange Juice  - 1g Protein
1 scoop of Gold Standard 100% Egg (Vanilla Custard) - 24g Protein

(Can also be made with any sweet fruit juice - pineapple, grape, etc.)

Recipe:
Blend until yogurt is completely mixed in & enjoy :)
