“…when you stop comparing yourself to other people.”
This reminded me of one of the barriers to well-being that I learned in class, which was the Social Comparison. As we compare ourselves to others, we begin to want what they have. We tend to be happy with what we have, but soon enough we will want something better because we continue to compare ourselves and what we have to other people.
so like/reblog this and I will send you a message. Not a message that you may receive from an anon telling you to have a nice day, no a message that’s personal and different. I want to do this because I’m human, and you’re human and we all deserve loving messages sometimes. I will start sending when I reach some notes.
