Fried Mac & Cheese Balls

1 lb Elbow Pasta
1c Sharp Cheddar cheese
1c Feta Crumbles cheese
1c Parmesan cheese
1c Mozzarella cheese
1/2c Gouda cheese
1 1/2c whole Milk
3 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon cracked black Pepper
4 tablespoon kosher Salt

In a large pot, filled halfway with water put 3 of the 4 tablespoons of salt inside the water. Over a medium heat allow it to come up to a boil. Add elbow pasta and cook for 10 - 12 minutes then strain an hold.

In the same large pot pour in milk/butter once it starts to melt, add your cheeses one by one until all has made it inside the pot. When you see the cheese has melted. Transfer your cooked pasta into the melted cheese. Add the cracked black pepper and salt, be sure to taste.

Let the Mac&cheese sit for 25 minutes or until its cool to touch.

5 eggs (beaten)
3 tablespoon Milk
3c All Purpose Flour
4c Panko (Japanese bread Crumb)
½ gal Vegetable/Canola oil
Salt & Black Pepper
2 ounce ice cream scoop

(Note: this will get a bit messy)

You will need three large bowl for this setup. In one bowl take beaten eggs and milk, in the second bowl your flour, and third bowl panko bread crumbs. Add a teaspoon of salt and pepper inside each bowl to season. Now let’s make some balls!!! Using the 2 ounce scoop make your first ball, release it into the flour 1st, then roll it in the egg and last toss around in the panko. Oil should be at 350 degrees, be sure you cook the Mac&Cheese Balls no longer than 3-5 minutes per batch. (Until golden brown)
