Good Morning All!!
Well you know that today is Meatless Monday! Try this for one day and you’ll start to notice a healthier you! After watching and researching the documentary “Forks Over Knives” , I’ve noticed that meat isn’t the only vital source of protein.
I’ve been doing this for a month so far and I’m very proud of myself. It helped me transition from pork/ribs almost twice a week… to bakedchicken…. fish…to strictly fish only to NO EATING fish at all on Mondays. Lord knows what I can continue to accomplish.
