Creamy Green Protein Shake

1 cup almond milk (or soy, dairy, rice, etc.)
1 very ripe small banana (preferably frozen)
¼ ripe avocado
2 loosely packed cups spinach
1 scoop unflavoured whey protein
1 tbsp flax oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
optional: honey

1. Blend almond milk, banana, avocado,  whey protein, cinnamon, vanilla,  flax oil, and honey if you’re using it.
2. Add ice, blend.
3. Add spinach, blend, and enjoy!

If you want it to be more avocado-ish, add more avocado and honey, and decrease the banana.
